Me and my daughter came in last Friday night for a meal and were greeted by I think her name was Kaela, She was absolutely amazing and super friendly and her attention to detail knowing the menu was an absolute treat especially when it came to helping decide what to have for dinner because not only was she helpful but made us feel right at home and catered to our evey need and especially being in the hospitality & events industry myself I couldn't have asked for anyone better she absolutely deserves a pay rise and more acknowledgement. ☺️Over all I love this place the food atmosphere and the price point was great too. Highly recommend it's a 10/10 from us. Thank you for a great experience!

Nice clean and tidy set up. Terrific customer service from the moment we entered, friendly staff throughout the evening and great quality meals for reasonable prices. We had the lamb roast, steak meal and the Dirty Birdie Chicken schnitzel meal, all amazing. Definitely returning again soon and would highly recommend. Thank you😊

Actually a nice quiet lunch spot where you can talk to friends. Lunch was great but wine choice disappointing. Would try it again though as pumpkin salad was great

My partner and i really enjoy coming here, the customer service is great and we're always treated like VIPs. Food is big serves and pretty yummy, atmosphere is nice but sometimes the smokers smoke comes through the balcony door, which is annoying as we always have our booth for comfort. Apart from that can't really fault this place, it's our favourite place to come for lunch on the weekends 😁

Wow, Go to put keno on and told me I don't have time to type in numbers, fill in the card. Then walks over and keeps chatting to work mates. Unbelievable Food very bland

Nice batter on fish, just a long wait for food and drinks and not a lot of staff at lunch hour which is why, then a glass fell off our table and noone came to clean it up we had to inform them as well for some salad dressing.

Friday lunch, the place was jumping. Great atmosphere. Garlic bread to die for, battered fish very succulent, and quality wines at cheap prices. Love this place!

We go there regularly, as members of the STAR group we get discount on drinks and food. Serves are generous. Food is hot and tasty. Staff are friendly and helpful. Recommend this hotel. Only complaint I have is sometimes there is a live act, and it is a bit loud making conversation difficult.

Amazing food and big portions - best parmys on the coast (I highly recommend the Amigo parmy and breakky starzini). Decent sized menu with affordable prices, friendly staff and cheapest drinks in Southport - need a trivia night too!

Had a lovely weekend lunch time meal here, great value, lovely food, (loved the crackling) great friendly service, sat outside in the shade, and took in the amazing views while eating. Special mention to Jess who looked after so well.

A very handy place in Australia fair to meet friends for a meal and share a drink in a bright and friendly atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and there is a very handy seniors discount on meals, which by the way are always very tasty and of good size. For a bit of leisure, pokies and free coffee are there for your use.

Just had the most beautiful roast Turkey lunch. Could not fault anything, meal, service. Everything was wonderful

Dropped in for dinner last night and completely blown away by the quality of the food. They have a pretty good choice of different schnitzels on the menu and the one's we ordered were amazing. Generous size, all the food was piping hot, crispy chips, yummy salad (not hot), it was fantastic. Going back next week to try a diff schnitty thanks to the job the kitchen did. Well done people.

I've just tried cappy hour coffee and cake. They have discount for a cup of coffee and a piece of cake between 10am to 11am. The coffee is so good here. And staffs are so friendly

Always a delight. Staff are great along with drink specials all the time. Had their food for the first time a few months ago and it was divine. One of my regular bars and it will definitely stay that way.

The food at Hotel Pacific is excellent and the prices are better than many clubs. Services also good and there is a nice out look. Highly recommend their roast of the day or if you're super hungry the large schnitzel.

We love Hotel Pacific. Food is always consistently good quality & if you get a table outside, the view is pretty amazing. For a random little pub inside a shopping centre this place is an absolute gem! We return time & time again, staff are friendly and they always look after us. Can highly recommend.

Fantastic relaxing atmosphere with superb staff to match. Food is great tasting and well prepared. Only real suggestion would be a larger choice of desserts to finish the meal. Recommended for anyone

come here for a coldie and bite to eat. Happy staff, well cooked meals and lovely to be able to look out to the ocean waters. Join up as a member and get great deals. Skip the takeaway shops for lunch and just come here. Love it!

Very nice atmosphere. Been here 2 times and the meals are very yummy. Big selection of meals to choose from. Maybe have the specials of the day. Great prices. Friendly staff. Quick and easy.
