Wonderful and fancy! This is a superb restaurant to enjoy an amazing meal. The food presentation is impressive and the flavour is delicious. Definitely worth a visit while you’re in Old Tallinn.

We visited Tallinn a few times before but we never been here. This time we stayed in Tallin 2 days and this place had such good food that we went here twice. We tried Appetizers assortment, Scheelle's chef soup, Vodka and honey marinated salmon and désserts: pavlova and Dessert assortment. And the Vana Coffee (got slightly tipsy after it) . Everything exceeded our expectations. We will visit again. The staff is very nice also! The prices are good!

Entinen pankki, jossa pankkiirina ollut Scheeli-niminen mies. Kaunis ja arvokas jugend-ympäristö. Tilasimme alku-ja pääruoan, näiden lisäksi tuli vielä leivät kauniisti pursotetun levitteen kanssa sekä pieni maittava alkupala. Erinomainen ruoka ja palvelu asiallista.

Wonderful building and location, lovely interior with the 20s vibe all around. Feels like stepping in the past. And the food was amazing to accompany the environment with. We had the beef carpaccio which felt so soft and well balanced. The Estonian perch, which was surprisingly grilled and on top of the peas purée - Wonderful surprise. And the brownie to finish it up, which felt really fresh with the fruits, flowers and ice cream. Completely recommended! And the view is fantastic too!

Incredible experience!! I’m surprised this place isn’t filled with people as the food was just amazing. Wait staff was really hospitable, friendly and incredibly helpful! And they gave us 2 complimentary dishes (chicken pate and also homemade bread) + 2 glasses of really refreshing gooseberry liqueur after meal - so kind of them! Would definitely come back here again!

A high quality experience,and a much appreciated, more calm, dining experience than the surrounding medieval themed places. Friendly and attentive service, excellent food without over-the-top fanciness. However really very tasty courses throughout, including the kids menu (a rare treat)! This is a restaurant that obviously cares about its guests, and a chef that obviously cares about his/her ingredients. Highly recommended. Oh ... And it's not expensive either. Dinner with two courses each for two adults and three children 11-15yo for just a bit over 100 EUR, though with mainly water as drinks . Nevertheless pretty much a steal, for that quality.

Restaurant looked really promising, but I was really disappointed. It was Sunday midday - should be quite busy. Butter for bread was cold from the fridge and had an unpleasant aftertaste. Risotto looked great, but was too runny & completely didn’t have any salt. Shrimps were great, mussels were not seasoned, plain, didn’t want to even finish them. Risotto lacked creaminess, and any taste Very disappointed

fantastic place! very kind professional waiter amazing food! looks very fancy but it's actully cheaper --and i guess better-- then the places found on the main square. totally recommended to visit it!

The restaurant was empty but the food was great! The prawns were good. Wait staff check up on you regularly to make sure everything was OK. Lemonade was special.

At some point we really thought this food was drugged because we were ADDICTED!!! A ma zing food, not that expensive, great portions… And the people were so friendly! Thank you for making our night!

Lamb rack was amazing, but the best part of the menu is the tar tar of moose served with capers and pickle, the chef should be complimented for the balance of flavour and texture in both dishes. In a word ...sublime.

I had an excellent meal here. The beef and the crème bruleé were both divine. Not too pricey. The staff were friendly. I would definitely go back again next time I'm in Tallinn.

The food had excellent presentation almost like art pieces, and delicious. The portion is enough for sharing by two, and the price was inexpensive. We ordered the following dishes: Vegetable cream soup 6€ Green salad with tiger prawns and orange sauce 9€ RISOTTO WITH TIGER PRAWNS 15.50€

Not many vegetarian options, but that didn't matter as the soup and ravioli were excellent. Friendly and professional staff.

Visited Scheeli two weeks ago and got an incredible experience! We have never had such amazing boeuf a la tartar and could not find suitable words for describing this salmon...just incredible 😍 and the cake was amazing balance of sweet and sour, delicious. For these prices and interior we expected better and more friendly and caring service though. Waitress didn't even bother to pour the wine while eating or ask how the food was 😔 but maybe she just had a bad day. 10/10 for food! Totally recommend 💯

Visited during Tallinn Restaurant Week. It was a 3 course menu for 20€. The let down for me was the poor wine list - a so called fine-dining place shouldn’t have a list almost entirely put together by one importer and filled with mostly supermarket range. The food was nice with the exception of main dish. We were pleasantly surprised with an amuse-bouche - a nice gesture. The elk tartare was really well made, I only wish the toasts were from a homemade/artisanal, not supermarket bread. The main dish was a total disaster - salmon with boiled veggies and beet risotto- risotto had some kind of chewy shrimps and was horrible (it was obviously warmed up before serving, not cooked), the cheese sauce was in total disharmony with other ingredients- it was a mismatch of flavours and textures. Cheesecake was delicious. The cabaré kind of live music feels kind of decadent. The service was, however, impeccable and attentive, the old-school kind I rarely encounter in Estonia. I overall had a feeling like the place is somehow in need of makeover of concept.

High class restaraunt, french Cook, summer time you can eat on the street near of restaraunt, better do call to do table reservation

We had a 4-5 star dinner at Scheeli. My wife loved everything about her dish and said it was the highlight of our holiday. I on the other hand had duck breast where the fat was not rendered down adequately. The service was very friendly and the location was excellent.
