Reception is very useless ..can give just a little information with scowl and unfriendly :( The room is big but not clean. I found used soap in bathroom and some garbage in the room too !!! The only thing that I think it good is there are convenient stores in front of the hotel

For the price you guys can’t complain can you? Cold AC, hot water, hair dryer. Stayed at Deluxe room at the back so not noisy. But thin walls. Good effort a place you can be here to rest up a night or 2.

Stayed at D block, and truly enjoyed my stay both times while in Surat Thani. Rooms were big and comfortable. Parking was ample and location was conveniently next to a 7-Eleven and Tesco Lotus. Street Food stalls are open until around 10pm.

The place look nice but the staff decided to give us the old room. Look a bit run down but everything is ok. Should have either completely renovate this lots like the rest. Got their own pond which is the one thing that make this place much unique if compared to others.

It's fine and good value. Not the best location. Very good value.

We just stayed for a night. The room was as expected. Good shower and comfy bed. The only thing was the duvet didn't have a cover.... Maybe this is standard thing with accommodation that caters to Thai tourists (we tend to always shower before going to bed). But I'd still prefer to have a duvet cover/sheet on my blanket. Regardless a nice and quiet place to stay. It's in a really good location too and the staff were very nice. Thank you!

Nice modern hotel with clean rooms. Pay the extra 50 Baht for a room with balcony it is well worth it (550Baht)

Room #109... last rom on the end. Recommended to me by the family who I rented my motorcycle from. They said everyone who they recommended to stay there said they liked it and that it was quiet. I thoroughly disagree on the quiet part. 550 Thb. No breakfast. Positive: Cool set up with pond in the center of all the rooms so it's this cool little fake nature setting just outside the city with a patio with chairs beside the water. You can hear the Crickets and frogs. King Bed was comfortable I'd rate it at a 3 out of five. Very inexpensive. If I remember correctly it was pretty clean. Plenty of electrical outlets. Negative: very vey loud! You can hear every single car and motorbike that drives on two roads adjacent to the property even though you feel like you're far enough away from the road. It was as if the road was coming over the front porch. I finally walk next door to 711 to buy ear plugs. You can also hear the neighbors' doors open and close Not very spacious. And can hear the unit next door when they're in the bathroom showering or whatever other kind of noise they were making I couldn't even tell what it was but I heard it. No restaurant. That's it. Basic place. I would definitely never stay there again because of the a level of noise.

They don’t come to clean your room, offer clean towels, toilet paper ,or mineral water until you go to the counter to tell them to do so. It sucks! You could even hear people’s voices or snore clearly. The room's insulation is too bad. My wife and I couldn't get any real sleep almost every night. By the way, they even don’t have a hair dryer.
