Great recent stay here. New foyers look great, spacious 3 bedroom unit with ocean views. Very comfy beds and everything we needed to be super comfortable. Loved strolling down Noodles Lane bedside the complex that leads you straight to the beach. 1 minute walk to fabulous shops and restaurants and we jumped on the tram which is just around the corner. Best position in Broadbeach, so quiet yet right in town. Bruce and Sue made us welcome and were very helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Stayed in unit 42. Awesome views, big Tv, large balcony, well looked after. Loved our stay. Management staff were awesome. Will be back!

Best location in Broadbeach. We had a 3 bedroom apartment on the 14th floor, the balcony had sweeping 360-degree views of the ocean and the city. Perfectly situated on the northern end of Broadbeach, walking distance to great cafes, restaurants and night life. Great amenities too, including pool, spa, tennis court and games room. Will definitely come back.

Recently spent two weeks in a 2bed apartment on the 9th floor. Big windows facing the beach meant we had a great view. Location is really good close to shops and restaurants. No way this is 4 star accommodation though! It was dirty, beds were incredibly old & uncomfortable, and they clearly haven't made any updates since the 80’s. Apartment had an ensuite bathroom however the shower was so dreadful in the ensuite with water spraying everywhere from the shower head & arm. Also the toilet lid didn’t stay up so rested on your back while you were sitting on the toilet! Many kitchen appliances were dirty (jaffle iron had caked on food on it). Would not stay here again, the location doesn’t outweigh the tired, dirty state of the accomodation.

I cancelled my booking shortly after making it. So I can't comment on anything but my refund. I booked through booking dot com which obviously has my credit card details. The deposit was taken from my credit card by Capricornia. However Capricornia refused to refund to my credit card due to their " internal auditing rules" and insisted I provide them with another bank account number so they could transfer the refund back to me. I've never had this occur with any refund for accommodation or any type of goods and services. My bank did not think it was prudent to provide in todays climate of bank account security. I ended up opening a new account for the refund and then closing immediately, on the banks advise.The other alternative was to cancel the credit card payment. I've been an auditor for 30 years. It doesn't make sense to have income come from one source but be refunded to another.

The location met all our needs. The room was clean and had all the comforts of home.

Had an amazing weekend at the Capricornia Apartments. The unit was spacious, modern and stocked with everything you could need for a weekend away. Bruce and Sue are very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

The staff are very friendly and if there was an issue we were listened to and all concerns were addressed. Just a short walk to the shops, park, beach and entertainment. Relaxing pool and spar.

A good location one block from the beach and shops. The 3 br apartment we stayed in was excellent and heaps of space. All the amenities you needed were there, two tvs and entertainment on tap, free fast Wifi, great kitchen with heaps of crockery and cutlery. Pool was good and the BBQ AREA was clean and with excellent gas BBQs. Would highly recommended staying at these apartments.

Great location, central to supermarkets, the beach and the tram station. Very quiet, couldn’t hear much noise from the street or other residents. Bedrooms nice and big and the living areas as well. Loved the use of the kitchen and laundry. Bathrooms a little tired and could do with an upgrade would be the only negative.

Really good location. Walking distance to the beach and Broadbeach central shopping and restaurants. The apartment was clean and roomy. Carpet in the living area did need a clean. Main bedroom had a very comfortable bed but the kids reported the mattress in the second bedroom was not so great. The shared amenities were cleaned every day including the pool. Hosts Sue and Bruce were very friendly and helpful. Parking onsite was also easy to access and secure. Feedback that I would offer is to improve the kitchen utensils as they were a little light on and extremely dated.

Stayed for 2 nights with 4 kids in an east facing top floor unit and had a great time. Older but spotlessly clean and very spacious apartment with excellent facilities and great views of the beach and surrounds within a couple minutes walk of restaurants, bars, surf clubs, beach, tram, shopping centres, supermarket etc… - great Broadbeach location. Helpful and friendly reception. Good basement parking with 2 meter clearance. Will stay again!

These apartments are perfect for families. The kitchen had all you could want in a kitchen, spacious. They had boogie boards and tennis racquets to borrow which kept the kids entertained, not to mention the free wifi. We will definitely be back.

The place itself was nice. However, the customer service was atrocious. After 2 days of waiting for a spare bed to arrive, I went down to management who, instead of apologising for the delay, told me they weren't going to send a bed until they got paid- something they didn't tell me before.

Stayed for a conference. Very clean, quiet, close to the Convention Centre, lots of nearby places to eat and the staff were very accommodating with delivery/pickup/holding of equipment. Bring my family if we're ever up this way.

I visited my husband when he was staying here playing golf with his mates. TV was full sky for when I was on my own, and the spaciousness of the room was great when everyone turned up after their games. I will be booking in again for my granddaughter's wedding in 2017 when we get a date. So close to the shopping on Broadbeach and the Sunday market on the beach was just out the front door.

The apartment was very musty when we arrived and the curtains smelled badly of body odour. Quite run down and in need of new furnishings. Really good location though, and a good size space for a family.

We had a short stay at Capricornia and the staff were wonderful. We ended up leaving early due to the snap QLD covid lockdown and were refunded the rest of the money we had paid for our trip. The facilities were excellent, clean and tidy, and the three bedroom apartment we were in was spacious with a well stocked kitchen. The location was fabulous, a short walk in to the heart of Broadbeach. Thank you Sue and Brian for making our quick trip so enjoyable!
