I stayed in the hotel for a long time. Very good staff work here. They have a very friendly attitude. There is a lady working in the hotel named Melek who cleans the rooms. She is a very good and polite lady and I have never seen anyone tidy the hotel room as well as this lady I would like to thank her,and the good management of the hotel and other staff

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Miracle Istanbul Asia Airport Hotel & Spa and I must say, it was an amazing experience. Despite checking in late, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would like to extend my gratitude to Bariş at the reception for his exceptional service. The location of the hotel is perfect for those traveling through Sabiha Airport, as it is conveniently close. This was a major plus for me as I was just transiting through Istanbul. However, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, whether they are transiting or staying for a few days. One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic breakfast. The variety of options available was impressive, with both local and international cuisines to choose from. The quality of the food was outstanding and it definitely set a positive tone for the rest of my day. The staff at Miracle Istanbul Asia Airport Hotel & Spa were truly amazing. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their friendly and attentive nature made my stay even more enjoyable. At the Miracle Hotel in Istanbul, I had an unforgettable stay. A special shout-out to the outstanding staff member, Caner,and Efe whose friendliness and helpfulness added an extra layer of enjoyment to our experience. The breakfast exceeded all expectations, and the service throughout the hotel was top-notch. The hotel's amenities and the impressive view complemented the overall experience perfectly. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a stay in Istanbul.

Room: We had discount for the room 3000 lira (about 100€) for one night for three people. Unfortunately they forgot towels for one person. Accommodation: -swimming pool - nice restaurant and bar - fitness - spa (extra cost) Dinner You could have a buffet but We ordered dinner: - barbecued chicken - ceasar salad - 2x sea bass - a bottle of shiraz, - 3 small water It tasted really good. We had to pay 6200 lira ( about 200€) Service: Excellent!👌 Location: - close to SAW airport

I had high hopes when booking a stay at Miracle Istanbul Asia Airport Hotel & Spa, but I was compelled to cancel my reservation due to alarming feedback from friends who stayed there shortly before my intended visit. They reported unacceptable conditions such as uncleanliness, subpar service, and a distressing issue with bedbugs. Unfortunately, my concerns were compounded when the hotel failed to refund my cancellation. I am deeply disappointed by this apparent lack of professionalism and customer care. This experience has left me feeling deceived and I caution others to be wary of engaging with a business that does not uphold basic hospitality standards or financial integrity.

Respectful and friendly staff The room I was in was fine and even though I was upgraded from booking class, the hotel added an upgrade which I was very happy about. Great and quick access to Sabiha airport and the biggest outlet in the area and great restaurants around it. I stayed there due to a flight change to France, but I would definitely come back here and always recommend it to everyone.

I have been staying in this hotel for about 3 months, the treatment of all the staff is excellent. The lobby staff are always polite to answer you, and also the housekeeper of my floor, whose name is Solda takes care of my room very well. I would like to thank the management for the professional service of the hotel.

If you get more and more customers…. This is what this hotel did do. Increase price and decrease service. Even I booked several times at this facility. The last time they didn’t give me the requested room, because the booking was done via a booking site. That was the excuse of the desk management. I slept at the same level as the parking spot with the cars parked near the window. Couldn’t open the window so could sleep.. Stayed max 5 hours. They don’t trust the customers that’s why the mini bar is empty. I didn’t feel good with the arrogant behavior of the desk management. Like I was guilty because I booked via their partners.

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. The guy who keeps luggage during first check-in is also great. Service of this hotel is good. Especially the housekeeping staff Ms. Necla is very nicely taking care of cleanliness of the room where I am staying. Outdoor pool view is beautiful specially on snowy days. As international guests are staying at this hotel - could have better breakfast options including any one of the Indian breakfasts.

The hotel is nice, and rooms size are fair. Breakfast is very good, a few things need attention: wifi very weak, no underground parking, steam room needs some renovation. Gym is very poor and equipment in very bad conditions. Other than that, all are OK.

The hotel claims to be 05 star but services & facilities are like 03 star hotel, Wifi is not working in the room, room service is pathetic, A very limited meal for vegetarians,not recommended if you are vegetarian. A swimming pool is available but the water was not hot in winter too. Most of the time room keys need to reset at reception else it will not open your room. The room intercom was not working, even to call reception you have to go to reception. Most of the staff doesn't understand English,only few staff translate while communcating with your query. The only good point is the location which is close to Istanbul's big shopping centre. Overall not recommended if you are looking for 04 or 05 star rating hotels.

It's very good and clean and conformable hotel... Near the airport of Sabiha also 2 minutes walking distance from Via port mall of Istanbul... The Staff of the hotel are amazing

Staying in Miracle Istanbul Asia for a long time. Just great! Perfect stuff! Even from the first entry you can feel a caring and cleanliness. At the reception desk well english speakers and very confident Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Muhammed can offer the best location room for you. Mr. Cem, Mr. Batuhan and Mr. Onur, as a bellboys, so friendly and helpful with your luggage. If you have any special request or you need some advice, you may contact with nice and responsive customer support leader Mrs. Tatiana. The rooms are very clean and cozy. Daily cleaning and laundry without delay. Air conditions in the rooms are clean and efficient. Very wide choice for breakfast. Turkish, Arabic and European dishes are available, a lot of greens and fruits. Also room service are available anytime from the hotel restaurant. During a day or evening you may comfortably spend a time in the lobby bar or open terrace with a pool and green hills view! Good enough fitness centre with indoor pool and very good dry sauna and hammam. Also I would like to note a great location of the Miracle Hotel, just a 5-10 min by taxi from Sabiha Istanbul airport and 10 min walking from Via Port big shopping mall and entertainment centre. Also, I would like to say Many thanks to hotel manager Mr. Cumali for his great leadership, contribution, and big concern to the improvement and re innovations. He can always find the best option and decision for your matter!

I have been at the hotel for a few weeks and found the cleanliness and hygiene professional and attentive. Lady Melek does a great job cleaning the bathroom, furniture, floors and making the bed spotless at all times. Therefore, I intend to give her and to the hotel an excellent review. (5 stars)

We stayed here for 3 nights in a two bedroom two bathroom suite on the seventh floor. The suite was huge as were the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable with very soft bedding. You can tell it’s an older hotel but we couldn’t fault the bathrooms or the furniture . Although the suite was very clean, there was an odour probably from the carpets which looked like they were overdue for a deep clean. Breakfast was plentiful with all the Turkish offerings but flavour/quality wise it was average. There was no live egg or pancake/waffle station and no sweet pastries/croissants, which would make a very good addition. Last but not least, the service we received here was some of the best we received all through our 6 week travel through Turkiye. Thanks for having us!

I had a great stay with my family. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel also had great service staff that helped us navigate and enjoy our holiday better especially Tatyana, Muhammet and Cem.

Staying in this hotel for quite a long time now, all the people are so friendly, smiling , and willing to help you in any request. Rooms are specious, thanks to Mrs Melet on the 6th floor who is taking care our rooms, always smiling and willing to keep the room spotless, tide and clean providing all the necessary goods. Special thanks also to the amazing staff on the reception desk. You all doing an amazing job!!

Let me tell you something, it is the first hotel I have stayed in 25 years that gave me the room service menu on the phone 😀 and with the Turkish accent except soup and 🍟 didn’t get much. On the website promoting airport shuttle but here reception has no idea Let’s put something positive also the staff is friendly I guess because it’s trying to compensate with everything they don’t have .

My wife and I were part of a group staying at the hotel recently. Our experience was really world class. Every single member of the staff, from the reception to the spa, was friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the rooms and services were top notch. Being located close to restaurants, two large malls, as well as 10minutes from Sabiha Gowken Airport is also very convenient.

Overall it was a wonderful experience here! Rooms had alot of size. Only downside was the carpets had stains. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices!

It was a very good stay here, I was here on business and Sevgi, the housekeeper was amazing, friendly and helpful. The rooms were kept clean and tidy everyday. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Very close to the Asian airport.

I have a problem with the AC, I called many times complaining about how it turned off while sleeping. The other reason is they took the fridge from my room and I called them 3 times and still no one returned it, I have medication it has to stay inside. Overall, this hotel doesn’t deserve five stars.

Very courteous and helpful Restaurant staff. Esp Miss Bahar and the Restaurant (Food&Beverage) manager. I stayed here for 2 months and they took great care of my breakfast needs every single day. Never let me miss a breakfast in spite of my tight morning schedule. Very helpful and accommodative. Reception desk staff Mr.Mustafa was also very helpful in arranging for whatever requests I had in the hotel. Except poor Wifi in some rooms, the hotel is pretty decent. Proximity to a Mall (Viaport) and bus services nearby are positives.

Awful smells, lovely staff. The biggest challenges for me were the smells of the room. An unbelievably strong body odor permeated everything. I left the windows open during my 24 hour stay and sprayed perfume everywhere but nothing helped. The shower smelled strongly of urine so I cleaned it myself before showering. The room was old and the carpet stained but it was quite spacious and well layed out. The staff was really lovely and helpful, more than most places I stayed in Istanbul. The breakfast was ok. The location is awesome for shopping as it's across the street from a huge mall. Certainly not 5 stars but perfectly fine if you get a clean room. Many reviewers said theirs were clean.

This place is great. Rooms are spacious, Services are always on time. Especially the housekeeping staffs are blessing in disguise, are very helpful. Housekeeping staff Angel (Melek) is very helpful, takes very good care of the room and belongings. Every day, after reaching hotel, I find all my things in proper place.
