It is always challenging when booking accommodation when visiting a country you have never been before. Any anxiety was quickly removed when we got there. The Location is fantastic - 4 minutes walk from the bus stop, 2 minutes to Taksim square. The rooms are exactly what you see in the photos. Clean and adequately equipped with a safe, and storage. The only thing missing, I felt, was somewhere to put my suitcase. However, if I had used all the drawers and hanging space available, I would not have required it. The tv is a smart one, but has limited apps. Netflix and Youtube is available. The most enjoyable part of the hotel was the Ro+Co team. We spent a fair bit of time in the lobby, and I enjoyed having a coffee and a chat with the team. This place is a real winner. This is not luxury accommodation but offers really good value. A combination of good clean rooms, excellent staff, convenient location with public transport only a stones throw away, you can't go wrong.

We stayed here for 4 nights and were very happy with our stay. Everything was perfect. The staff was extremely helpful with every issue we had. They were some of the friendliest people we have ever met. Thank you to Kris and Osman for everything. And special thanks to Aris for helping us when we lost our wallet. Next time we will come to Istanbul, we will definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you!

So cute, clean and cozy place. Hospitaliy is perfect. Their tips about Istanbul nightlife and traffic were very helpful. You can see Mickey details in hotel anywhere and it makes you smile. We’ll definitely prefer the same place next time

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Instabul! Very central and close to Taksim, the rooms were roomy and very clean, they even have free bottles of water in the fridge which they refill every day! All the receptionists were super friendly, especially Chris who was extremely helpful, gave us directions and recommended some places for us to eat and visit! Thanks for the hospitality!

The service at this hotel is exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a prime location, close to popular attractions. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. The hotel has limited rooms you are lucky if you can find a room in this hotel. 👍🏼

This hotel is a gem! I felt at home the second I stepped in. Staff are very welcoming and responsive, room is spacious, furniture is minimal and comfy also most importantly to me the TV is smart with all streaming services included. The location is perfect and accessible to almost everything one might need. I highly recommend staying here if you’d like to feel at home and not some commercial hotel. P.S. bathroom is a bit small although it didn’t bother me, no phone to call reception but they respond very quickly via WhatsApp and internet connection is sufficient.
