    I have visited the salon quite a lot and can confidently say that Diana is the best! She is professional and very friendly and the manicure is always super pretty! 10/10 ⭐️

    I did a gel nails fill up and it was the best nailjob I have had. As a tourist I could only go there once, a fact, I really pity. The nails are holding for more than 5 weeks now and still look good. Very good English spoken, an asset for tourists. I was asked for my wishes and they did exactly what I preferred (form, size, colour) and always asked if temperature was fine (it was!). I got the appointment in short notice, as they called me back when someone cancelled (me, without even asking for a call back, I was very happy about it). Very professionell, reasonable price.

    I'm a regular and always have a great experience, the technicians are lovely and diligent. Have been extremely accomodating even during the summer rush. Would recommend, best nail place in Tallinn!!

    First of all, my manicure with gel polish was a success, very careful work and a perfect finish. But unfortunately the customer excperience wasn’t so good, since i noticed some bullying among the russian workers towards mostly one particular worker. BUT The worker Masha was simply amazing. Such kind words and perfect work on the nails. One of the other workers skipped parts of the process so that in a day my friend’s nails were already chipping apart… The same worker of my friend’s was very rude and left in the middle of the process without saying anything. Below a picture of my friend’s pink nails the next day. The other is my nails, they were good.

    Disappointment. I went to Nailspa for a gel polish treatment for the first time. Everything went well, and after 2 days after the treatment, the varnish started to peel off. I wrote to Nailspa and they nicely offered aftercare under warranty. While waiting for my follow-up treatment, the gel polish peeled off all the nails. They explained that apparently the type of polish that was used on me was not suitable for me. I felt that my nails were so thin and delicate after peeling off the gel polish that I didn't want to put the gel polish back on. So I was looking for a classic manicure. The nail technician spoke to me in Russian, and when I said that I don't speak Russian, but offered Estonian or English, we couldn't manage to communicate. Very unpleasant. The nail technician continued in Russian. After the classic manicure, when I was at home, I saw that the nail polish looks very embossed. Plus, after 24 hours the polish has already come off on many nails. Great disappointment both in terms of the work done and in terms of communication with the nail technician. I added pictures of the embossed varnish and the peeled off (classic) varnish after 24 hours.

    I went to the Virukeskus salon with my daughter on 25.3. I had contacted the Salon in advance by email and told what I wanted. I had ordered a manicure for my daughter and she was really happy with the end result. I wanted gel nails, and I had announced in advance what kind of nails I wanted. However, I had to say again what I wanted and my nails were not done exactly the way I wanted. However, I got uniform quality and professionally done nails, so overall the salon gets four stars.

    Nails are okay, nothing extraordinary or wow. Some of them are different shape from others even though I asked for just a classic almond shape. Cuticles on my three fingers were cut into bleeding, so that the next hour of the procedure was painful regardless what was put on my nails and for the next few days I won’t be having pretty hands until it all has healed. The technician really tried I can tell, she wasn’t in a rush or sloppy also she apologized for hurting me. She was probably just not that experienced yet. However, the price is the same regardless the experience of a technician

    Non-existent customer service on site. Customer service works by e-mail, but not in the store. I was only speaking from my own experience, not for my friend. There was no movement on the side of the clock where we were sitting, and contrary to what you claim, the employees were not doing the nails of the next customers, etc., but went to the next break room to eat. They also behaved rudely and didn't even say anything the whole time.

    Very bad experience in the Port lounge. The manicurist rolled her eyes and acted unpleasantly and unprofessionally. It is not recommended to go to people with shorter nails, you will experience very unpleasant behavior. Would not recommend to anyone! Since I cannot respond to your answer, I will add my own answer here: It wasn't about not being able to install it, it was about how the technician reacted and behaved! That was not ok! This was seen and felt by both me and a 16-year-old young person who was very disturbed and hurt!
