the best place to stay in Istanbul! Fraser apartments Anthill are so modern and clean with amazingly friendly staff! The apartments offer everything you will need with a full kitchen and separate bedroom. Bed is super comfy and bathroom is modern and clean. daily maid service is also included. Everything is well stocked and you will want for nothing. If you do, Carrefour is steps away as is a hair salon and restaurants. there is also taxi stand with taxis available all the time. Concierge is 24/7 an are more than happy to help with whatever you might need. I can not rate this place high enough! Best place to stay! Loved it!

Mr Adam (the manager) was very cooperative and facilitating for our request, front desk, security guards, and house keeping were so helpful and friendly. I recommend the stay with them. The place was so quiet yet very close to all attractions. The presence of the supermarket and restaurants at the ground floor was very helpful.

Very nice view of the city. Was lucky to enough to check in at 12 instead of 3 as they stated. good welcome by staff. Some washing up liquid and sponge would have been really appreciated.

Rooms are great and the location is perfect, employees are super nice but the breakfast is extremely bad i swear it is the worst i ever seen!!! Bread is dry and cheese feels like plastic i think they have been serving the food for days not fresh food!! Also there are few kinds of food for a 5 star hotel! And the PRICE is 1000 sr, up !!!!!

This was my first time in Turkey from the US. This hotel is located in Sisli where you will be centrally located to all the greatest spots in Istanbul. The hotel is very clean and secure. I felt very safe the entire stay! Reception/Room service/Housekeeping was very responsive and always addressed any items I brought to them. Room was beautiful!! Amazing view of the city :) Plenty of food nearby as well as a grocery store located on main floor for anything you may need. I would definitely stay again.

I had the most amazing stay at Fraser Place! They upgraded our suite from a city view to an ocean view, the suite itself was a perfect mix of modern and homey, and the local restaurants and markets help make your stay at Fraser Place that much better. The hotel has a very nice view , you can see both city and sea view . Also the location is good , you have nearby supermarket and restaurants. The service for hotel is Good . The Room has all facility and clean . Things need to be better : to have belokoney or window to open . There was some small hair in bathroom .

The staff are nice, but the location isn’t great enough. Even the suites are like to residences not a hotel! Carrefour is very near which is good, and there are a mini pharmacy and some small restaurants. Maybe is good for big families

The best things about the hotel are the room views (sea nad city sides), the location and the friendliness of the staff. Things didn't like: Very basic breakfast (3 stars), floor carpets, towels and bath robes require replacement (they are used )

Me and my family stayed in this hotel during Christmas 2020, it exceeded our expectations from all aspects, we were in a two bedroom corner apartment in floor 50, the view was panoramic you can see the entire city, apartment are well equipped with high quality furniture, staff are nice and friendly, we recommend this hotel for families The only thing that is missing the nearby metro is far so better to have a car

Excellent service and exceptional view for a reasonable price.

Location is a little far from most tourist attractions however the scenic view is unmatchable (45th floor). Hotel was clean, reception was friendly, and the staff was swift and receptive with all our requests. The suite we stayed in was more like a one bedroom apartment; quite spacious. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

I enjoyed my stay a lot. The hotel has a wonderful view over all of Istanbul. The location is central and the rooms were exceptionally clean. There is a nice restaurant on the premises. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful place to stay. Fraser Place has all the amenities one could wish for and excellent customer service. We rented two apartments as a family and have only good things to say about our stay. Mr Anas Zedan was our main point of contact during the stay and he was super helpful.

The hotel location is excellent The area around it quiet There’s carrefour supermarket and restaurants under the towers The reception and staff are professional, helpful and friendly Check in and out were easy and smooth The two bed rooms apartment was sound proof so during our stay we haven’t heard any noise The view was amazing on the bosphorus The security service is excellent For the cleanliness unfortunately when we arrived the apartment floor was not clean specially in the dining table area where there was food and dirts on the floor The dining table was not clean and food was trapped in the edges of the table The bathroom garbage was not changed from the previous visitor However, the room service has done good cleaning after the request and the reception employee who contacted us later was very cooperative and understanding One last thing that has been addressed with the employee too was the (bed blankets) they look like white and clean from the outside but the inner cushion is brownish like it is dirty and never been washed and doesn’t look new at all and the employee expected that this brownish color due to too much usage and washing and I hope they pay attention to this issue. My overall rating for the apartment and hotel is very good and would recommend it to others.

Perfect location close to the best attractive areas such as osmanbey, taksim, nisantashi, sisli, beshiktash. Accommodation has Carrefour, pharmacy, hairdresser and restaurants. It has shuttle service. Apartments are spacious, splendid view, new furniture, and very good cleaning service. On top of that staff at the front desk were very helpful, friendly and professional specially Mrs Lujen, who was highly reliable and always gave me good advices, in addition to Messrs Zuhtu and Ceylun. Highly recommended

This is not a FIVE Star hotel sadly very misled cheap furniture Chinese wooden flooring squeaky flooring squeaky beds bad value for money. Worst breakfast veriety ever young teens with no experiance frying you omelet and serving very polite and friendly reception and staff but sorry I will not book here again best thing about the room is the view

Very clean and convenient with a very friendly staff from top to bottom. I had Zehra cleaning my room today with a friendly smile that asked me no less than 3 times if I need anything else and she did a fantastic job cleaning and disinfecting the room.

Perfect hotel, entrance isn’t that good but it is ok. Metro stations are little far (around 15 minutes walking). Staff are professionals.
