Great location and view. Apartments are not maintained well, malfunctioning lights & taps. Booked for 4 guests during Xmas. Apartment is too small, only one bed room and provided two foldable beds for extra guests. Too costly! 😒

Did not enjoy our stay here.. manager Jo was beautiful and easy to get along with was the only good thing about this place. The room looked good but on further inspection the lounge was broken, was then replaced, pulled out the bed frol thr lounge and it had blood all over the mattress protector! Was disgusting, mattress was falling apart. Dryer went all night when it was set to a timer was so dangerous. Aircon unit wasn’t working kept turning off and then not turning back on. Definitely not worth the price this place!

I booked my room last month and was scheduled to check in on 17 feb 2022. But I received email today saying my booking was cancelled because of some damages in the property. I did not receive any call just an email. I am travelling tomorrow to gold coast day after tomorrow and I dont have a hotel room booked yet because the cancelled at last moment. All the rooms are really expensive now due to last minute booking in other hotel. I will end up spending $300 -$400 more on new hotel. This is really unprofessional on this property's end. Atleast I deserved a call with an apology. I will never ever book this propert again.

Stayed over Christmas - the WORST place we have ever stayed. Price charged $800 / night. !!! It is FILTHY , rundown ,rust everywhere. Grease in the kitchen( under microwave and around hot plates), crumbs and dirt in the fridge, mould in the bathroom. Walls are dirty. Windows in bedrooms stuck rusted open - can’t close to stop noise (there is a lot) at night. Bedroom door handle is bashed in. The toilet pipe is covered in dark green and black stuff I couldn’t identify. No aircon in bedrooms. Pedestal fan in wardrobe was covered in mats of dust and rust - wouldn’t trust it’s electronics. Dish brush looked months old. Detergent bottle had water not detergent in it. Looks like they’re waiting to demolish it to rebuild new building. Yes, it is that bad. When I complained to the manager, he said “You can stay somewhere else” Would have left but nowhere else over Christmas and of course no refund. For $800 / night you should be getting luxury not a dump! I was soo angry. Price gouging at its worst. Booking agent should review and remove them from their books. Disgusting place.

Good location, Fry pan was dirty, covered in rendered fat. Cutlery dirty. 2 Rolls of toilet paper and 2 towels every 8 days. Air conditioning units and the washing machine both riddled with mold. Toilet didn't flush properly, obvious the apartment was built very cheap. Shower head wouldn't stay elevated. The tiles have obviously not been cleaned in a very long time when comparing them to the tiles and grout under the couch. It's evident there is little to no cleaning between guests. For the price, I wish I had spent more money and stayed in a hotel chain to atleast know the room was semi germ free

The location is absolutely amazing. Cross the road to the main beach. Eateries all around. Owner was friendly. Negative was the cleanliness of the room. Normally I overlook small things because the location outweighs anything else but this time it’s necessary. The plates and saucepan were in the cupboard dirty. Left over egg in the frypan. The sheets seemed clean but the blanket was so old I was surprised it was still together. The trundle bed mattress should of been thrown out long ago. The finger print grime all up the door was a few months in the making and our feet were black after walking in the apartment for 10 minutes. It looked clean when first walking in but the cleaning staff need an upgrade or checking or something. Overall still a good place for price and location but definitely needs a little work

From the onset of my trip to the Olympus apartments in Surfers Paradise it was positive. The outside of the building looked very nice. Upon entering the foyer and checking in was not easy. I was told my room was not ready because of cleaning was in progress. The man at front desk told me to go for a walk for about 45 minutes to an hour and he would call me. After about 40 minutes I got a text to come back and check in. Got back to apartment. Got my key after signing in. Went up to room and was happy with the outlook and scenery overlooking the beach. Breathtaking views. I looked around the apartment to adjust myself for my stay. That's when I noticed that the apartment really needs to be cleaned thoroughly and due for maintenance. So many things wrong with it. Curtains dirty. No battery in remote control for TV. No lights working in entry to room. Fly screens and doors corroded. Kitchen cooktop starting to rust. Door to kitchen grill can't close. Bathroom average but at night time when showering the cockroach party begins. Too many come out and not very nice to see. The bed was very comfortable and I did like that as it was like sleeping on a cloud. I don't blame the staff for the room. I am just saying the staff are there to serve the guests but the corporation who actually own the building need to spend money for the upkeep and better premises. It can only be fixed from the money people pay for staying there. Close a few rooms down and do a total renovation that would bring it up to code.

Loved our stay so much! Cute homey apartment with everything you need, really good view even from lower levels, great location, close to restaurants/beach/activities/shops but the place provided a lot of what we needed. staff were incredible, went above and beyond to accommodate us, 10/10 would stay again!

Super chill vibe. Perfect for a relaxed quiet holiday to really soak it all in. That front-row view of the beach and ocean as far as the eye can see is insanity! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room i stayed in was newly renovated, very clean and well maintained . I prefer this vibe over a fancy 5 star hotel any day.

The location and views are amazing. Directly across the road from a patrolled surf beach. Two minutes walk to Cavill Avenue. Restaurants, cafes and bars are all within walking distance. Far enough away to be quiet at night. The rooms are comfortable, the views are AMAZING!! Sitting on the balcony with a wine or a coffee listening to the waves rolling in is divine. There is a pool with loungers around. Covered BBQ area. The staff are friendly. We arrived after hours and check-in was easy and convenient. This is not a five star hotel. They are a bit old and dated but if you want a spotless, perfect resort style stay then find somewhere else and pay ALOT more money. The balcony doors and windows could do with a clean but with the sand, salt and sea breeze it would be very hard to keep clean. Overall it was a comfortable stay and I will be a return guest.

Left after 1st night. Dirty and so run down. 1st floor should be gutted and remodelled should never be charging $200 a night ever. Avoid!!! Especially the 1st floor ruined our holiday because we had to spend extra money on a new apartment. Really unhappy 0 stars.

Stayed here 3 nights for a family getaway. The location is fantastic, directly across from the beach and within walking distance from the buzz of Cavill Ave. We stayed in unit 4 on level 1. Great views from the unit, even from the first floor but, to be honest, the unit is old and could do with an update. The windows were hard to open and no fly screens on them, curtains were in terrible shape and barely covered the windows, walls could do with a fresh coat of paint, second-hand furniture which has seen better days, the mattress on the main bed was comfy but the bedframe was old and scratched up. Only sheets on the beds upon arrival, blankets and doona's are kept in the cupboards and need a bit of an airing out before putting on the beds, washing machine & dryer are in good working order and the shower pressure is great. The size of the apartment was big enough for our family of 4. I would suggest asking for a unit above level 1, level 1 is ok but a bit noisy and you do feel a bit open to everyone. The pool is small but very clean and there is a large entertaining area but not many options for seating or sunbaking. We didn't utilise the tennis courts but it's $1 to hire with rackets etc. Service was great, check in and out was easy and parking is available at the property. For under $700 for 3 nights for a family in a 2 bedroom self contained unit, close to everything, I think it was great value, yes it is old and could do with some slight improvements (all cosmetic) but overall we had a fantastic stay and would love to return again some day. Thank you for having us during our fantastic getaway!

this place is like staying in a 2 star motel, feels like nothing has been updated since the 1970s. smells like mould. most of the place is dirty and most of the place is falling apart.
