a perfect experience and one of the best meals i’ve had, a lovely welcoming and knowledgeable staff lead you through a fixed menu that changes daily but is focused on local farm to table and sustainable cooking. I will be sending all my friends here, and i hope the michelin team gets wind of them soon they deserve a star

An absolute gem in Lausanne! The ambiance is incredibly cozy and beautifully inviting. The seasonal, locally-sourced cuisine was bursting with delightful flavors that truly impressed. The impeccable service added to the wonderful experience. Highly recommend this spot for a fantastic evening out!

Very nice address. It's not (yet) a 1-star Michelin restaurant but it's not far (but the price is!) Concept it's very nice, very environment friendly and staff is super friendly. The food is really good (6-8 dish), the view on the cathedral adds a little something and the wine reserve is small but with quality wine.

The concept is really great! The sustainable side and using the whole product is very interesting. We had a great evening accompanied like kings. The unique menu should change regularly so that we can come back quickly! 🥳 they adapted to gluten intolerance with homemade bread.

A moment with friends largely rewarded and facilitated by this place that is at once warm, chic and relaxed. It doesn't feel like a gourmet restaurant, and yet the plate bears witness to it. A refined cuisine, signatures of the local terroir from the stroke of the fork to the sip of Lavaux wine... all in a welcoming atmosphere and a attentive team, who knows their job. The cooks sometimes come to present their dish themselves, and it makes you hungry every time a plate arrives. The proportions are generous but you don't end up with a round belly, it's carefully measured. The menu of aperitifs, wines and digestives is beautiful, local but not only, and highlighted. The decoration is top notch, the open kitchen and the established bar are very well placed and we just want to come back, because the menu changes regularly depending on arrivals. Congratulations, keep it up, you’re doing a great job and it shows… 👏🏼

Incroyable expérience gastronomique , des plats succulents, recherchés et présentés avec une esthétique raffinée. Les vins choisis sont exquis et le service y est plus décontracté que dans d autres établissement ce qui est très agréable. un sans faute pour un lieu d exception.

There were four of us there and we were very impressed on all levels. A great sustainable concept, super nice ambience, excellent service and the whole team is never intrusive, always super friendly. I think the first star won't be long in coming. The standard of food with the local sustainable approach is outstanding and refined. There is no à la carte, only a surprise menu, where intolerances are of course taken into account, and the menu is also available vegetarian. Absolutely fine for us because we generally like to be surprised by the kitchen. There is also a very interesting wine list. The wine accompaniment is very high quality and tailored to the respective course. An alcohol-free accompaniment is also available. So we were and are very excited and will be back!

Le concept est dans le nom. L'Appart est un restaurant original avec une ambiance décontractée. Comme beaucoup d'appartements, la cuisine est ouverte, ce qui permet de jeter un coup d'œil à la préparation des plats. Le personnel prend le temps de présenter et d'expliquer chaque plat du menu, confectionné avec des produits suisses et biologiques, en minimisant les pertes au maximum. On a passé avec mes amis un super moment autour de plats absolument délicieux. Je recommande vivement 👌🏻😊

Accueil charmant, deco simple et épurée mais bohème (si vous aimez le style ampoulé gastro coincé passez votre chemin) Un menu unique, et surprise... absolument délicieux du début à la fin! Des produits frais, des assemblages gustatifs brillant. Une réussite... in régal! Le staff et jeune dynamique et efficace. Service impeccable.Bravo, ça manquait à Lausanne! J'y retournerai avec plaisir et je recommande chaudement cet établissement!
