It was truly a beautiful 9 days that I spent in this hotel, which helped me discover the city. New, clean hotel and comfortable room. Helpful staff ready to answer your questions regarding activities and markets in Istanbul. Excellent and secure location in Sisli, close to the metro station, and behind it is a street with stores of well-known brands and good restaurants, and nearby you will find currency exchange offices. I will definitely try booking here again

The Gleam Collection Hotel is a 5-star boutique hotel located in the heart of Nisantasi, Istanbul. The hotel was opened in 2022 and is very new and clean. The rooms are bright and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they were happy to accommodate my request for a robe and toothbrush kit on my first night. The hotel offers a variety of dining options, including a breakfast buffet and a menu that can be served 24/7 to your room. There is also a small and cozy terrace on the lobby floor where you can relax and enjoy the view. I had a meeting on the last day of my stay, and the hotel allowed me to stay in my room until 2 p.m., even though check-out is at noon. I was very grateful for this opportunity, as it allowed me to finish my meeting without having to rush. Overall, I had a very positive experience at the Gleam Collection Hotel. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-located. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. This was our first trip to Turkey. We had the pleasure of staying at Gleam Collection Hotel at Istanbul. Beautiful boutique hotel which was very clean, nearby the Osmanbey Metro station which made us accessible to all the major tourist attractions. The hospitality of all the staff at front desk especially Mr Seljuk and Mr. Denis , in-house restaurant to housekeeping lady all were very pleasant. We had no issues in communication , they responded very quickly to all our requests. Overall we enjoyed the stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Wasn’t lucky with this hotel It seems new or recently renovated. Beautiful stylish. That was the reason I choose it. But room was very small. No room service. Obviously it depends on when chef is there. I was ordering around 1pm - he wasn’t there. I was told he is coming at 3pm. Breakfast was good AC didn’t work properly. Not sure if they control it from the reception desk or somewhere central coz every time I call receptionist regarding not cooling ac he would say - I turned it on it should work now. This part I didn’t get Staff seemed friendly, polite, they smile but didn’t really help with most of my requests. There was an issue with taxi ordering as well. They speak English but obviously very poor and we simply didn’t understand each other Location look good from first side. Very close to busy nisantasi street and to the park but main entrance at the back street and I literally saw a guy peeing in the street near the entrance. That was really disgusting. Also there were this huge garbage containers on the way to nisantasi which didn’t feel right for me and there were no ways to avoid passing them There were other small things like no iron/iron desk, no coffee machine. They are rated as 5 star hotel. Doesn’t feel so for me. I expected it to be cozy boutique hotel with its friendly vibe. It wasn’t for me
