Very disappointing... we were roomed in "SUNSET" room 2... which is like the downgrade of the rooms across the road... when entering, all we could smell was the toilet, and even worse,there is only one sink in the room which is in the smelly toilet... the shower head was loose..Toilet dirty, some dried vomit behind the toilet. the towels were dirty (black spots on it). the blanket smell was sweaty, so it wasn't washed or sunned out.. the cups are so tiny, and the cutlery dirty.... it seemed like the worst room to live in... The window handles are broken, and so it cannot close properly, and mosquitoes flying around in the room. we stayed for 2 days and will never ever return and will not recommend the place to any friend or family member. The room was old... and really needs renovating ....

Wonderful place to stay. we were upgraded to newly renovated room by manager as we wanted church few side. wonderful environment very quiet homely housekeeping - very good, in this pandemic very well maintained sanitized room after cleaning... restaurant though can not eat but too good!!! parking!!! neva came to TH before 1st experience is best experience.

We stayed in the upper hotel apartment ground floor with kitchen; this place is dirty. There is no lock on the bedroom door, the door is falling apart, the bathroom and the toilet pan were very filthy. It is very hard to find parking. Cleaning people don't show up, and if they do, they do not clean properly. The cleaning staff also stole a watch from our room. Stay here at your own risk!!!

There's two buildings with separate lobbies and services under the same name Townhouse. I stayed on the one at Pratt St (The one at the top). If you are thinking of staying here, please spend extra money and pay for the penthouse rooms which are at the top floor. Basically the new modern vibe you feel at the lobby , you'd get the same experience at the penthouse rooms. The rooms are much more cleaner and well maintained. You also have a separate balcony and a lift service as well. (The other rooms uses stairs). The other rooms however below the top floor are very run down in need of major renovations. Cabinets falling off, and kitchenette area very dirty. There's no iron provided on the rooms so you'd have to use the ones for staff's in the basement. It's not safe at all for young women to be there in my opinion. The bed is just utterly disgusting. The bedsheets are quite thin and you get one flat pillow only if you've chosen the single bed (Or 2 for double). I was scratching my body all over the whole night, which could either suggest the sheets hasn't been properly washed, or the presence of bedbugs. The air conditioner in the rooms looks flimsy and doesnt work that properly. You'd only get 3 channels on TV, (BBC, a Hindi and PNG channel), and not even the locally produced TV channel is provided. It's not worth your money and stress to pay for these rooms. The rooms are in need of HEAVY maintenance. 4 stars for the penthouse rooms though!

Warm and welcoming reception from GM Riteshni and Roma at the front office. Centrally located, walking distance to all points of interest in central Suva. Great restaurant in house with a good variety of home made curries. Very secure, good value, kind staff. I'll definitely return.

Horrible stay. Full of cockroaches and bugs. Low quality bed and towels were not provided. When asked the staff said they'll provide a day later and they were not assisting with the matter. It's more of a low quality motel than a standard hotel. I'd even grade in negative in there was an option.

The staff are nice and friendly. We had reservation for 3 adults and 1 child. We were only provided with 3 pillows when asked for additional pillow the front office staff tried but couldnt find one, also the room didn't have any towels, when asked we were told it's at the laundry. We were given towels 4 hours later after checking in and only two towels were given when there was four of us booked in the room. The dinner wasnt good at all, the fried rice was oily, stuffy and much less vegetables, it was more like eating fried rice with chicken, chilli chix wasnt to standard. The hotel needs to hire a chef and also the management is sleepings as they aren't able to provide beddings and towels. I m not recommending this hotel, the rooms are old, leaking taps, old dirty sink, n shower. Door missing in the room. The only plus is its located in the city center n the front reception staff are nice.

One night turned into 3 nights at the town house... Most enjoyable and comfortable stay.The General Manager and staff were so helpful and accommodating. Can't wait for another opportunity to go back there.

after so long got to stay in the room i wanted deluxe room it doesn't have a view but room is priceless. friendly atomsphere... grt reception.... owsome breaky...... friendly staff always helping guest..... best management level manager personally toking to each n evey guest in the morning... 5* regular guest but have seen vast difference in 6-8 months - good work

Very Satisfactory. Love the staff, very helpful and great service. There was one thing I was unhappy about the day I checked into the room. After finding out that there weren't any remote for air-con and TV, my friend called the reception if we can have the remote for the air-con as we managed to operate the TV manually. Few minutes later, a lady knocked and upon answering her knock, she forced herself into the room, went past my friend which she could have just gave the remote to but instead she personally came herself to turn on the air-con. I find this very much disrespectful as this is a violation on the privacy of the guest and topping this off, I was already in my bra which made it more uncomfortable. I hope this can be improved next time and if possible for remotes to be provided in every room to avoid hassle that may lead to simple incidents as such. Other than that I am very much satisfied with everything else.

The worst accommodation in the world , Do not waste your time...

I booked for 3 nights, paid it all 1 hour prior to check in (which is at 11am) then left to go into town. I came back a few hours later (around 1pm) and the receptionist took us up to the room and it wasn't ready. The room was in a horrible state so we decided to just get a refund and look for another place instead. Would only recommend if you're staying in Suva for just one night and want to be close to central Suva.

Right in town perfect accommodation if you need a place to stay where you can just walk to the shops in town however because its right in town its so noisy during the day so wont recommend the front part of town house for people who are after quiet stay. For its kitchen it is not as good as other apartments Ive stayed in and the AC is on but doesnt work even when you put it to 16 degree celcius for had it running the whole day and the hot water is on and off - We report the issues to the girl at reception around 9pm and she told us we should have told them about these issues in the morning and tonight they cant move us to another room when we ask because they have no more rooms. She was nice enough to offer other alternatives for hot shower but it wont help us because we can not sleep in this room - We booked two nights here but now we cant wait to get a refund so we can move out and find another accommodation - If you want a quiet, peace and comfortable accommodation try another place or try getting a room in the building at the back - anyway kudos to the cleaning staff for their hard work.

Not too bad...I hate cockroaches..Need to get professional pest controller to inspect and treat these pests mainly all rooms pliz..Too noisy on the next building, prefer to be on the other side..Hope this is clear enough and especially to get rid of roaches🙏
