The
front
desk
service
level
is
beyond
POOR!
I
came
for
a
funeral
and
booked
3
rooms
(5-7
nights
each).
The
hotel
doesn't
understand
hospitality
and
they
run
it
with
a
money
mindset
approach.
The
rooms
are
dusty
and
has
a
musky
smell
as
you
can
tell
they
haven't
been
used
in
a
while.
The
WiFi
will
disconnects
multiple
times
every
few
hours
and
you
have
to
login
again,
no
stability
and
very
poor
speed.
It
seems
the
staff
are
doing
guests
a
favor
by
providing
a
service
if
we
request
something.
The
pictures
are
fantastic
on
the
website,
but
the
service
is
garbage.
Suman,
who
happens
to
be
GM
can't
make
decisions
regarding
the
hotel
and
needs
higher
up
approval
for
basic
things
that
a
front
desk
agent
would
do.
No
knowledge,
and
front
desk
would
call
every
guest
booked
in
my
reservation
for
payment
despite
coordinating
with
front
desk
staff,
no
communication
between
the
team.
The
hotel
doesn't
understand
how
the
booking
system
and
process
works,
as
a
previous
Guest
Services
Manager
I
would
have
to
explain
to
them
how
the
system
works
yet
they
would
deny.
There
is
no
guest
safety
and
security.
I
asked
a
random
housekeeper
to
open
my
room
and
they
easily
opened
it
without
any
verification,
what
if
another
guest
was
easily
able
to
open
my
room?
Your
safety
is
in
jeopardy.
In
all,
I
would
NEVER
stay
there
again!
