Location is poor but rooms are spacious can be good for short stay

The bed sheets , blankets were dirty .bathroom buckets were little dirty . Service was good . I was told of 500 rs per bed per night .8 to 10 hours later when I confirmed the price was told 1000 rs.

I stayed for the second time in this hotel and totally recommend. Outside the building is not very appealing but when you get inside the hotel you feel a nice and clean hotel Very helpful and friendly stuff. They always make my stay very comfortable. Having restaurant and laundry is also makes this hotel comfortable place for longer stay

Very Neat and Clean Room. Staff is very corporative. Room service is good. Room is spacious. Location is very close to Surat Railway and Bus Stand. Food quality is really very good quality and quantity. Room charges are reasonable. Self has been coming to this hotel for more than 15 years.

It is on 5th and 6th floor. 1 star less given only because of ground floor entry which is not so clean. Once you are on 5th or 6th floor the experience is completely opposite. Rooms are very spacious. Food is good and at reasonable rate. It is around 700 to 800mtrs from Surat Station. Service is very good.

No Proper lighting in the Room, No Towel, Reception Number Not Working , Not hygienic at all. Overall Pathetic Experience of my life

Dear friends, I stayed 2 days in this hotel, If you choice this hotel is very nice and comfortable, Oyo offer you complimentary breakfast at the time of booking but hotel management can't provide they are making extra charges, this is very bad. And also if you booking online and making online payment then hotel management can't agree they are also extra charge 100rs very bad.

Spaces rooms available and only in room dining available. Overall good service.

Hotel Ostria is worth booking when you want a peaceful and cool stay in the buzz of the city area. Even though it's in the middle of the city, you don't feel any noise or any kind of pollution. Food quality is really good at affordable rates. The hotel has its own lift thus giving you a special feeling. At good rates, you can get rooms with major facilities. Cleanliness here is commendable. I will definitely recommend this to whosoever is planning to visit Surat and looking for a comfortable stay. Just one thing, to ensure clear communication regarding hotel rates , early check in and check out charges.

Though rooms are big and location is ok, the attitude of the staff is pathetic and hostile. This goes from the guy at reception to liftman. Dont go there unless you have no other options.

The hotel is situated on the 5th and 6th floor. Hygiene is satisactory. The service is also okay. If you are travelling with your vehicle then you might face parking issues.

It's near railway station so it's very relevant for booking rooms near railway station at nice price

Absolutely spacious rooms with natural light coming in the room in the morning. Great service.

Rooms were quite spacious Breakfast served was wonderful and tasty and was always served on time. We had two issues with which we informed the help desk but was not resolved till end 1. Cockroaches in washroom and rooms and even in bed which was unhygienic 2. No hot water in washroom till the end of our stay.

It's awesome 👍...near to station...room size is so large compared to others hotel... staff also good 👍...feel like to family...nice place to visit always preferred and services is good 😊

Rooms were good but cleanliness was not at all proper nd bathrooms were not cleaned properly.. There were insects too.. So pls see to it
