    美味しい。かなり美味しい。 例えば、どこでも鮎、イワナ、アマゴの炭火焼は骨まで食べられるが、洲さきで頂いたアマゴは骨まで食べられるどころか、骨が感じられない柔らかさ。 どの料理も手がこんでいて、美しく、美味しすぎ。 最後まで大満足でした。 もちろんお店の方の対応も素晴らしいし、お部屋、庭の景色も古風で高山らしく素敵です。 高山に来たなら、伝統の総和流料理を堪能して、知って学んで頂くことを、ぜひお勧めします❗

    Attention to detail is of paramount importance in this century-old house. Every single dish is perfect. The local beef is incredible. This place alone could be a reason to go to Takayama. For a lunch set around 8000¥, I was served in a beautiful private tatami room.

    お昼のミニ会席コース味暦(あじごよみ)をいただきました❗️ 全てが美味しかったです。 鮎の丸焼きは頭から尻尾までカリカリに焼いてあって丸ごと美味しいし、お蕎麦もお魚の天ぷらがのっていて、何杯でも食べられそうなくらい。 建物も、200年以上の歴史があるそうで、入り口入ってすぐの部分は当時のままとの事。 趣きがあって、ワクワクしちゃいます。 特別な日に特別な人と行かれるといいですよ！ YouTube「ニモちんトラベラー」に、歴史を感じさせる内装や、素敵なお庭の様子、お料理一品一品の素晴らしさも紹介してますので、ぜひご覧ください！！

    This noodle shop is a very unique place to eat soba noodles and it has a very nice Japanese ambience.

    This place is worth its two Michelin stars. A Kaiseki experience from the late Edo period, Ryotei Susaki delivers on all fronts. Top notch service, your own room for the meal, and a great view of the garden courtyard. We had 5 courses,all making fantastic use of local fish and produce. Lovely stuff.
