Were there for brunch. Great view of course. I don't really get the concept, you pay CHF 65 and can eat as much salmon or oysters and so on as you like but you pay for every coffee extra?! Anyway to drink there is only two different juices and water. The advertising also indicates that you would get champagne (there is a bottle on the picture), yes you do, for CHF 19 per glass (and this is also not communicated anywhere). The seating is very narrow, you should really like your neighbours. The food and the service is absolutely ok but not more. Probably you go there particularly for the view, yes, if you get a table on the windows, otherwise you could be in any other restaurant... I definitely see room for improvement here.

The CLOUDS Restaurant in the Prime Tower offers a nice dining experience in a stylish Ambiente and with fantastic views over Zurich city. We had a nice evening there and the staff was lovely. That being said, the sitting arrangement is way too narrow (you sit with seat neighbours almost at one table with little privacy), the food was partly slow to arrive and I was slightly disappointed by the lack of creativity with the vegan options offered (upon request, hummus as a main dish or vegan pasta was offered - I wouldn't go to a nice restaurant for a simple hummus or pasta dish).

Birthday meal. Set menu, wine, was good. Service was what you’d expect at those prices. Unfortunately when it came to paying the bill and leaving, the waitress came and went in a flash, no thank you, nothing. We paid 335 for two people, stayed less than two hours, so you’d expect a more enthusiastic goodbye. Perhaps she expected a bigger tip and was then annoyed. Nevertheless, it ruined the experience. When we walked out, barely a glance, so all in all, not good enough. If you charge fine dining prices, make sure your staff are trained. Thanks.

Been there with my wife yesterday for her birthday. Even though, the bill was very high, the service, the food and the attention of the staff were outstanding! From the moment of the booking to the moment, they brought us the birthday cake, everything was perfectly well handled. Amazing view of the city as we got our window side table.

The food was good, nice atmosphere with beautiful view. The problem was in the wardrobe, she wanted to hang 4 big jackets in the same hanger, of course it was too heavy for just one hanger and when i picked my coat it was broken…

For those who are not used to it, butterflies in the stomach as you go up the elevator. There is an excellent view of the city at the top of both the restaurant and the bistro. The food is delicious and the service is competent and friendly.

A really nice place to enjoy the view over Zurich. Also, the place is very well decorated and the staff is friendly. The prices are a bit higher than in other restaurants in Zurich. Unfortunately, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait quite a long time.

The Clouds Restaurant isn't known for his great food and its true. The Food you get for the price you pay is not really good. It's okay but not good. You pay mostly for the view and if you don't sit next to the window you don't get much from the view. The portions are medium sized. For future dinnig i would recommend reservation atleast two weeks ahead and asking for a window seat. The Staff is really friendly and open for a little chat. I can recommend it for a fancy dinner night out with loved ones.

Happiness fluttered in the air for us when we were here ☁️☁️☁️ salmon flatbread and drinks were that good!😘 SUPER busy place, we took the chance and walked in as they opened (called before and no reservations available). About 30 min to get drinks and food but sat there and embraced all the aesthetics, we love a trendy place with a view✨

We went for lunch at the Bistro with the family. First the service at the entrance was below par. Apparently everyone must leave their coats behind even if you wanted to keep your coat the person at the welcome desk insisted that this was not possible. The view and the table were great. What was disappointing was the service and the quality of the food. The home made ravioli were overcooked and the veal stuffing had tiny pieces of bone. The burgers looked and tasted ok. But nothing special. The restaurant personnel were not upto par with the standard of the place which charges premium prices for the location. Best is to go up, have a coffee and enjoy the view. Don’t spend money on the food of the Bistro.

5 stars for bistro: Beautiful views, great cocktails, tasty desert, fun music and nice staff. 1 star for restaurant: long waiting time, our fish was extremely salty 😞 for 65 chf per portion we expected better quality.

It's called an all inclusive brunch. But this is Switzerland, so the only drinks for free are water and juice. That's something at least. Coffee and tea costs extra.

View is great and staff was kind and helpful. Food was way too salty and in my opinion was not in line with the prices. The price range is not eccentric and is what you would expect; the taste / flavor was just sub par. Presentation of food in plate was also disappointing and not in line with cachet and price.

Had my birthday dinner here. Very good service and nice staff. They were easy to accommodate to my request of finding out if anything had gluten in It and providing me gluten free bread and suggesting alternative side dishes to replace with original so I would be able to eat It the dish. I appreciated that. Even though this place doesn’t come up as gluten free, I realized a lot of restaurants in Zurich don’t advertise It but if you ask they most likely have something to be able to accommodate you with like bread that is gluten free etc. The food was good. I especially loved the risotto because it’s made in a different way then the Italian one with Swiss cheese and the deer was so good. All and all I think the price is justified for the service, view and what they offer. But I still don’t consider It TOP. But I def think it’s a cute place for a dinner date. And would love to check out the bar next time!

The buffet is not worth more than a 2 star hotel food. The view is good, but is nothing to do with the restaurant. Do not recommend it.

The location is very nice. Beautiful wiew on the city. Clean. Me and my friend went just for a drink. We took 2 different liquors of the same color. I saw the waiter asking the barman wich one was cynar or Ramazzotti. To solve the problem they decide both to put their noses inside the glasses to find it out. So nice location, but the service has to be improved. If they do that in front of customers I can"t immagine what thay do in the kitchen where nobody see them....

The best restaurant in Zurich regarding the view. Wonderful ambience at the bar complete the visual experience. However, the wait times in the restaurant are grueling and don't reflect the high prices. The food itself is tasty but worth no special recommendation. Certainly worth a visit as a tourist.

Bar is very stylish and service is good. Worst cappuccino I've had in a long time. It was cold, not tasty and even the biscuit tasted old. And it was expensive. I gave up on having lunch here after that. Don't fool yourself. You pay for the view.

Amazing place to see the whole city from above! There are various drinks in the menu. And, especially the one with rose hip was so tasty. Totally recommended!

We enjoyed some delicious cocktails with an incredible view and sunset. We arrived on opening time so was not busy (5pm). The staff came to take our order and also were able to recommend some drinks to us.

Impeccable view, amazing atmosphere, very nice and friendly staffs. Definitely will go there again and especially for the sunset.

The view is fantastic. The food is very nice, but the service definitely can be improved: * the soup could have been warmer * beef was lovely, but not coocked according to our orders * waiter forgot to bring the bread to the salad and soup * were very quick with filling up the wine glasses, but... * very long waiting times between the servings * Some waiters don't wear their masks correctly * "background" music was too loud We'll probably go there again, but not soon: There's a mismatch between price and quality.

Flammkuchen is nice but otherwise you're just paying for the spectacular view.

Great place to have a view over the city from this skyscraper! The restaurant, bistro and bar are located on the 35th floor. Food is very good and the view is definitely worthwhile the visit! Recommended!

Elegant fine dining restaurant with an amazing view of Zürich. The restaurant is on the top floor of the highest tower in Zürich. It's a good venue for a business lunch or a romantic dinner date. The restaurant is smoke free (there is a separate smoker lounge). Vegetarian options are available.

I liked everything in this place. The view comes first of course - you can see all of Zürich from up high! :) The food I ordered was delicious. The setting is sophisticated but not overly pretentious. The staff were extremely nice, thank you again for a wonderful stay with you! :)

great place for a brunch but watch out for the cheap skates taking all the free food! epic place for a lovely brunch but it doesn't come with champagne but you can buy Bollinger for CH105 which in Zurich is a bargain! great range of dishes although you have to come at 10/11 am to enjoy the salmon because it goes and doesn't get replaced oysters, egg dishes, beef, cheese and cold cuts all lovely nice place to go for couple I was amazed at the amount of people who 1) had come with a discount voucher and therefore weren't going to spend anymore and 2) were not at least having a glass of wine or cocktail or champagne - lots of cheapskates here! also the restaurant say on google that they're closed and they put a sign outside saying they're closed when in fact they're not - very bizarre

We were excited to go to Clouds this afternoon, but after we were seated, we waited for about 15 minutes and no one came to ask us what we wanted. Another group arrived much later and 3 minutes after they were seated, a waiter was with them taking their orders. So we left feeling both uncomfortable and disappointed.

Bistro was a very nice venue with a beautiful view of Zürich and beyond. The star of the place is Juan an amazing Metre and Barman who makes the best drinks and specializes in Gin. Food was good but not fantastic and service can be slow if the place is very full.

Restaurant have very nice ambient but service is desaster. Food is also not so good,that is only if you get served. And when you get served, if they get it right. 😅 First time visiting this place on new year eve and we went home hungry,even though we payed for full dinner,payed extra 100e to sit next to window,but they kept ignoring our requests and mistaking our food and drinks. So I will never visit again!
