Terrible service. They act like ordering from them is an inconvenience and sometimes will make you wait while they continue chatting. I also have overheard them talking badly of customers after they leave and even have heard them make fun of the cleaning staff there. Very unprofessional.

Sahara Grill in Rouse Hill provides tasty Turkish cuisine. After coming here for so long, I usually find myself craving a chargrill or snack pack. In addition with friendly staff and great customer service, it has always been nice eating here.

Pathetic customer service. Waited for 10 mins to be served. When finally served, they started serving other customers that came after me. The owner or the manager of the place seems dead. I even asked him I wanna place an order and he just walked away. Don’t waste your money here

Very bad quality chicken kebab roll full of skin and people don't care about customer feedback saying it is normal. Negative experience.

Fact they do gluten free is a miracle! Try not having a kebab for 10 years and then discovering this place. Trust me, they have very nice chicken kebabs with chill sauce and tabouli. Mmmm. Well recommended!

Quality gone down since new owner/management took over. Ordered snack pack and chicken was barely warm and put way too much sauce. Bad experience all over.

Takes way too long to prepare orders, ordered home delivery around noon, and it was expected to arrive around 12:30-12:45. 1 and a half hours later, there have been no updates on the order.

Service with a smile. The man working the grill was extremely friendly and the food was succulent and fresh. Given that the food is cooked over a fire and not gas or electric grill, there was a little bit of wait time (roughly 10 minutes) but it was well worth it. Definitely worth your visit.

Gluten free! The level of care, and process they go through to create this gluten free beauty is second to none. Be prepared to wait abit longer, as they literally have to wash their hands of any trace of gluten. Half way through making it he asks me are you allergic to gluten.. I said no I wanted to try it and watch my weight 😂 They wanted to charge me triple jokingly but seriously haven't had this experience before. Well done.

I have been going to this place for a few years. The food here always hits the spot, the Empire Iskender is my favourite. I recommend this place for a quick bite.

First time visit but very disappointed Ordered chicken box with garlic and chilli Chicken slices are all burnt , feels like charcoal . And expensive

The chicken in my meal was cold, soggy and raw. Hope I don’t get a stomach bug, poising or something from that. Disappointed in food and service, the lady serving me was rude and blunt.

Gluten free options are amazing!! Beautiful food and friendly service. The gluten free kebabs are really nice and prepared free from cross contamination.

I judge the quality of a kebab shop on 2 things: 1 the quality of their garlic dip/sauce 2 the quality of their snackpack, which was ok but not great. Plus the guys behind the counter didn't call me brother so definitely not a true kebab shop.
