It's a new spot, and you can understand the knowledge and history of pipeline water in Tainan. Besides, the park is designed for kids and family, so you can come here with family. It's good for education and entertainment!

Water purification plant built during the Japanese occupation. You can find Sakura trees in the garden surrounding the plant. It is a good place for family and you can enjoy pinic with your love ones on the grass field or you can walk up the stairs and go to the hill top and check on the scenery from there. It took around 30 mins to go around and check on this historical landmark.
