We
had
a
2-night
stay
at
this
hotel
in
Istanbul.
The
hotel
interior
look
is
very
luxury
and
beautiful.
But
I
should
say
that
the
first
night
for
us
was
not
a
good
experience.
Arriving
right
at
the
time
when
a
large
tour
group
was
checking
out
the
hotel
rooms
made
us
a
long
waiting
time
to
Get
the
room.
We
arrived
at
about
12
pm
and
even
though
the
check-in
time
was
at
2
pm,
we
got
the
room
around
3
pm
after
three
hours
of
sitting
in
the
lobby.
The
first
room
we
got
was
really
cold
and
like
a
freezer
in
that
cold
weather
conditions
of
Istanbul
in
December.
The
air
conditioner
in
the
room
was
not
working
properly
to
heat
the
room,
and
the
water
was
also
very
cold.
No
hot
water
was
available.
After
calling
the
hotel
services,
they
first
sent
a
repair
person
to
the
room
to
fix
the
issue
but
when
this
did
not
work,
they
managed
to
change
our
room.
Mr.
Sasan
was
a
great
help
in
that
process
to
happen.
I
am
very
thankful
for
his
help
and
kind
attitude.
However,
after
changing
the
room
we
realized
that
the
new
room
was
not
a
very
clean
one...
The
bed
sheets
were
not
changed
(with
marks
of
use
on
them)
and
the
towels
showed
signs
of
previous
use...
We
slept
there
any
way
as
we
were
really
tired
from
our
long
flight.
In
the
morning,
after
having
a
fantastic
breakfast
(a
truly
wonderful
one)
I
talked
with
the
hotel
staff
and
they
were
really
helpful
in
changing
the
conditions.
They
cleaned
the
room,
brought
fresh
fruits
for
us
to
make
us
feel
happy,
and
were
all
really
kind
with
us.
The
second
night
was
absolutely
a
great
experience!!
So
thanks
to
the
kind
and
helpful
hotel
staff.
I
should
say
that
the
hotel
breakfast
was
exceptional
and
truly
wonderful.
The
walking
distance
from
the
hotel
to
the
Taksim
square
and
to
the
Metro
station
is
about
5-10
minutes
which
was
fair.
Overall,
putting
aside
our
terrible
experience
of
the
first
night
which
was
a
result
of
mismanagement
that
happened
at
the
time
of
the
big
tour
check
out
time,
it
was
a
great
and
memorable
time
for
us
on
the
second
day.
I
need
to
thank
the
hotel
staff
for
making
it
work
better
for
us.
I
recommend
this
hotel
to
all.
