Many of the rooms are built around the car parking area and on the ground floor only a few feet away from the cars . Little natural light,small bathrooms and no non smoking rooms when I arrived just at the start of check in .was pleased to leave my 'superior room '.Drab rooms not at all like the photos on the advertising.

The hotel itself doesn't have good parking and it took awhile for my family and I to park our cara and when I checked into the hotel, it took a long time for the room to be ready even though we've had reserved it for a long time. When we entered the room, the beds were visibly stained and I had asked the room to be cleaned when I was going out but when I came back, the room was still uncleaned. When I asked for an extra pillow, they said there were no extra pillows available which is odd for a hotel to run out of extra pillows. The breakfast was mediocre at best and refilling the food was slow.

The centre of city. Tasty food stand are near by walk only. The only thing need to improve is car parking lot.

It may feels spooky to for some people stay here, even my friend suggests me to move to another place, but we can't, we already paid for two nights here haha. Its just feeling, nothing to be worried. Good air conditioner Large room Lights, need to be brighter Oh ya, you need to bring bottles of water to stay hydrated. Yes, there's water,, but you need to get it on the corner of hallway....

The room was not as beautiful as in the photo. Hot water shower failed even I tried so many times to turn it on. The sprayer was leak even still working. Still there were stains on the towel. The staffs were friendly and helpful even they said the room aren't ready just I arrived only 10 minutes before check in time. It is good to have mineral water, tea and coffee in the room also with electric jug.

Very dirty and not clean at all. Booked for three nights and just after one night checked out and shifted the hotel. Very bad service.

Relatively cheap, about 250k per night. Located in the middle of the town. Has lift, A/C, TV, instant coffee and tea bags, bottled water, plenty of hot water. Room was a bit smelly and floor was greasy but bathroom is clean. Room lighting is a bit too dim for my taste. Good service, but the porter wasn't careful enough that he dropped my bag with a laptop in it.

Nice and decent with a well ventilated room and clean and comfy bed. Too bad their shower and toilet not functioning as good as i would expected. The toilet couldn't rinse properly and the shower cap is clogged. But it's a decent place for a budget stay with either friends or family

overall good, but one of the three power plugs didn't work, so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom, and on the wall of the room I found what looked like bloodstains

It is an old hotel and can't expect much for the price. Location is near food and mini market. Shopping mall less than 10 minutes away. Wifi is really bad as the signal keeps dropping out. Out of 4 electricity point available only 2 worked.

Overall hotel is fine. Around last week, we spent a night in there, maybe because of Idul Fitri's holiday, the hotel was very crowded. They don't have good enough parking space. So we need to park across the street and take our luggages to the hotel. This was inconvenience for us since we need to take our luggages across busy street. In room, the air-conditioning was not working well (sometimes cool a bit, then hot). I had reported but nothing's changed. Hope all of these issues resolved when next time we will visit again.

My family and I stayed here a while ago. The place was okay. I was doing just fine with the place until I found out that there was blood stain on the layers of bed cover and there was no toilet paper although we have asked for it. This place should improve its cleanliness.

I share the night in the old 4 storey building. Their rooms need to be renovate and the appliances need to be replace, bed sheet, pillow and the others need to be replace with the new one, bcoz it smells, fade and old.

The receptionist was unresponsive when i tried to call them 3x they never picked yp the phone. The room is smelly and the bed is hard. The amenities are non existent. Will.never come to this hotel again.

The staff was so friendly and the room is quite comfortable. But unfortunately, the toilet is not good enough and so on sometimes the water is not working so well.

This hotel is good. Near with station, public area and shopping mall. You can get online taxy easily. The room is spacious, but looks old. And the bathroom is clean but when i stayed here two weeks ago, the hot water didn't work. It will be nice if they change the interior and also check the hot water, trust me it's very cold 😂
