Above the normal Romanian standards for a Pension / Hotel. Build in 2016, nice interior design and superb Spa on the last upper floor. Also the staff was helpful and let us check-out late. One less star, because the finish sauna and Jacuzzi weren´t working. The breakfast was a bit over the Romanian average. I would wish for more local products.

A great pension close to the main road and the ski facilities, even for the 34 of us. Good rooms, 3 saunas and hot tube outside on the 4th floor with a great view of the valley, the ladies would do any menu you agree in advance. Clean spaces, working WiFi, the place is isolated enough from the noise, it is like a real retreat. The game changer is Alex, the guy of all trades of the place, making the stays more enjoyable and preparing some cocktails you would not expect on a mountain top. If you plan to visit the area this is the place, book in advance for larger groups.

Very beautiful scenery, especially from the hot tub outside. Everything was very clean, the rooms are nicely decorated, modern and comfortable. The staff was very amiable too. Breakfast was delicious. All in all, a great place for a quiet vacation. :)

The location has amazing views and great service all together.👏 The spa center is somehow on the top of the building and you get breathtaking views from the ciubār. This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway even in summertime. The breakfast was very good, variety is enough, everything they had was extremely good quality. They do not have a restaurant, they prepare things only based on previous reservations but they were very kind to make us some food as we missed the email notification to order the food and it was very good and fresh.

The location is beautiful, but the staff was terrible, very disrespectful and rude. The food was worse than at the hospital. Later edit as a response to the owner's reply: You knew 15-20 people would come to spend their team building at your place. You should have known that they will party. But that's not all, the moment we arrived and asked for coffee your bald employee started talking very disrespectfully and then you told one of my colleagues that "you didn't eat grass together" without my colleague being disrespectful or something. Also you're telling lies that our group leader asked you to not give us drinks anymore, by the contrary our group leader asked for more drinks. This is not an "attack" from Russmedia, this is a personal opinion and you should start reviewing your employees. My review will stay as it is and I will not recommend your place to absolutely nobody and I will try to stop any friend who will want to go to your place.

I wanted to go skiing so this place was in the vicinity. I liked the spatious room, quality mattress, clean bathroom. Because the weather wasn't good the whole time, the fact that we had access to a bunch of games like pool, fussball, boardgames was a plus. The spa area was magical after a day of skiing, especially the barrel under the stars. The food was good and even if they were short on staff they managed ok. I would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed here for 2 nights with a 1 year infant. Overall a good-ish hotel (to expensive for what it offers in my opinion) with a decent spa that has also a back yard, a pool table, darts and ping pong table. The main negative point for us was the food: eatable but not good and somehow expensive, except for the breakfast that was ok. Also, the employees are tense/agitated and did not feel very friendly but this was not an issue.

Great location, went there on a teambuilding event. Food was delicious, staff was very kind and helpful. Nice room, clean and well-kept, view was really nice. Walking distance to Baisoara ski slope and about 10min drive to Buscat slope. We're definitely going there again!

One ofnthe best in Muntele Baisorii, small and cozy. Modern rooms, including apartments for families, decorated with taste and all woth new fittings. Good system of restaurant with pre-order, indoor and outdoor seating.

Very nice place! Clean rooms, good food, excelent SPA! And the people are very nice!
