Hot chip disappointment tonight. Not please with the outcome of my order. Spicy cheese fries?? More like curry-esque pinoclean weapon of mass destruction. Utterly disturbing - these chips lie in the uncanny valley. These chips destroyed a formerly lovely Tuesday evening. Regards

This beautiful massive beach is the perfect place for any taste. very safe and very entertaining. spent few days at this beach and I loved it so much.

This place has gone downhill drastically over the last five years, even before the Covid Pando. The chicken fillets are so tough it tastes like they've been thrown on the grill straight from the freezer without defrosting. Salad and slaw sides are not fresh. Place is really run down and seedy looking, chair covers ripped. God knows what it looks like in the kitchen if the front is so unkempt. If you want a decent chicken burger, go next door to Betty's Burgers. Hopefully Betty's puts this dump out of business. Note: There are a number of five star reviews for Bondi Beach, which people have confused with this takeaway. This is the Oporto takeaway people, not the actual beach. Also a couple of reviews from people who think this is the first Oporto. It isn't the original. The first one was in North Bondi shops and sadly closed years ago. It was great.

They keep vegan options but if it’s fried with chicken how can you justify vegan. And when asked the staff says we are famous for chicken, well then don’t have vegan options or if you do fry it separate. Is it that hard. It’s literal lie if you serve vegan totally contaminated .

DO not eat here! Ordered 2nd time here and this time they’ve given me the complete wrong order (Chicken), when I’m vegetarian but when I know it needs to be cooked! Tried to call up and they keep putting the phone down. I also got herb and lemon sauce in stead of Diet Coke, some one is enjoying my veggie meal as we speak 😫

Big sandy beach! Lots of sea gulls for your little kid to play with. Also a place to learn surfing, they have gentler waves near the shore.

Shootout to the amazing staff who handled the crowd very well after the city2surf on 13th Aug 2023 ! It was very very crowded and the staff handled such a crowd in a very efficient way ! The food also came out quite quickly !

The most famous beach in Sydney. And it’s beautiful as well. The water is cold by this is an ocean guys, so you shouldn’t expect something like hot water to swim. Usually there are a lot of people there and surfers as well.

Not a fan, overpriced burgers where the meat only is half the size of the bun. The other reviews are for the beach not the joint.

Oportos has gone DOWNHILL!! Downsized their burgers - the burger is like half the size of what it used to be and the grilled chicken is not the same as before (total let down and quality and freshness is non existent now) They have also put up the price every 6 months - Ridiculous $16 + for a small burger and chips and drink! ABORT!

So rude behaviour. I came to pick up the order. But 1 guy having a Curley hair shows soo much attitude that i cant explain. Handling me totally incomplete order, there was no burger, not even drinks. I talk to him, and he says me he dont have those items. I show him the drinks but even he refused to hear me and said me to cancel the order if he dont want to take. I was totally surprised looking his attitude.

Would not honour the advertised menu prices for the additional fillet. Took 10min of arguing & another lady threatening to report them to ACCC for them to provide a refund. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!

Vegans and Vegetarians beware! Normally we order through the app however went into the store on this occasion. Whilst ordering I spotted the staff frying the chips and Chicken Bolas in the same frier (luckily). When I clarified, the staff informed me that often they mix them up when they are busy. They also informed me that their patties (also) are fried in the same oil. I do want to take this opportunity to thanks them for being honest and transparent. However, my family will never be consuming from any of their stores again. Update A month after the below response from Oporto asking me to get in contact and me filling out their online questionnaire.. no response, nothing! Shame on you Oporto for making it look like you care.

Old lettuce, you cannot get away with it, no serviettes, this has left a bitter taste around my food covered mouth. Corners were cut and in the same way you will be cut off from my life and future business.

I would like to know why oporto have made the bondi burger so small. Do you really think we are that silly to believe it taste better and its improved when its gone down hill in size. You have lost a family of customers

Finally ticked this off my long list! Got dragged out of bed to watch my partners son go for his morning surf. I'll let him off as he took us for breakfast after he'd had his fix. Considering it was about 8 in the morning, there were loads of surfers already piling into the water. Might not be the prettiest beach I've ever been on, but certainly is the most iconic.

Took a bus ride from city to Bondi Beach. Bus stops in front of the beach. Fun beach for the kids. Chilly water and bright sun. Somehow I find the beach very similar to the Surfers Paradise. What about you?

How can you not serve bacon I order an otropo meal because i like bacon with pineapple along with great majority of others We cant pander to the 1% all the time

Bondi is beautiful!! Clean, pristine beach front with plenty of space, lots of lush green grass & a really awesome atmosphere to relax & take in the awesome scenery. The weather was too cool to swim for me at the end of May but still perfect to walk along the water :)

Nowadays, I often disappointed in this store. Unfortunately they rushed and didn't fry the chips. It's was raw. I got spicy chicken balls mixed with previously fried. Or they re-fried with the fresh balls. I gave one more chance for them. Unfortunately they didn't accept the cash at 10:50pm. (They opening time until 11:30 pm) Ridiculous No more chance again for this store.
