Pretty old fashion hotel need to be upgraded, there are other stores at 1st and 2nd floors. That means it is pretty much like a business level hotel. The carpet in the room looks old and not fully cleaned up, the facilities inside the room are old and should be upgraded immediately. You need to book the parking lot in advanced, otherwise you cannot use it and it changes 1,800 yen per night. Not recommend, will not come again. Personal recommend: ★ Family-friendly: ★ Date for couples: ★ Parking lot: ◯ 1,800 per night Services/meals/products/design: ★ Period for stay: one night Charge: 15,050 yen including parking fee Baby room/accessible toilet: not sure Cleanness: ★ ★

Good basic hotel in Tachikawa. I stay here every trip. The staff are helpful and the rooms are clean and up to date. Wifi works well (free). If you are looking for variety for breakfast...the western breakfast is basically the same everyday.. But there are lots of other options. The rooms aren't North American in size but they are bigger than the neighbouring Mets. It is easy to get things like irons and extra pillows. The best thing...it's near the station but you don't hear the trains.

Great location but the only room left was on a smoking floor which was a shame. However the room was spacious, had plenty of amenities and had a great breakfast buffet deal so would have been perfect had it been no-smoking.

Business Hotel, not so much expensive. Near Tachkawa Train station and Monorail station. Affordable and the staff is very kind. Rooms aren't so small for Japanese standards. I reccomend it.

I really enjoyed my stay. We were here on business, and they took good care of us. Location is super close to the station, so very convenient. Breakfast had tons of options and good portions. The staff was super considerate and helpful too.

Good check-in, the bed was firm like I like it and the A/C totally made my stay comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again! Also, great location!

Quiet, comfortable hotel with easy access to JR Tachikawa station. 7/11 across the street and a good selection of smaller eating establishments within a few minutes walk. 3rd floor lobby really cuts down on foot traffic

I didn't visit the hotel per say, I went to the imaging clinic that's on the first floor outside. They do MRIs but speak very, very, very like English. Have a translator on deck!😂

The room are big enough compared to the same price and same standard inside Tachikawa region. I will come here again.

I have absolutely no complaints! We are 5 days in to a 20 day stay and it has been absolutely delightful. The desk staff is amazing, everyone is extremely friendly and sociable. They were very patient as we called our friends to verify everything and they made sure to explain everything in English. The rooms are decently sized, beds are comfy, the pillows are a bit firm for my taste though. The bathrooms are fairly spacious, water is hot immediately, and the rooms our kept very clean by the daily maid service. Coffee is free and it is well enough though could be better. The amenities offered are well kept and of good quality. The location is right by a 7/11, family mart, and a Lawson, plus tachikawa station is a stones throw away, so it is super efficient.

Location is great, within walking distance to JR station and monorail station, large lobby on level 3. Buffet breakfast is at additional 1500 yen. Haven’t seen such shower head in a long time, wash basin is so low that all of us end up with backache. Housekeeping staff like to leave note that says they don’t know what to do with cup with a bit of water or coffee. They basically leave it there for you to clean up on your own. Bewildering ! In summary, more like 3.5 stars.
