The hotel isn't new and it doesnt look like a new one, but the price is good, the location too. The cleaning staff is very positive and helpful, the place is very clean. I recommend.

Everything was fine except the bed. You sat on it and it wallowed around. Not the mattress the actual base. I did get a reasonable sleep but it was disconcerting.

The room is ok , the location is good in City of Surin. We stayed here on the 16th of October. The food & room service were very cheap. The floor is tile and clean. Good for one night stop over.

I and my mother had a long trip with Tuk-Tuk and van. It made my clothes got a bit dirty. When I and my mother arrived, a receptionist looked at us and told me there was only one room left. She added I could stay one night since all rooms were booked. According to my research on that day and a day before arrival, I saw many rooms were available. I did not understand why she told me like this. It sounded she looked down on me and my mother and did not want us to stay in this hotel. I swear if I stay in that hotel again.

I am not sure if hotel is saving money but on the third floor my shower had only Luke-warm water. It was almost cold around 3 am. Not good. Reception had no idea why room has no hot water.

Amazing staff from hotel receptionists, housekeeping to the restaurant staff. Unfortunately for us who have gastritis its not advisable for us to eat spicy food and even if we ask no spicy we still recieve our food spicy. It might be little to them but to us it may be deadly.

It is not easy to get taxi around here. Room is comfortable but refridgerator is not cold. Nice staffs friendly. Yes. This is rural area.

Excellent hotel for the cost. Very comfortable bed and probably the best shower during my whole 2 months in Thailand. Room very clean and fresh. Also coffee bar and restaurant on site.

Hotel looks great from the outside but management's been lacking. We stayed at one of the second floor rooms and the walls were very dirty. The bathroom looks eerie, not enough lighting. There are ants and mosquitoes in our room. No slippers and the floor mat (that looks like a rectangular towel) in front of the bathroom looks like it hasn't been changed in months. The mini fridge under the TV was also very smelly. We tried the restaurant/cafe downstairs and the food was very salty. Don't know if it was the chef's bad day... Then again, there were tiny flies and mosquitoes down at the restaurant too. Staff was also not very professional. Would have given 1 star, but the price was cheap so we gave it a 2.

Clean and good location. Near to Railway and Bus terminal. Friendly staff and attentive. Ms Nong (Manager) can speak good English and Mandarin. I stayed 3 nights during Surin Elephant Roundup 2018. They can make arrangements on tickets, transport and any short tours. Very well managed.

I'm not as impressed as others seem to be. Ok the rooms are large enough, but dated is an understatement. Yes you have a balcony, with an a/c unit and no furniture at all. And Yes reception staff can be pleasant and helpful - when the mood takes them. And yes it's cheap, and unloved.....you pays your money! Frankly I'd rather pay a little more, that's all it takes, to get a much better deal in Surin. I'm being generous with 3/5.

The hotel provide an affordable price for tourists. The view is astonishing. The room is clean and maybe because I was in room 711, there weren't any noise. There is also balcony as well with the view of mountain and many trees with less houses. XD .
