One of my favorite hotel with good location. Very kind, friendly and funny staff, especially Eymen and his colleagues. Excellent and comfortable rooms with daily cleaning. Definitely I can recommend this hotel if you’re traveling on business!

It's a really good, clean hotel. The hospitality is on top. The stuff is very energetic and helpful. They do everything to make you feel at home. Rooms are quite big and conformable. My trip to Istanbul was great! Thanks for everything 🙏🙏🙏

The hotel is just amazing, so clean and new. The bed was so comfortable and we slept so good. Special thanks for Eymen and Mevlor they helped us so much , and were so attentive solving our problem( which is totally not about our staying). I will recommend to everyone this hotel. This is our first time in Turkey and thanks to the service here, it was a good time. All the employees treat you with the utmost hospitality and it continues to amaze me. Although above everything, I have to say my favorite thing here was the coffee. Better then anything I’ve ever had and it’s available 24 hours. The location is great too being so conveniently placed, close to most public transport and easy access to taxis. The concierges helped us with everything from hailing us cabs, lending us an umbrella, giving us directions and providing us with everything we needed to make our visit as comfortable and meaningful as possible. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The hotel hospitality is great! Roomservice and who ever is at the reception give a warm friendly welcome to guests: Hotel always clean warm and lovely fragrance. Sahra Beautiful and kind lady in hotel I saw before checking in, she arranged my birthday flowers and every time I see her face with welcoming smile. Azim Handsome young guy who always happy and ready to make Tea, he makes us laugh and always happy to help. Arslan He does night shifts. A gentleman who always host well, and we had good quality time of talking and laughing. He is very supportive . Eyman. Funny, well spoken and a great helping hand. Very friendly Gümüş aunti Lovely lady with magical smile and turkish tea! Don't understand English but we communicate well to each other and understand enough through the language barrier. One day we been out sight seeing with Sahra, Azim Gümüş me and my kids, was so much fun , we had good walk talk laugh and set to have a tea treat from Sahra and on the way back sweetcorn from Azim. It was very good and they welcome you always. I will be back in a few months specially to see them!

The hotel is at the center of the town , 10 minutes walking to the Istiklal street . The rooms are clean and neat . The best thing in this hotel is the reception stuff , they are there 24 hours and they help with whatever you need always and they are so friendly also . It’s worth the money , if I came back to Istanbul I will go back to it .
