Had an issue with a booking at another hotel so had to find something else with under 12 hours notice. Isara came up on our search and my husband was very excited to read about the pool Villa and booked it as a surprise for my birthday. You enter through the picture perfect cafe and are greeted by a warm and friendly lady. Check in was easy and we were shown to our Villa. The detached two storey villa is located at the rear of the property. The private pool and surrounding outdoor area was fab (donut floatie ready and waiting!!) with various seating options and an outdoor shower. The villa itself was very clean and tastefully decorated. The shower was great and the bed (on 1st floor) was super comfy. Also a nice little balcony off the bedroom which I enjoyed in the morning. All in all we had a fantastic stay and will definitely stay again.

Highly recommend! Cozy room, friendly staffs and good price. If you are planning on seeing old town this is the perfect place for you. Walking distance and nice little cafe just for you to grab some coffee to start your day. Will be back for sure!

This is a beautiful cafe! Decided to stop in while shopping around Phuket Town. The ambiance is relaxing and everyone working there was really nice. The cafe and the scones are really good. Definitely recommend stopping by. They also have flowers too!

We enjoy Phuket altogether very much. Don’t want to say this but staying at this hotel is the worst part of our trip. The room is so dirty and smells. There is no parking. The hotel is old but you can do better in keeping the whole place more presentable.

Beautiful stay at Isara Boutique. The place is beautiful & great if you like to take lots of photos for Instagram 😉 we stayed in the private pool Villa it was beautiful and very spacious with a private pool and sectioned off from the rest of the hotel. The staff are super friendly & make you feel really special which makes the stay more luxurious. Would definitely recommend! Try the drinks in the cafe too, there yummy especially the fruit tea 🍉 🍎 ☕️ 10/10 - would return

Such a unique and beautiful cafe & hotel! The speciality coffee and drinks are amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful with directions and the Thai breakfast was delicious! Definitely recommend if you're looking for a hotel with reasonable prices & great value!

The magnificent, unique front door leads to rose gold decor at this Cafe. Option of a 2nd indoor sitting area with pond. Ambient music, ambient everything. Spotless bathroom - and most of all, coffee on-point. THE CAFE TO TRY!

Had the nicest stay at Isara, Gift helped us from arrival to departure. She was so helpful the entire time and made the stay perfect. It’s in a great location, 5 minutes to everything - definitely recommend!

Good cheesecake. Walk in for the afternoon tea set 399 baht for 2. Perfect plating for the drinks and dessert. Staff speak fluent english too.

We booked this boutique hotel bcs the "instagramble", bohemian style and we stayed private pool villa. Unfortunately the pool was not working during our time and the hotel was in construction and not good condition. Very frustrated since this is birthday trip. Turns out, the staffs assist us was great n helpful. Well explanation with delicious hi-tea. We got half price private pool villa due to the inconvenience. Love the atmosphere for private pool villa but very frustrating the pool not working. Feeling home with Android tv. Love the private pool villa bcs the sectioned off and felt more privacy and quiet. The cafe fruit drinks and the cakes/macarons was delicious. The location very convenient, 5 min to everything. Excellent staffs that has made my experience in Thailand remarkable. Will be back & rate for 5 star if the pool function well 🙃😉

I cannot recommend this Hotel Café enough. The service is phenomenal. The entire staff goes above and beyond and treat you like royalty. They are very friendly and accommodating. Everyone who works here has made my experience in Thailand incredible. The breakfast is so good. The cafe has pretty speciality drinks that are Instagram worthy. All very tasty!

Great location and amazing coffee shop by the lobby. Great service. Breakfast was great. They were willing to accommodate vegetarian options. Rooms need a little extra maintenance.

It is a hotel built 5 years ago to be an Instagram dream that hasn't been cleaned since. + It was right in the heart of old town. Everything you wanted to see in Old Town Phuket was walking distance. The staff were all very friendly and willing to help out. - It was incredibly run down and unclean. The shower was a nightmare and upon showering the first day we decided it was probably cleaner to simply not shower at all (literally less than 45 seconds because I jumped in and then actually looked at the floor and got straight back out). The koi pond was so full of algae that it produced an unbearable stench and there was clearly too many fish in there. Finally the rooms don't allow you to leave the a/c on (I get the power saving and whatnot) but the rooms are upstairs and the heat. It was like walking into a sauna and the room took 30 mins to even be at a temperature below 35C with the a/c blasting at 16C. It seemed like it would be more energy efficient to be able to keeps the rooms cool rather than blast a/c when you come back for over an hour to get to a reasonable temperature.

We are family group travellers , booked the family room and triple room(im kinda forgotten). The rooms are super clean and generously cozy. There are Netflix, good wifi reception and friendly customer service. Location wise, short walking proximity to Sunday night market . Security is perfect, we love it. Staff and everyone serving in this place are extremely lovely. Only a few things i would sincerely recommend, this place is good for friend, couple and solo visitor. If you would like to take your senior people to this place, please kindly ask for the first floor. The last thing is that the breakfast, it would be nice if there are really more protein dishes, not a sweet stuff in the morning. As it s too early to have, such nice breakfast display but we weren’t comfortable to have that all. Lastly, i would strongly recommend if you wanna spend your time in Phuket town, at least two or three nights.

Very decent and nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, and affordable prices. Notice that check in clerk is only available from 7:00am - 7:00pm and you get a card key from check in to open the entrance door , the hotel door and the guest room. Between 7:00pm and 7:00 am the doors are automatically closed and you can’t get in unless you have your key, however the hotel leave some contact details for you to call the clerk in case of late check in and you can also do web-check in in advance.

Friendly girls running the cafe/hotel who always greet you with a smile. Hotel is situated on the street with all the market stalls and coffee shops. Room felt a bit cramped, but housekeeping was excellent. Great experience 💯

This is an adorable boutique hotel right in the heart of Old Phuket Town, on THE street you want to walk, shop, and enjoy. Whether you’re with your partner or an entire family, this is a delightful stay right next to the places you’ll most want to visit. The beds are a bit stiff and the rooms aren’t immaculate, but for what you pay and the reasons you’ll want to be here, it more than serves its purpose.

The hotel is super nice. The service is great!!! The room is so clean and beautiful. Its located in Phuket oldtown and easy to walk around. The coffee is delicious. Especially Dirty coffee!

We absolutely loved staying here. We felt very welcomed since the first day and had everything we needed around us. The ladies that work at the cafe were all very helpful

Staff is very supportive and flexible for late check-in, Room and price are reasonable. Location is best suit for travel and walking around Phuket old town. Overall I recommended this place.

We staying 2 night here. The room are smaller than the picture with a tiny toilet inside that 1 person fit in. We found a cockroach in the toilet as well 😔. (I didnt take any photo of the room I stayed…) The amenities they provide is ok with a kettle of hot water, coffee and some snack in the common area. The cafe deco is nice for a photo. We didn’t try their food but it look interesting. I did photograph the breakfast set that they provide with extra charge for the guess.

This is my 2nd time of staying here. I always gets the best experience here. The staff is very nice and the room is comfy and clean. Love it and will always come back for sure.

Really pretty place ✨ only checked the cafe but loved the ambiance and its interiors. Felt really comfortable despite the small cafe area. Great service as well. Their espresso was good and so was their blueberry cheesecake

Clean But room smell bad, smells like restroom. Rooms are small but located on good location. Good thing we only stay for one night. Drinks are delicious. The restroom for cafe smell really bad too.

We stayed at room no.4 on the second floor. The decoration was very lovely, there is a small terrace and bathtub. All needed facilitues are provided. One thing should be fixed is air-con. It was quite not cool even we decreased it to 20 celcius.

The hotel provide great experiences. The location is super convenience for traveler who is looking forward to visit Phuket town and food!. The only setback will be the ac sizing is quite small compared to the room Which really affects in summer season. Superb decoration and amazing service. Looking forward to the next visit.
