Very attentive staff, good service, good food, mr ravendra kumar is really understanding and serve people as per their requirement, thank you.

The room, food, staff behaviour, everything was good. They just need to do some changes in the room and in one staff member, which I don't want to say especially in public, I have already informed them what needs to be changed. The front office person(Ravi), housekeeping girl and the service person were also very good. So overall it was quite a nice experience to stay there. I hope next time(if it ever happens) the changes will be done and will get again in the perfect environment.

The front desk girl is very rude. The rooms are not maintained well. The room entry door and bathroom door is too jam. Food quality is ok, not at all value for money. The nearer hotels are far better in charges, service n food quality.

The service are very slow and the tv are not working in some rooms and the remote are also not working I think that there no shells in remote and the is not working it showing mono in room 302 the rooms are good,big and toilet and shower are also too good and clean and Please add some bath tub in bulex room or suite rooms the wifi is not so slow but the mbps range is not good at all Butt it is OK and the price is also great for value And add AC in interess hall

Hotel is very good. It's ambience very nice. Location wonderful. Rooms large and clean. Nature of the staff very cordial. Service in dining hall very efficient. Staff there very humble. Mr Ravinder ws very humble and very courteous person. I have never seen such a nice person in my life. Thanks for everything

The front desk service level is beyond POOR! I came for a funeral and booked 3 rooms (5-7 nights each). The hotel doesn't understand hospitality and they run it with a money mindset approach. The rooms are dusty and has a musky smell as you can tell they haven't been used in a while. The WiFi will disconnects multiple times every few hours and you have to login again, no stability and very poor speed. It seems the staff are doing guests a favor by providing a service if we request something. The pictures are fantastic on the website, but the service is garbage. Suman, who happens to be GM can't make decisions regarding the hotel and needs higher up approval for basic things that a front desk agent would do. No knowledge, and front desk would call every guest booked in my reservation for payment despite coordinating with front desk staff, no communication between the team. The hotel doesn't understand how the booking system and process works, as a previous Guest Services Manager I would have to explain to them how the system works yet they would deny. There is no guest safety and security. I asked a random housekeeper to open my room and they easily opened it without any verification, what if another guest was easily able to open my room? Your safety is in jeopardy. In all, I would NEVER stay there again!

Pros The hotel is centrally located with stone throw distance from major market and famous eatries of Raj kot Room were spacious and comfortable however their mattress were a bit hard Cons Service was very very slow the breakfast items were very slow to serve and many a times people were seen queueing for items and the staff was indiferrent to it The reception staff are only smiling and welcoming rest all staff seems tired and indiferrent Food was okayish and not great

They completely ruined my laundry. Whites were washed with colors and my new dress which was to be dry cleaned was full of stains. Vraj travels Rajkot refused to help even though they were holding the payment to the hotel. My advice, avoid this hotel and Vraj !! It was a very bad experience.

So basically They will tell you to compromise Between facility and comfort.. if you are choosing facility then you can not have comfort as they don't even have the space for driver and OUTSIDE FOOD IS NOT ALLOWED in case you want to enjoy food with your family.

Decent stay for the budget. Nothing too bad, nothing extraordinarily good. I was there for some work and needed a good hotel for a couple of days, and this hotel fit the bill in terms of location, travel convenience and hygiene.

Rooms: no floor mat and floor quality was very poor, tiles are coming out from the surface. Not good. Two star given as bed and AC functioning OK. Service: Nobody there to shift the lagaguges, TV was not working took time to repair it. Also, even after telling, we did not recieved the floor mat. Room lock also not in good condition. No proper response from the hotel management staff for our concerns Location: No space for vehicle parking, need to park in the empty area on the road( place was told by hotel staff only. That's only the help we got). Overall I can give 2 to 2.5 rating only.

Location is perfect. Rooms are showing their age. Rooms, though, are kept clean. The food is tasty. Breakfast needs more variety. It's ok for a couple of days. Service is good. The morning tea is always tepid, never piping hot, you can tell them of, they will still serve it warm.

The room key did not work.. everytime a third person came with master card to open it.. it's not at all safe for a women to stay alone.. there were cockroach on the bed.. They only gave one small bottle of water per person which is so sense less..

Great location, friendly staff. Food was good. Had stayed for 4days .. Had a great stay. And the hotel is located at a chowk . hence almost all types of shops, eateries can be found. Very lively experience. And pls have the awesome khaman right outside the hotel. Thank you.

Worst Experience of any hotel ever... -No room service -Adamant staff, -No effect of complaints -No hospitality -Not even considerations or apologies from any staff -Smokey AC air circulation and lobby -No room Service -Lousy responses of room maintainance -Basic amenities like Electric Kettle, Refrigerators, door locks, non-functional -No lights in stairs - Food served in uncleaned, non-functional boilers, two boilers were containing whereabouts of last night buffet foods... -Dinner plates lying out of the rooms till 10 AM checkout time. Worst things were smokey airways, full of cigarettes smells, inspite of presence of smoke alarms. Overall worst experience. If you are visiting Rajkot No way to choose Comfort Inn, they say they are best for Corporates, if corporates enjoy such inhabitants, God bless.

Good place to stay for few days. The hotel has in-house restaurant which serves delicious food. The manager Mr. Sushil Kumar is very polite and helpful. He managed to accommodate me in the best room available.

Pathetic behavior by front desk staff. Never experienced this thing in any chain hotel specially comfort inn. Oyo has far better hospitality. Only positive point is location which is near private bus stop. Otherwise the receptionist doesn't understand English. The manager is so called smart one. Although the room smell is stinky, they say it's cleaned just before a hour. Never go for comfort in rajkot. U have faf better options at an equivalent rates nat same location also.

It's fantastic hotel in many ways like location wise, well manners of hotel staff and guards. Complimentary breakfast is superb.Ramendra Singh and sonu,very decent and well behavior and supportive members of hotel really. The hotel is clean, good and comfortable. All the best comfort Inn.

I was there for attending a small function. So don't know about rooms but service was good. Not so far from ST bus stand. Overall not the best but good hotel. Food was also good.

I wouldn't recommend this one. It's a second copy of an okay okay 3 star hotel. They are really trying to be good but failing miserable due to the staff... few pts I noticed during a night stay are, 1. HOT WATER NOT AVAILABLE DURING NIGHT, THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME THAT IT'S AVAILABLE ONLY DURING MORNING HOURS... DAMN... 2. The hair dryer was broken and not working. 3.The TV was getting struck.... some cable issue 4. The bathroom fittings were archiac.. 5. The bed side power Socket was not working and the AC did not seem to work all night despite being kept at 22 degrees... 6. No basis amenities like night slippers etc... 7. The receptionist must be trained to be more understanding wrt queries rather than being plain discourteous and denying everything... 8. Good thing that place was clean and tidy... A lot of room to improve...

Very nice food, ambience was too good, though it was buffet dinner self service, but some items like roti and naan were served at table, behavior of staff was very friendly. Overall good experience.

We came to know this property through online at last minute we got proper help with front desk soyab very attentive nice smile gentle man for customer service he need promoted as i see for his duty helping with changing the room what we wanted and collaborating with restaurant and the management please check the room well before you click the room besides all good experiences . We do recommend but also communicate well before you book something .

The stay was very good. Hotel staff is very good and good mannered. Front office team is very good, and behaviour good. Room was clean .and room smelling is good. Breakfast is delicious. And surrounding is also quite good. I was provided with a separate working table in the room..

Pathetic people. Hotel charges Rs. 60 for the Bisleri bottle. When I asked them why are they charging so much when the MRP is just Rs. 20. I asked them to change the bills. Then manager told me you can take extra bottle of I will give your extra money back.
