Just visited today, Feb 6, 2020. Thanks to Google's incorrect opening hour info (thanks Google), I went there at 9 AM and had to come back. Went back to the clinic at 10 AM. I walked into the clinic and the receptionist says the walk-in doctor is coming at 11 AM and cannot book an appointment. Please go to other walk-in clinics. But I'm sad all walk-in clinics around Surrey have avg 2 star reviews.

HORRIBLE, I called the clinic if they have a female doctor in and they said they do so I made an appointment at 1pm. When I got there I told the receptionist I booked an appointment WITH A FEMALE DOCTOR, and they said they don't have a female doctor in today! WHAT THE F***! I'm already pissed, okay fine I'll see a male doctor, and then they told me there are 3 patient ahead of me and the doctor are seeing them for about 20 min each! WHAT THE F**king Hell!!! Okay fine I'll wait for an hour. After an hour I was waiting in the room and the receptionist told me, that the doctor will be seeing me in 20min !!! At that moment I lost it !!! I walked out! This clinic is BS. Long wait even if it's an appointment, might as well do a walk in if they're going to make their patient wait that long, and the receptionists are very unprofessional.

Still busy everyday you can expect a big line waiting for appointment. I think one more walking in clinic in this neighborhood could reduce waiting line because you have to wait outside not matter weather conditions.

This one is not opened yet. That number is the other clinic number. Don't misunderstand like me. I made an appointment and it was 10 min driving away from this Walmart. And I was late. They didn't open clinic inside yet!

How are you open at 11:45am on a Tuesday but the message on your phone states you're closed? Why are your hours wrong?

Literally how is it even a walk-in clinic if you have to book in advance? I need to see a doctor to get an emergency refill of my medication and I've already used up my pharmacy's emergency refill. Suddenly stopping my medication can be dangerous; it can cause seizures and suicidal thoughts. I don't want that. It seems this clinic is fully booked for DAYS and I run out of meds tomorrow. Every walk-in clinic I try has been the same. Why do they even call them "walk-in" clinics anymore if they do appointments over the phone and by booking in advance?

The reception is a very STUPID person. And a Racist. Guys don't come here... She makes sure all her Punjabi clans go in and once no Punjabi then your next. Terrible!!!

More than two hours wait time, even if you have an appointment. Totally disappointed.....!!!!

Online online said it was open at 8am so I walked over. They are not open till 9am. I'm pretty annoyed!

Is reception really so lazy that they can’t answer your call to let you book an appointment over the phone?? They put me on hold then hang up every single time…

I have been to a lot of walk ins. This is the worst! Starting with the cleanliness of the office it’s disgusting! The wait is normal like all other places, you are going to have to wait. The Doctor… he didn’t let me speak at all, he talked over me, hit me in the arm with the door, doesn’t care about patients. Prescribed me medication without any explanation. Terrible. I don’t even know his name the reception didn’t tell me. Got my referral for a specialist and ran! Don’t go here, there are sooo many walk ins that are amazing and care about their patients.
