This Hotel deserves more than 5 stars, all of the working staff are more than perfect, starting from the receptionists , housekeeping, the room service and , The concierge Mostafa who was also very helpful and friendly. The manager is a great help for the guests, I had a major personal problem with my bank Card, and when I turned to the hotel, the manager was so flexible and understanding. The receptionist, unfortunately I didn’t know his name, thankfully helped me with the manager too . This meant a lot especially when you are away from your country .The hotel facility itself is more than perfect, the rooms are very clean and comfy, the restaurants in the hotel are surprisingly low priced, the quality of food is much higher than its price. The pool is so nice, the spa and the health club are very nice. And most of all the location with the via port mall is the best. Really we had a great time staying in this Hotel and looking forward to the next stay there.

I came here about a while ago and really enjoyed especially since it was my first time in Turkey. The hotel was beautiful so was the view, I also loved how there is an outdoor mall right under the hotel; it was very convenient. 👍🏻

Stayed here 25.11.23 because of missconnection flight for only 4 hours of sleep after a long road. We got the room with connection door to another room (it’s locked). After 20 minutes of rest, we got a neighbors with a small child. And because room was separated only with the door, we can hear everything from them, and child was screaming. So I have called on reception if they can change the room for us, so we can sleep, after arguing, they agreed, so we’ have came to reception and manager was so toxic and rude, he said that THEY DON'T HAVE ANYTHING THAT WOULD BE ABLE TO SHUT A CHILD'S MOUTH FOR ME SO I CAN SLEEP. And some more nonsense about discrimination of guests with child. But all we are have asked for, was changing the room, so we can sleep. He changed the room by the way, but I was very surprised of that high quality communication service.

As a business traveler, this is the hotel that you would want to stay. Super clean, have a nice scent that i think is customised to the hotel, classic style design with big rooms and massive beds. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, i have been greeted with staffs that are professional, approachable and uber friendly. The breakfast was insanely good, with a different menu available everyday. They also have hammam spa down stairs together with swimming and gym. Then there's the massive shopping mall connected next to hotel. I was there for a conference at teknopark several days and the location of the hotel is just spot on. What more can you want from a hotel that served almost everything you need!

The hotel has a good standard, the decor is pleasant and the staff friendly. It is a very business oriented hotel, as there is a conference center nearby. The breakfast buffet is quite good, nothing too fancy, simple and efficient. Same thing with the lunch, tasty and good service. Nearby are some parks and a mall. The room is well furnished and overall the facilities are maintained pretty good.

Very nice hotel, with large and comfy rooms, clean bathrooms and with an exceptional breakfast buffet, very close to the Shopping Mall and the airport. (Small remark: the lighting in the rooms could be better, for me it was a bit too dark). What stood out especially was the extremely helpful staff that supported me after a quite expensive taxi scam in the middle of the night (and managed in the end to sort it all out in the very same night). Thanks a lot for going beyond expectations here! (Btw. this was my only negative experience in Istanbul, besides of that I have only experienced great hospitality and very helpful and friendly people)

My stay at the hotel was exceptionally pleasant. Because of my job, I often stay in many hotels and this has been the best hotel I have stayed in. The hotel (establishment) is nice but the staff makes it excellent, as the customer service is beyond what I was expecting. Upon arrival, I was always greeted by the friendliest bellmen who would open the taxi door and take care of my luggage. At reception, the staff would greet me with a big smile and find a solution for any issue I would have. At the breakfast and lounge, the waitresses always remembered my order and the cooks would be excited to cook any special request. The cleaning and housekeeping staff left the rooms impeccable and were very approachable. At the wellness area, the gym and spa personnel were lovely too. Regarding the establishment, even though the hotel isn't very modern, it's well maintained and very elegant. The common areas are welcoming, the gym is equipped with anything you would need, the SPA offers a nice variety of treatments and the club lounge is quiet and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is great. Moreover, the hotel is located in Viaport mall, where you can find anything from entertainment to shopping. It's very convenient. Thanks to the personnel, this hotel feels like home and the staff feel like family. I have no complaints about my stay and I 100% recommend staying here.

We received this hotel for overnight stay from Turkish Airlines, and since our baggage was hold at the airport, we had almost nothing with us. A very kind girl at the reception by name Alexina was extremely helpful and accommodating, she provided us with all necessities, assisted in every way possible, made us feel at home. Though our stay was very brief, Alexina made it very rememberable and nice.

I stayed short stay for one night only, it’s located in perfect location, reception staff are friendly, the checking in process was fast, room is good size and bathroom is well maintained. the concierge lady Ms. Alexina is so nice and helpful. Highly recommended hotel for family, friends and business.

We stayed this hotel as IHG Diamond Elite Member. 29th September 2022. They send a fruit plate same day fruit plate and bottle of Wine to our room. Unfortunately peach was rotten other fruit was old. no pen or notebook on the desk, hygiene products was missing. at the reception his name Ok.., was not professional and he was indifferent. We asked him hotel Adress and how to use hotel free shuttle, which exit airport we need to go because they will pick up —very simple-, End of the day we used a taxi. Same guy when we arrived at the hotel At the reception talking behind of other Guest lauded on the phone with other stuff member. So we have dissatisfied with this hotel hopefully next time better get service . The Hotel beautiful but hotel stuff should be trade well.

It is a neat hotel, employees are so friendly and nice. If you have any suggestions or/and complaints they will immediately do it. The location is good near to Sabiha Airport. Next time, I would like to stay there again.

Wonderful experience, wish it was more than 1 night! Upgraded to Club Lounge floor with incredible views of the city, phenomenal lounge. Evan is very professional, always welcoming and a true problem solver. Will be back next time!

Nice hotel, located in the middle of many outlets. The hotel is clean and has very nice ambients the breakfast is massive, it has so many options i really enjoyed my stay And even the hotel has its own pets....a dog and a parrot

Always my first choice when I have to stay on Istanbul `s Asian side. As always a warm welcome and a clean room on the 8th floor. Took the restaurant option for the first time. Food well cooked and served quickly. Nothing to complain. The only point is that the hotel is a bit offside, however, quick acces to the airport and the shopping mall.

5 star hotel?I have never experienced this level stinginess even at 2 - 3 star hotels. Bathroom wasn't properly stocked. They even only left one tea for two people. The menu in the restaurant contains a single dish, no other choice (turns out this is the case if you are sent by Turkish Airlines). In any case, that single dish was barely edible. It felt as if we were being fed at a dormitory or a factory canteen. I can't recommend this hotel.

We are three partners who have been staying at the hotel regularly for the past 3 years and to this day we have stayed at the hotel close to 10 times.
