Front rooms have direct view to the Barbour. Big and clean. Fantastic breakfast. 10' from old town. One of the best in town. Highly recommended

been there two times , i recommend room on higher fLoor with nice view to yacht marina ! they have underground parking , ask for free space in advance !!

Nice place location vice. Rooms were nice looking and we had a great view, but the room was very dirty, door frames were broken, toilet uncleaned, trash left from previous guests and service was very hit or miss. Even the internet page for the hotel didnt work. Breakfast and food overall was good. Overall the hotel was just ok but next time i visit Tallin, i will stay in some other place.

I didn't pay much for 4 nights, but what I got was incredible, good sized room, amazing balcony, buffet breakfast is your typical European style, sauna for free until 10am !!

This was a wonderful hotel to visit. The location is perfect and surrounded by local shops and restaurants. Boris at the reception desk speaks perfect English. No issues whatsoever with our stay.

Luulimme menevämme normi hotelliin, mutta saavuimmekin ”Hiltoniin ” vs hinta/laatu. Meiltä ei puuttunut mitään.Siisteys, palvelu, aamiainen, sijainti ja näköala erinomaista. Turha mainita, etteikö valintamme olisi seuraavankin kerran tämä hotelli!!!

Very good location. Have stayed at this hotel 3 times. Allways great breakfest. Very nice, big (not two beds pushed together) and soft beds. Room furniture is a bit dated, but besides that nothing much to complain about.

Very big and comfortable rooms. Very good and tasty breakfasts. Great view in the lobby where you can relax in the evening. Nice restoran. There are shopping center and parking for the afforable price near hotel. One thing I missed was the warmth in the room. I was been there in end of october and it was too fresh air in the room as for me.

The hotel was good. The supermarket is super close and ferry to Helsinki too. It's like 15mins walk to the Town Hall. The food for breakfast was decent.

Nice location next to harbour. Simplified Nordic style rooms. 🛁 in room was a nice surprise.

In a good location for the port, and a large shopping centre right near by! Also a not far away from a bigger collection bars and restaurants. A fair walk away from the centre which we didn't mind :) The breakfast was very nice with a good range of hot and cold options available. A deli selection of cold meats, cheese and fish. A hot selection of eggs, bacon, ham, sausages Cereal, juice and coffee also available Staff were helpful and welcoming as well Rooms are not overly soundproof - we had an argumentative couple in the hallway one night and heard it very clearly but to no fault of the hotel but might be a problem for light sleepers :)

Hotel is near to seaside and good restaurants along with Shopping plaza. They have very good breakfast along with Sauna and gym. Not That far from Old town.wifi is slow sometimes. Staff is awesome 👏🏻

Excellent location, right in the port. The rooms are large, modernly furnished. The hotel staff was very kind. Fabulous breakfast.

Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Good sized rooms. Handy and useful shopping centre opposite if you want a supermarket and a few restaurants. Well placed for the old town and some nearby museums.

Again were it not for such a large travel group not for most. Building resembles cold war structure from the USSR. Rooms and amenities in severe and dire need of upgrades and restoration. Positive aspects size of rooms and breakfast service!

I always stay in room 500 with the best view and sauna in the room. Bringing breakfast to the living room in the morning and watching boats is relaxing. The staff and the Manager are super good... recommend this hotel Also, close to everything

If you don't know, Tallin has now built one of the biggest sea terminals in Europe front of the hotel. No sea view and the noise from the heavy pile driving machinery is deafening with the hotel vibrating. But very convenient for the port

Great food, nice stuff, comfy rooms, great location within a city for a very reasonable price. I've been here for five days and can't complain about anything. Haven't tried saunas or gym, neither bar.. And not sure if kids would be entertained at the hotel, but there vere some high chairs in the hotel restaurant. There is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, tv and free wifi in the room. Shopping centre and port right next to the hotel.

This is a SPA hotel! Not a high class hotel. The SPA is good, the rooms are small and some have wonderful view over the lake and sea.The beds comfortable. But this is not where you go to have a high-class stay. The restaurant is a large and unfriendly, the noise is disturbing and when they have performance by a singer you will find the acoustics very bad. Food is expensive and medium to low level, the breakfast acceptable but not more. one major problem is parking, if you arrive late you may not find legal parking place. Personnel does not great you when you pass the reception desks or when you meet some personnel. - One comment, my partner became ill the first afternoon, and we wanted to shorten our stay and check out one day earlier than booked. - This was not granted, we were still charged for two nights! - well hotel policy, bad very bad. If you want a SPA hotel this is good, but do not have any dinner here!

Ihan siisti ja hyvä hotelli palveluiden äärellä. Lyhyt matka satamaan ja ostoskeskuksiin. Jonkin verran äänet kaikui yöllä käytävillä mutta kai se on normaalia pikkujouluaikaan. Asiointi henkilökunnan kanssa oli vaivatonta. Tarjonta aamupalalla oli normaalia kattavampi ja parempi.

Suomen kieli tuotti hankaluuksia hieman mutta ymmärsimme kuitenkin tosiamme hyvin. Lukemattomien tietöiden vuoksi hotellille oli hankala päästä ja navi kierrätti ympäri ämpäri kaupunkia. Tosin tämä tilapäistä kunhan tietyöt ja remontit ovat suoritettu loppuun. Muuten aivan mahtavalla paikalla ja upea hotelli. Tulen varmasti toistenkin.

worst experience of my entire life. The iron got an electric shock, stuck to my hands, and I couldn't even start it for about 10 seconds. The employee accused me that water must have got in, but that's not the case! the wire was exposed and broken. I am still unable to use any iron after this terrible incident. The hotel representatives were able to offer a discount for the next visit, and this was communicated only when we applied through booking, until then complete ignoring. I didn't think such things could still happen in this day and age.

Ihan sataman vieressä kelpo hotelli, jossa saatiin superpalvelua vastaanoton Igorilta. Parvekkeellinen siisti huone, jossa merinäköala 😀 Monipuolinen aamiainen rauhallisessa ympäristössä. Hotelli yllätti positiivisesti. Ja vastaanoton miespuolisen henkilön hieno palvelu.

Ihan hyvä sijainti, kiinni terminaaliin ja isoon kauppakeskukseen. Helppo tulla ja lähteä, myös autolla. Helpompi saavuttavissa kuten joku hotelli vanhassa kaupungissa, huomioon ottaen että Tallinnassa nyt on todella paljon nähtävää vanhan kaupungin ulkopuolella. Erinomainen aamiainen, valikoima on hyvin laajaa, ihan 5+ tasoa, paljon henkilökuntaa joka huolehtii sekä siisteydestä että siitä että ruokaa ei loppu kesken. Itse hotelli kuitenkin alkaa kaipaamaan remonttia tai parempaa perusteellisempaa siivousta / päivitystä. Ohuet pyyhkeet, puutelliset/halvat kylpyhoitoaineet, kalkkilätkiä ennemmän ja vähemmän suihkussa jne. Epämukavat tyynyt: yksi todella iso ja toinen taas erittäin pieni. Pienet puutteet jotka kuitenkin laskevat hotellin yleisilmettä. Ei mitään erityisen pahaa, mutta seuraavalla matkalla etsin todennäköisen toisenlaisen majoituksen

The duration of my stay is for 10 days. I have spent 3 hours the second day trying to connect my laptop, my ipad, and my mobile to the internet. I'm not able to check my emails. Not able to do my work. Not able to listen to music. Not able to read the news! We are in the 21st century and NOT be able to connect to the internet in my room!! Is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Room 618 I try to sleep & during the whole day & night I hear like it is raining & the rain hits the windows. But is Not raining. Is the water dripping from the air condition units behind a plasterboard! And one has to pay for the room & stay awake the whole time! The rooms are set at a certain temperature. There is no way you can make it colder! My winter shocks dried up after washing during the night in the bathroom! Breakfast has very good selection but is minimal in fruits. The food at the restaurant is tasty. There is a mall just opposite the hotel. A big plus: you are able to open the windows in your room! All the receptionist have been helpful when needed.

Nice and friendly hotel. Good located. Close to harbour, shopping mall and only 10Min footwalk away from old town. Price for a double room for single use inclusive breakfast for 70Euro is absolutely fair. I can recommend it.

Nice hotel, good location as we arrived by boat in terminal A and spent most of the time in the old city 🏰. Nice view, tasty breakfast 🥞 and great coffee. Mall in proximity and everything walking distance

Lobby looked great, but rooms looks quite used, old. It is clean for sure, but hotel not fresh. Breakfast was fabulous, loved it.

Not so bad , neither so good. Its on very good location and next go the hotel are cheap parkings €3-6/ 24h. Some of the rooms are not in perfect shape. Cleanness in not on top level. Old beds with some top mattresses isn't the most comfortable thing. Big and nice pillows. Room Itself is big enough. The breakfast is OK, far from perfect. Wi-fi is missing most of the. Both shower and sink at the room was with cloaked. Also you can't control the room temperature despite that in each room there was a controller

Great value for money considering the abundant breakfast a harbor view room. Rooms with sea view are very nice and some offer a balcony. Right next to the hotel a is small shopping mall along with a supermarket which is quite handy. Walking to the city center is fine, also possible to use public transport or pretty cheap Bolt taxis

Clean. But already old. Good location. Not so fancy breakfast (like expected). Parking for night 15e. And at the area within 50m 4e...so...your choice :)

Very good - this is a passing assessment of the place. Pleasant hotel, equipped in a functional way. Large windows in the room that can be opened - a plus. The spacious room has everything you need for a business trip - work desk, armchair and table for relaxing, comfortable bed, pleasant bedding. Bathroom with bath, large, bright, spacious and obviously clean. An absolutely recommendable place, and at a reasonable price too!

The location was good. The breakfast was good. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned. The voices can be heard quite clearly from the corridor. After seeing the reception, we were perhaps expecting more modern rooms. Because of the concert, the price was sky high.

The hotel is quite modern, and the service is nice. All the people are super smiley and very helpful. Rooms are neat, very clean and with everything you would expect from a 4 stars hotels. There's a sauna, but it's open only in the morning, while the gym is open 24/7. Overall a great place to stay, in front of the port

Beautiful place, not the cleanest though! Breakfast is good, But the taste is not the most tasty one. At the same time we had such a huge variety of food that it was worth it. Overall a beautiful place to be.

bartender bar area horible service, unpleasant to the guest,so rude. argue with client and hotel guest. We ask reseption to contact bar manager or hotel manager and thay tell that no manager in entire hotel at all. It was our first visit here and last.

Review based on one visit. The hotel is very close to the harbor and the old town, and Viru Shopping Center. The hotel’s decor is outdated and pretty basic but is clean and well maintained. The standard room was big and clean, with a nice view of the sea. The staff is friendly and polite, providing genuine customer service. There is a kid's room, sauna, and SPA available in the hotel. Unfortunately, the kid’s room has broken toys and was not properly cleaned. The breakfast offers a wide variety of food items. There would be, however, nice to have more fresh fruits and a better bread selection. We will stay there again.
