Classic hotel on top of mountain offering superb view over the city. Only 10-15 minutes drive from the city centre. We stayed in a western style room which looks very dated. Service was excellent. Our package included dinner and breakfast which were not bad. Indoor onsen available.

A lovely ryokan with excellent views of the Seto Inland Sea and wonderful staff. We enjoyed the hospitality and food here. A great model for what omotenashi looks like in practice.

Great place! Great service, food, onsen. And what a beautiful room. Situated on top of a hill, you get great views from the restaurant. Attention to service. The staff are equipped with a mobile translator that enables you to communicate. Easy to arrange for parking my car for example.

Great first onsen experience at a place that seemed popular with local Japanese travellers (families + couples) as well looking for a chill + relaxing Winter weekend getaway. Dinner was amazing and the service was delightful. Would highly recommend and visit again.

Very nice Onsen Hotel! Staff is very helpful, they are trying to speak English and Chinese to communicate with us while we are not understand Japanese. Warmest greeting and best service provided! Especially thank you for the service provided by 荻田先生,平田先生 and 佐藤小姐。 BTW, they serve good food for both of dinner and breakfast. nice view too!

Spacious and clean private onsen. Had a good time there. Food was great although I was told other onsens are better. Service was great but most don’t speak English. Concierge, or lack of, sucks. Better know where you’re going. You can get some info but don’t expect you would get the 5 star service like other high end hotel.

Amazing ryokan style hotel with tatami rooms. Service is perfect, 10/10. Breakfast and dinner are great and plentyful with a wide variety of traditional dishes. Onsen is big and very clean

Best japanese style hotel ever. If you stay here, you must try Kaiseki (Japanese traditional dinner course). unbelievable. I would like to pay more. It deserves more than I paid.
