    Good hotel to stay near by station area. Rooms are clean and good hospitality. Only one thing is disappointed me and it was parking facility. Breakfast is good overall good experience

    Best in Hospitality, staff management, bathrooms are clean, accessible location and moreover the break fast provided is delicious. Rooms can have better ventilation and odour. But other maintenance is good. Njoyed the stay :)

    Superb Hotel. Facilities are top class, polite and helpful staff. Breakfast spread is decent with their rooftop restaurant view.. All this at economical rates.. Keep it up please.

    It was awesome service and excellent clean tidy room. Food and breakfast are really good and recommended. Reception Manager Rakesh is the best person and supportive 24 hours for all the NRI Customers. I gave 5 star only because of him otherwise 4 star for all the rest Quality service. Thanks Harry New Zealand

    Receptionist behaviour is very bad and also room size smaller as shown in the online and the quality of room is poor quality smells like smoking hub.. they are not taking any responsibility of customers also fraud for the payment terms they charged money even I not use the room.

    It's a good hotel in Surat and quite close to all the main food spots and attractions. The rooms were good, comfortable, spacious and clean. The service was quite quick. The area isn't too great but Gopal locho is right besides it and the location is good. It's good for families. Don't mind staying here again.

    Better option for a single stay as the price is affordable one with breakfast inclusive...staff is cooperative...only issue is with the signals and call drops...!!

    Nice stay, good friendly people. Problem is with car parking, they confirmed some work in progress for parking lot, meanwhile, cars are parked near a flyover, two nights and I had a thick layer of dust all over my car, meanwhile would recommend nearby hotels with proper car parking which are just feets away.

    Good service. I Had booked 2 rooms and were given early check in atleast 3 hours before the check in time. Rooms and bathroom were very clean. Good was also very good. We enjoyed our stay.

    The room and location of the hotel makes it very easy to go for staff cooperation 👎 each and everything is to be asked to management or directly being told no which other hotels with same rate does it very easily

    Good place to stay with family. Good food and rooms are Executive level. Nice experience of stay. Close to market, station and near center.

    We called and confirmed the booking and when we reached the hotel at 1 am, they refused to give us a room and did not give us a room and in a very bad way they put us in trouble at night.
