Lovely vegan pitas! We found this place on Tiktok and were curious to try it after seeing the raving reviews! Unsurprisingly, we were really happy about the meal we got. The fries are stellar, crispy on the outside, and soft inside, with the most delicious spice mix sprinkled on top. Delectable! The pitas are good as well. We got the two newly released entries on the menus: the crispy veganitas chick'n and the planted teriyaki. I got the latter. The bread is great, soft, but it's solid enough to keep all the fillings and sauces without falling apart. The planted teriyaki, in my opinion, was a bit too salty but good overall. The sizes of these pitas are massive. They fill them a lot (maybe a bit too much?), so you can rest assured that you'll never leave this place hungry! Even though the sizes are generous, don't skip the fries. They're definitely one of the highlights of this restaurant/takeaway! For drinks, they offer a homemade ginger tea, which was pretty tasty, and some other selected soft drinks you don't find everywhere in Zurich, such as Vivi Kola and multiple flavors of Gazosa from Ticino (rasperry, mandarin and lemon). The place itself is not very big, but it has some tables to eat outside as well. I really loved the branded napkins, too, a very nice touch to this takeaway!

Wow! One of the most delicious things I have ever eaten. I had the Planted.Chicken vegan kebab & my partner had the Mexican Veganitas kebab; both absolutely delicious. The pittas are also homemade. Lovely atmosphere & great staff. I would come back to Zurich again just for this!

The service is excellent, the lady who served us was nice, smiling and very detailed guiding us trhough the menu to avoid ingredient that we can not eat. They have a large selections of very tasty pitas. The portions are really abundant! The combo [pita + fries + drink] is really convenient, with a fair value-for-money. Absolutely recommended.

Great experience! I found Veganitas on HappyCow and I decided to pay it a visit for a lunch. I took the Beyond Burger and it was really good. Fries and drink were good too, even though it was a bit of a disappointment to learn that they don’t have ketchup. I also found a friendly, English-speaking customer service and good-looking premises. I would certainly recommend Veganitas and I will definitely be back soon.

Though I would love to enjoy this place more, the pitas could use a bit more flavor, especially in the sauce and the overall composition. Unfortunately, most of the vegan meat also has this typical soy taste to them. However, the pitas are definitely enjoyable still and I'm looking forward to any new menu items that will fix these issues!

Ever since I became vegan I really miss Kebab Sandwiches (döner). Finding this place by accident was a huuuuge treat. The seitan pita is way better than the regular kind, the seitan tastes amazing, the salad is different kinds than you usually get and really delicious, and the sauce is really good too. 10 out of 10.

Tasty food! Very cool place in a lively area. Had the classic planted chicken and seitan pitas with fries. The pitta bread and various sauces are all homemade and incredible! Highly recommend if you're really hungry as the portions are quite big - you get a lot of food for your money which is especially important given how expensive Switzerland is!! Highly recommend.

Visited on a weekday early evening and sat on the tables outside, there's a nice atmosphere without it feeling too busy. We opted for 2 meal combos (ptita, fries and drink) and ordered a doner pitta and seitan pitta, both were really tasty and big eats - I'd recommend the doner if I had to choose. Staff were friendly, they were patient with my attempts at German and spoke great English. There was a good choice of drinks, and extra sauces at the counter to help yourself to. I'd love to see a spicy one in addition to the 3 there. If you're looking for an easy and tasty meal I'd definitely recommend a stop here.
