Pathetic services and worst experience bad mouthed staff poor room maintenance.A place where I would never want come 😩 honestly not a very good place to stay or anything ideal for business. Dirty stinky cracked tiles and a very poor customer service...

This apartment is so pathetic. I personally DO NOT recommend First of all the people at the reception desk is so rude including their big mouth/ so called boss. As we entered the room, the room smelt so bad as if it hadn't been mopped with detergent. Secondly, the pictures that are posted online and the actual room is very different...I would say that the pictures are just for show. The fan in one of our rooms wasn't working despite having it on number 5. The toilet pan was so dirty...it was literally yellow. After seeing all this and paying so much money, we went to the reception if they could move us into another room..... but they were so heartless that they asked us to remove all our luggage as they wanted to seal the room. It was 5.30pm and we came all the way from lautoka and this apartment was our only accommodation. Yet they asked us to move out. Overall...pathetic rooms and pathetic customer service. 0/5

Horrible stay. Full of cockroaches and bugs. Low quality bed and towels were not provided. When asked the staff said they'll provide a day later and they were not assisting with the matter. It's more of a low quality motel than a standard hotel. I'd even grade in negative in there was an option.

Don't stay here they look for and find any excuse to not refund your bond they have many house rules that are not posted in rooms and you don't get informed of during checkin they refused to refund my bond because I had 2 beers in my room that I didn't buy from them after years of giving this hotel business

The staff are nice and friendly. We had reservation for 3 adults and 1 child. We were only provided with 3 pillows when asked for additional pillow the front office staff tried but couldnt find one, also the room didn't have any towels, when asked we were told it's at the laundry. We were given towels 4 hours later after checking in and only two towels were given when there was four of us booked in the room. The dinner wasnt good at all, the fried rice was oily, stuffy and much less vegetables, it was more like eating fried rice with chicken, chilli chix wasnt to standard. The hotel needs to hire a chef and also the management is sleepings as they aren't able to provide beddings and towels. I m not recommending this hotel, the rooms are old, leaking taps, old dirty sink, n shower. Door missing in the room. The only plus is its located in the city center n the front reception staff are nice.

I would love to stay in this apartment again because of the management and front desk resolution to my frustrations but the apartment daily housekeeping service is sometimes delayed or missed so hope it is improved with more training and more incentives.

Townhouse Apartment Hotel: Mixed Bag with Disappointing Standard Rooms My first stay at the Townhouse Apartment Hotel was decent. The Deluxe room offered a stunning view of Suva, and while the air conditioning was a bit strong, the overall experience was satisfactory. The bedding was okay, though the lack of blankets was a surprise. Additionally, the TV channel selection left something to be desired. I visited with my girlfriend and a couple of her friends, and we would rate it as an average experience. The food was passable, but on the small side. However, my subsequent stay in February with my girlfriend was a stark contrast. We booked a Standard room, and unfortunately, it fell far short of our expectations. The room itself was in poor condition, with an uncomfortable bed lacking blankets and exhibiting visible stains. To our dismay, the room was also infested with rats and cockroaches, making it unhygienic and unsettling. Even the kitchen utensils were unclean. Further compounding the disappointment was the lackluster customer service. Despite raising concerns about the vermin with the staff, including the unsettling incident of rats eating our food, the response was inadequate. Ultimately, the significant drop in quality and service between the Deluxe and Standard rooms was concerning, especially considering the price point. While the first stay was tolerable, the second experience with the Standard room was undeniably disappointing and frankly, unacceptable. While the Townhouse Apartment Hotel offers certain perks like stunning views and central location, the inconsistency in room quality and the poor customer service encountered during our second stay raise serious concerns. Travelers would be wise to carefully consider room type and potential cleanliness issues before booking, especially at higher price points.
