WARNING - JACKHAMMERING AND PRIVACY INVASION FROM 7:30 am - 3:30 pm The accommodation jackhammering noise can be heard loudly from the beach, so imagine if you lived there. In addition, they have suspended scaffolding facing the units, all happening every day from 7:30am - 3:30pm. The accommodation recommended closing the balcony during construction time, SO YOU PAID FOR THE BALCONY TO CLOSE IT OFF.

The worst and most unprofessional hotel I've ever dealt with - had to postpone twice due to border restrictions and wasn't informed that this would mean that my deposit would be non-refundable. Management flat out refused my money back without actually showing me where it was stated in policies/terms and conditions about the deposit. Only was able to get onto management after emailing 6 TIMES (all ignored!) and calling 4 days in a row, still awaiting email proof of said terms and conditions, 4 days later. Appalling customer service and even worse communication skills. Don't waste your money here!

The apartment was fine - clean and tidy, but the views were breathtaking from our balcony. Definitely recommend getting a beach view, it’s worth it.

I recently stayed for 6 nights, excellent location directly across from the beach. The room was spacious, well equipped and with lovely ocean views. Also within 10 minutes walking distance to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with the sea view and the views really are incredible. You have a complete 180 deg uninterrupted view of the beach. It also has two balconies, which is useful depending on which direction the wind is coming from. The kitchen was very well stocked with various cooking equipment and I couldn't fault the cleanliness. The bedrooms are a good size and the queen bed was super comfy. Jackie and the other staff are very friendly and helpful and helped us extend our stay for a further 3 nights. I really can't fault this property - I've stayed here before, prior to the building next door going up, and yes, the views were better then, and this trip we did lose the sun around 1pm in June, but with a fabulous beach just across the road, its not really a big deal. We will definitely be back.

The service from the initial contact was stellar. Jackie went above and beyond to secure apartments to suit my needs. She provided great pricing and we were able to book into the rooms earlier than the specified time. The accomodation was quality, by that I mean it was exemplary value for money paid. The location is unbeatable. Across the road from the beach and a seven minute walk into the Broadbeach mall with multiple shopping and dining choices. Jackie recommended Den Devine, a great Jazz Blues pub which served great food. It was a blast. Our entire break was magical, thank you Jackie and excellent staff. See you again..and again

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Unit 21 situated in the heart of Broadbeach. From the moment we stepped inside, you can’t help but take in the stunning beach views. The sweeping views of the ocean were not only enjoyed from the open plan living and dining room, but also the kitchen and bedrooms. The entire unit was modern, impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The layout was well-thought-out, providing ample space for a comfortable stay for 4 adults. The sun-drenched balcony was undoubtedly our favourite spot to relax and take in the stunning beach views. The property management were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a seamless check-in and we're helpful addressing an inquiry that arose during our stay. We look forward to staying at Unit 21 when we are next on the Gold Coast!

Exceptional and very friendly management who do all they can to make your stay enjoyable as possible. Jackie went above and beyond to help any way she could. The rooms are the cleanest I’ve come across after staying in many accommodations over the past two months and you have everything you need. The location is amazing. After my first stay I didn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you for a perfect stay.

The accomodations are excellent, the apartment was clean, spacious and incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist. One highlight of my stay was taking advantage of the location, the beach across the road was easily accessible and provided stunning views. And taking a walk to dinner was a convenient and enjoyable experience. My stay could not have been better!

Unit 21 is freshly renovated and looks amazing. The beachfront views are incredible and we just loved staying there. It is so relaxing and close by to all the cafes and restaurants and shops. We loved walking on the beach every morning and will definitely be back.

Had a really nice week long stay here perfect location and amazing views of the ocean and the hinterland. Every morning woke up to sunning views. Room has good black out curtains. The apartment 53 was ideal for our needs.

We had a fantastic stay at Boulevard North Holiday Apartments in the month of March, we utilised these apartments for a 2-night stay. The location is perfect, close access to Pacific Fair & nice restaurants which is exactly what we were after. Couldn't speak highly enough about the staff, each time we asked for something or had a question it was attended to in an efficient manner. Would recommend staying here, & we can't wait to get back.

Great location right across from the beach, quiet enough that you aren’t in the hustle and bustle of the centre of Broadbeach but it’s only a short walk into the precinct. Rooms are great and the service was outstanding. Highly recommended

The Boulevard North Holiday Apartment room I stayed in was old but nice and clean, fully equipped and had everything I needed. The property is very well maintained and cared for. Easy access to the carpark with plenty of parking room. Easy room and building key access. Plenty of cafes and restaurants just a short walk away and there is even a lovely art gallery just up the road. Value for money with a patrolled beach directly across the road and great views even from the lower floors. Pictures are of the beach directly across from apartments and the view from my balcony. The service was as good as any 5-star hotel I have stayed at. Reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. I could not fault the lovely lady that took care of me as she went above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again as a budget holiday break.

Fabulous apartments. Close to the heart of Broadbeach and public transport so very easy to travel around. The views from our balconies were gorgeous. The apartments are lovely and have everything you need to be super comfortable, are very clean and reception staff are extremely helpful. Will definitely be returning as soon as we can.

Stayed a couple of weeks ago , in 1 brm unit 22 ..all good so we decided to splash out to a 2 brm beach view but they were fully booked so we left for the weekend and checked back in remotely on the Sunday when office unattended. Very disappointing…(unit 30) was not cleaned well at all , had to clean tomato sauce off white table, and scrub coffee mugs.. in urgent need of maintenance and spring clean. Iron wouldn’t stay on, window wouldn’t shut efficiently in wind , blinds remote didn’t work so they constantly banged when windows opened.Curtains didn’t meet and one needed hem sewn back up .For almost NZ $1000 for 3 days it was disgraceful. I would think most units were acceptable ,as was our first experience in I brm ,partial view room ..just wanting to warn others to check they get a decent standard apartment that’s hopefully been cleaned properly. Gave feedback to management, hopefully they make improvements.

The friendliness of the staff was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful views from rooms. And so close to shops and cafes. Will definitely be coming back.

Best time ever! The staff were friendly and helpful, apartment had more kitchenware than anywhere else we had stayed. Balcony view was 5 star. Had everything we needed and across the road from beach. Great size pool also. Definitely would go again!

Family of 4 adults stayed here for 5 days in Nov 22. Room was great, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, kitchen and lounge. Air-conditioning in lounge and ceiling fans in the bedrooms made our stay comfortable. Beds were comfortable and thick windows kept out the external noises. Would happily stay here again.

To be honest, so great to stay here!!!the view from our apartment is wonderful!! We can see most of the coastline. The sea, beach, delicious restaurant, bars…all the things we want are here surrounded! Despite the strict check-in rules that bring a little trouble, the room, the facilities in the room and the services were perfect. thanks for everything!😉🏖

We booked a 2 bedroom unit with an ocean view which was stunning. The unit was really modern with 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen with everything we needed, TV, free wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. I asked to be as high up as possible to avoid noise. We were on the 15th floor which was amazing. The pool while not greatly warm was nice, and the spa and sauna divine. The apartment block is directly across from the beach so we could dip in the water, then head straight to the spa. There's a lovely tennis court but it rained a lot so we didn't use it. The manager Chris is really friendly, has great customer service, and as the sign says, "If you're not happy tell us so we can help make you happy", you can't go wrong with that! The location is really close to Woolies, the Oasis shops, not far to Pacific Fair, and close to the tramline too. The only thing I'd change is going out of school holidays as the apartments are a lot cheaper during term time as is everywhere. I would definitely recommend these apartments and would stay here again.

The accomodation was very well maintained and perfect for our needs as a family. The proximity to the beach and Broadbeach were amazing. The pool, spa and sauna were great as was the tennis court and BBQ area. Highly recommend Boulevard North Holiday Apartments

Perfect location, great view, the building is right across the road from the beach, quiet area, yet only 10 minutes walk to all restaurants and supermarket. Spa, heated pool, sauna all was open and working. The only downside was that they forgot to mention renovation and closed balcony (the balcony was the actual reason I booked that exact apartment) on the time of booking. We were quite upset by that fact. At least due to construction noise and closed balcony we had to spend all day out, which is fine. Apartment itself is very well designed, modern and pretty. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Overall very good experience. Highly recommend ( when balconies are fixed)👍🏻

There for the Broadbeach Blues Festival and could not be happier with our accommodation choice. Great views of the beach from the 3 balconies around the unit, which was clean and well set up. As well as so close to the Broadbeach Mall so everything was in easy walking distance, no car needed.

We stayed here on the Queens birthday weekend and thought it was pretty good, except the owner should have informed us before we got there, that the tennis court was out of action due to the fence being down, we should have been discounted for the inconvenience, if we had known we may have cancelled the booking and went elsewhere. As far as the unit goes the fan in the bedroom was barely moving on high, the dryer only worked sometimes and the vacuum cleaner didn't work at all. On a positive note the spa was amazing, we loved the heated pool and overall the whole place was neat and tidy with a reasonable beach view

My Wife & I have just spent 7 nights here and loved it. The apartment was clean with older tasteful decor & very comfortable ,with everything we needed. The views were sensational, the beach & Hinterland, Loved the Balcony The pool & gardens are immaculate. No Smoking allowed on the property was a huge factor in Us enjoying our stay. All staff were welcoming & helpful. The location is handy to everything in Broadbeach, Great Value for money, We will definitely be back.

We stayed for 2 weeks in a 1 bed apartment and our daughters stayed the 2nd week in a 2 bed apartment. Both rooms were clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Our kitchen had been renovated and was lovely. The bathroom could do with a makeover but was functional. We came over from Perth as a group of bowlers for the Australian Open (3 couples all stayed here). The location to local restaurants and facilities was very helpful. A 10 minutes walk to the supermarket and a huge variety of restaurants. We used the BBQ area for a team BBQ and the facilities were great - thanks for putting the tennis court lighting on for us. Although we did not spend much time in our room, it was comfortable, clean and tidy. The service was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was so unaccommodating. We had made a booking here a couple of days ago and needed to change the date because the Queensland Premier said "not to make unnecessary travel in the area" because of the floods and they refused to help in the slightest. Their only way to "help" was for us to give our booking to a friend. We had JUST booked! Very poor service. Edit: after response from owner - I made the same review on Facebook and the owner, Marion, repeatedly embarrassed herself by blaming me for everything from two years of Covid to - as you can see - booking during floods. For any readers of this review - so we don't reinvent history here, I booked _before_ the flood warning, as she knows. I offered to 1. pay a fee to move my date back a couple of weeks; 2. accept a partial refund; 3. take a credit; 4. work out literally any other mutually beneficial deal considering I booked two days before I tried to move my date. Alas, terms and conditions are everything here, and a bit of common sense has gone out the window when both WebJet and the car hire place were fine to move my dates. Now, I'll never spend any more money at your lousy hotel (apart from the $600 odd you wouldn't refund), and you get a couple of bad reviews. Please Marion, move on, and accept the poor review. This was over a month ago and you're still embarrassing yourself.

We recently stay for 5 nights, the price was excellent, the location is amazing and the staff were so helpful and attentive. We had 2 adults and 2 kids, it was quiet, very clean and loads of space. I would highly recommend these apartments.
