Dachterrasse
HILTL:Didn’t
meet
the
Expectations
set
by
Family
and
Friends
I
had
high
hopes
for
Dachterrasse
HILTL,
a
vegetarian
restaurant
in
Zurich
that
was
recommended
to
me
by
my
family
and
friends.
They
told
me
that
it
was
the
best
place
to
enjoy
authentic
Indian
cuisine
in
the
city.
However,
I
was
very
dissatisfied
with
my
visit
and
I
felt
that
the
restaurant
did
not
live
up
to
its
reputation.
The
first
thing
that
bothered
me
was
the
service.
The
staff
was
not
very
attentive.
They
did
not
explain
the
menu
or
the
concept
of
the
restaurant,
and
they
did
not
check
on
us
during
our
meal.
The
second
thing
that
disappointed
me
was
the
food.
The
restaurant
claims
to
offer
authentic
Indian
cuisine,
but
I
found
it
to
be
far
from
the
real
thing.
The
dishes
lacked
the
flavor
and
spice
that
I
expected
from
Indian
food.
They
were
bland
and
overcooked.
The
only
good
thing
was
that
they
had
a
lot
of
variety
and
you
could
choose
anything
to
eat
as
everything
was
sold
by
weight.
They
also
offered
free
bread,
papad,
and
water.
But
this
did
not
make
up
for
the
poor
taste
of
the
food.
The
third
thing
that
annoyed
me
was
the
price.
The
restaurant
was
very
expensive
for
the
quality
and
quantity
of
food
they
provided.
We
paid
almost
40
CHF
per
person
for
a
mediocre
meal
that
left
me
unsatisfied
and
unhappy.
I
felt
that
we
wasted
our
money
and
our
time
at
this
place.
I
would
not
recommend
this
place
to
anyone
who
is
looking
for
authentic
Indian
food
in
Zurich.
It
is
overhyped
and
not
worth
the
money.
There
are
much
better
options
in
the
city
for
vegetarian
food
that
are
cheaper
and
tastier.
Dachterrasse
HILTL
is
a
disappointing
experience
that
I
would
not
like
to
repeat.
