Went in for a size exchange for a Halti collar I got during 30% off and was made to pay full price for the size I exchanged for. Went back in to question this and they were adamant that I had to pay $13 extra at full price. Thankfully Sarah C from customer support immediately issued us a refund for the difference. I love this store, but had a bad experience with manager Anthony who would not refund for dogwash although shampoo did not work. I had 1 voucher for a free wash as machine had not worked a previous time and another token I had purchased. Came out with a dry but not so clean dog. Bad practice especially for loyal customers. I hope this is only a 1 off experience.

Great customer service. Good rewards system in place just too bad your points only accumulate for the same brand and product you buy overtime. But otherwise, very friendly staff and great choice

Very helpful service here. The staff are lovely, welcoming and knowledgeable. Shara (the groomer) is fantastic with our nervous boy when he gets groomed. Great range of products with awesome discounts/rewards to encourage repeat business. We travel from Surfers to shop here!
