Amazing western style dinner! I live in Japan and it was nice to have this large of a nice steak prepared so well for a change. I tend to eat more yakiniku here. Had A5 fillet and Tobi sirloin meals. I preferred the fillet personally because it has a little less fat. The veggies that came with the steak were so delicious! The set was a larger portion of food than expected. I could not finish all of it, even though I really wanted to. The gelato was yummy. We got the pumpkin dessert take out and ate it the next day. It was so good! There is a molasses syrup as the topping which I loved.

The chef and staff really know what they're doing. The food experience here is a direct expression of that skill and care. I especially liked the exquisite treatment of local ingredients to create meaningful tasty delights. This is one of the culinary experiences worth splurging on, but even if you don't it will be good. Also, the staff were extra welcoming and accomodating despite our minimal Japanese vocabulary. They went above and beyond to create a lasting impression.

Nice French restaurant with good atmosphere. Ordered carpaccio, Hida beef tongue & red snapper. Food is delicious and beautiful. Unfortunately beef tongue’s tendon is not completely trimmed, so some cannot be eaten.

A perfect food which combines the French kitchen and the Japanese way. The talentd chef has created a unique experience. The price is very fair and even low regarding the quality. We've had a Hida beef fillet steak. It was devine!

Definitely one of the missing gems for your Hida beef carnival in Takayama area! Everybody goes for Japanese style for the beef like sushi, BBQ or ramen. Yet Hida steak is certainly underrated. My husband and I would give this Hida steakhouse in French style a 10 stars! We ordered an A5 and A4 set for dinner. The high quality of Hida beef, not to mention their Japanese fusion side dishes were surprisingly awesome, brought us a fulfilling night. They did a great balance to smooth out the grease with the yuzu and black vinegar sauce. What a lovely evening. Highly recommended

Seasonal Oysters are incredible from Hokkaido... they use the best vinegar in the world ... we finished all the bread👍🏻👍🏻 A4 Hida Breef and Hida Pork I tried... both really nice too ... unbelievable dinner 🤤🤤

A little pricey but as a French, I can tell you that this kind of bistro-like restaurant is not that common outside Tokyo. Nice piece of meat cooked French style with caramelized onions and mustard.

Top restaurant! Everything was perfect. Great staff, incredible food and very nice ambiance. I highly recommend pasta with Hida beef ragu but everything is great.

Excellent hida beef steak.. Had the A5 fillet and was not disappointed. Great meal, excellent service. My sons had the A4 round steak, which was delightful as well. Nice set with soup, gelato and coffee. Highly recommended.
