First time at this new hotel in Istanbul. The service was impeccable, hotel was immaculately clean, rooms spacious with a nice view of the city. The best part of the hotel is the staff. and front desk concierge were very helpful, friendly, and spoke several languages. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to the area.

Home away from home - friendliest staff ever We have never felt welcome and at ease at any hotel as we have at this hotel. All the staff are so helpful and hospitable and they try to do absolutely everything to make your stay more comfortable. I would like to specifically mention Noureddine who was like a generous family member, always offering things without us even asking, extra water, tea, coffee, pillows and whenever we called reception he’d be at our room door in less than a minute with what we’ve asked. Also Enis at the reception was very helpful with a comforting smile, spoke perfect English and arranged anything we wanted with extreme efficiency and professionalism, he even gave us a free Istanbul transportation card to charge and use without needing to buy one. The room was spotless clean, bed very comfortable and a great AC. The hotel location is great in a nice area of Istanbul and 5 minutes walking from Osmanbey which is a major metro stop and 1-2 stops from all major Istanbul attractions. Yes there was no breakfast but they more than make up for it in their super hospitality. Wifi was a tad bit patchy but this is a general issue in Turkey. Not a big deal.
