Very nice team of people, very kind to our group. They let us in even if we arrived very early, also let us leave the rooms later due to our late train. Very nice food and service in general. They also guide us to go to the train station and helped us always with our questions and needs.For sure we would stay there again if we go to Surat :)

Small Rooms.. Rooms had roaches.. No food allowed inside room. No Room service, nor you are allowed to order food online. A soee hotel staff eating in your own booked room is not allowed only.. Only option to eat is to go for their buffet. Rude staff. Everything u ask for is put on management decision. No proper parking space . Overall not a great property to stay.

Excelente experiences with the people from Vetri Inn, they took care in every detail. Very recommended to stay with them, very open to help me and get positive attitude for everything.

Such a pathetic stay for a non descript hotel and the staff at the reception lies to face as he was too busy to even listen... This hotel has a weird policy of not allowing food in their room and it seems they have not heard the concept of Room Service. Thankfully Mr Janak Bhai, the Manager agreed to help me out. But it spoiled my mood entirely... They definitely could have done it better. The cost was also overrated...

Not value for money. Booked the room for my parents. The room given was very small, only shower head in bathroom, no other tap or tumble to use. No dim light to use at night. The staff answers they are new if approached for anything. TV did not work even after trying 3 different remotes.

Nice decent hotel for business stay. Though by size it's not a big hotel but it's very neat and tidy. They have a live kitchen and the food is excellent. The tariffs are also very pocket friendly.

Near Surat Station, Nice and clean Rooms, Staff is good. Reasonable charges. Breakfast n dinner are really good.

I didn't even stay. Had to cancel my booking immediately after check - in. Rooms are smaller than their toilets. Moreover, I informed them that my booking is through MMT which entitles me to atleast one bottle / day of packaged drinking water, however they denied the same as well. They gave RO water served in a reusable plastic bottle, saying "Humare Paas yahi hai, hum yahi dete hain sabko" meaning "We only have this and we serve the save to everyone". I asked that on duty reception staff his name but he refrained from telling his name. When I said I'll not stay here due to hygiene as well as behaviourual issues, he replied, "Jaiye aap", meaning "You may leave". Extremely unpleasant and unethical people to stay with. I keep traveling to multiple cities for work and have been visiting Surat for the same for over a decade now. I've stayed with all types of hotels budget and luxury in Surat, but haven't faced such situation ever. Trust me, their are many budget and even cheaper hotels than Vetro Inn who serve you in a much better manner. Please boycott this hotel for their unethical and rude staff above all. I wish I could alot negative stars. The only sound behaviour I received was from the valet, who even dropped my luggage to the room and on my immediate check out apologised for the manager's rude behaviour. So that one star is for the valet.

I stayed at Vetro Inn from 18/6/22 to 17/7/22. The rooms were clean, staff and room service excellent, breakfast and dinner very tasty, kitchen staff friendly, wifi good, reception staff always willing to assist. Definitely had a pleasant stay, lovely atmosphere. Definitely a must on my next trip

Rooms were good which they provided us. Sufficient space. Location: walking distance from surat railway station. Linen was perfect/clean. Dinner/ breakfast was also good. We used to stay in this hotel everytime on official visit. You can book without thinking.

Rated above 4 out of 5 as compared to budget.. good service is provided in your budget that to near railway station.. parking is little issue.. its closed to station but away from crowd that is very good point.. buffet breakfast and dinner has less option but good quality.. recommended for business tour stay

Cleanliness is something that you will observe here all around and is a striking feature of this place. Most importantly, the Hotel does not allow Smoking, Drinking, Tobacco Chewing or Gambling in the hotel premises. I loved the stay thoroughly. Best for business trips.

Over All very good Hotel in every aspects.

The rooms of the hotel are of very small size as compared to its high price. You can get a much better hotel at this price.
