Went in here to have lunch. The restaurant only serves a limited buffet style lunch but had large prawns and chicken curry. Both seemed to have been made in the same sauce and had nearly identical flavors which was odd. Not much of a service to talk of here. It is good if you are looking for a quick Indian meal in the heart of Basel.

Have been there a few times. Especially for lunch as they have a buffet with rice and several meat, shellfish and vegi options to choose from at a good price. Tasty food and friendly staff. Defently a recommendation.

Had an excellent meal here. Good portions and perfect amount of spice. Service was friendly and the food delicious. Definitely recommended.

Nice food. We wanted food without onion and garlic and they cooked for us that way. Location is pretty central too, a few minutes walk from the Basel station. We wanted to eat tawa roti and they made tawa roti for us. The place is accessible by wheel chair as well. I would have given them five stars but they lost one star because of the very slow service, even when it was not crowded.

This is an excellent Indian restaurant. Wonderful food, as good as any Indian restaurant I ever went to in England. The heat is tuned to the Swiss palate, so ask for "sehr sehr scharf" if you want it to have a reasonable bite by English standards. Service informal yet polite, attentive and sweet-natured. They should update the decor someday, because the place is currently disguised as a standard Indian curry joint. But you'll stop noticing that as soon as you start eating.

Had the lunch buffet. Totally overpriced for the food quality, probably due to the location. You can have way better food for the same price in the neighbourhood. The fact that it was empty midweek at lunch peak hour should have alerted me. I will not be back.

Nice food! Buffet every day. Food done in a delicious creamy way. Don’t forget to order garlic-naan before even going to the buffet as they might take some minutes to be delivered.

I had a stop at basel for 3 hours and I decided to walk around. I found this restaurant with the lunch buffet and it was delicious. The owner explains the different dishes to you, and there is a very interesting variety. My favourite was the vegetables with coconut sauce. 100% recommend it.

Loved the food and were able to bring our dog into the restaurant too. Going back again soon.

Have been going go this restauranr for years. Food is always great and the owners are very nice. The lunch buffet is also a great deal!

Food and service were 10/10! Will absolutely come back as soon as possible!
