a
year
ago.
Have
spent
approximately
6
months
here.
The
apartment
itself
is
equal
and
better
in
some
areas
than
what
is
offered
in
most
developed
countries.
The
build
quality
and
design
is
good
to
very
good.
The
layout
of
apartment
is
good
and
makes
living
sense.
No
major
problems
with
gas,
water,
electricity
connections.
Hallways,
lifts
and
lobby
areas
are
safe
and
cleaned
regularly.
Staff
nice
and
helpful.
Good
size
swimming
pool,
gym,
sauna,
showers
is
in
my
block
of
apartments.
Gardens
are
nice
with
seating
area.
Car
parking
available.
Security
is
good.
Views
are
beautiful.
Cross
a
road
and
Hosdede
Park
-
beautiful.
Area
is
quite,
shops
close
by
for
your
daily
needs.
More
restaurants
and
shops
have
opened
since
I
purchased.
Air
quality
is
good,
noise
level
is
low,
This
area
is
ideal
for
people
who
are
tired
of
living
in
big
noisy
cities,
families
and
people
who
want
a
quiet
life.
It
is
definitely
an
area
that
is
developing
and
growing.
Is
it
worth
buying?
So
far
I
say
Yes
but
transport
has
to
improve
otherwise
can
be
difficult
and
costly
if
you
catch
taxis.
The
other
thing
is
Monthly
Maintenance
fees
-
they
keep
changing
(not
alot)
but
this
confuses
you.
I
hope
property
management
team
communicates
better
with
you.
