I was there last week with my family which are 11 people and had 2 apartments. that please was very clean and modern. staff was very friendly and speak full English.I was so happy from their service. I strongly recommend to all for that place. very close to supermarket.hotel had good place for tea and coffee for free .you feel happy like your home. for next my trip I back to this hotel again. I recommend to all hundred percent .

wonderful rooms, great English speaking service. we got a four rooms apartment for a price of three rooms one. had a great time living and working there for two weeks. the location is very quiet. there are nice supermarket and a few Cafes with tasty food

Loved the place and the staff me and my family stayed for 10 days ...flat was so clean and equipped well...daily cleaning service was offered by the residence free of charge ...towels and bathroom items like shampoo and soap and toilet papers was supplied daily ....there was some welcoming basket full of chips biscuits which I thought it is nice ..staff at reception speaks English well and they're very helpful when u need them ....located in kartal in the Asian side of istanbul a bit far from the famous touristic spots

A luxurious hotel " Princess Residence " in an ideal location in Soğanlik / Kartal for easy access to all markets and other attractions. The room service staff is charming and friendly, the same with guest relation desk and front desk team " Mr.Orhan , Mr.Ahmad , Mr.Heyder , Mr.Ali and Mr.Eridinç . The hotel Apartments /Rooms are spacious and well-equipped .They have good hospitality....Where tea and coffee are provided as free during 24 hrs ..... Really, our family vacation was distinguished for 11 days ( From 2nd October to 13th October) elegant hotel ,helpful staff and very quiet area . Special thanks for Mr.Orhan for being so helpful and the whole front desk team.

Hotel is nice, room where we lived was very good, big, has kitchen and everything which is needed for comfort life. I would put 5 stars for this hotel, but 1 star I take away because in hotel was not such clean as it must be.

My wife and I had a very comfortable stay before our flight going home at Princess Residence. Just 20 minute from SAW. We had a large apartment all to ourselves. Very helpful and friendly staff. There are a few restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. If you’re feeling adventurous, go see the Aydos Castle nearby (an old Roman castle).

It was a wonderful experience staying at Princess Residence for the last 2 weeks of 2022. We were 7 people; while the 3+1 unit fitted us perfectly, we all felt it has been our own house for long time. The reason is we were as comfortable as our own home and everything we needed at home was available in the unit. Above all, Orhan bey and his very supportive team, did their best in hosting us without any issues to make our stay a truly PERFECT stay. The units are all very clean and brand new with high quality materials which gives you the feeling that a team has spent a big effort for your convenience. Stay was good You need car to stay in this hotel to go to Istanbul center. Safe and secure staff very polite and professional. Do not stay with out own car

Me and my family were there for a whole week, it was amazing, a very wide apartment with worm beds, new furniture, two clean bathrooms with washing machine, the most special thing that they’re kind and helpful staff. P.s: The building is located on the Asian side of Istanbul, So you should rent a car or take the train to get to the Europian side.

We are family of 8, we stay at 3 bedroom apartment for our entire stay. The Most precious is the staff, Hayder Orhan and Ahmed, special thanks to Hayder for all the wonderful attitude and kindness, he went beyond our expectations and helped me rent a car, find places, even order food for us. They provide coffee and tea for free. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The service was excellent, the price was great, it is always clean and reliable. I am sure I will be back!

One of best living apartments with fair price. But it is far from European İstanbul.
