AVOID THIS HOTEL We rented a room in this hotel for 5 nights. the stay was just regular for the first 4 nights, however, the last night we had problems with the manager. During our last day our magnetic keys didn’t work and at night, not even the new keys worked. We were waiting outside our room for an hour and a half, being as nice as we could with the employee DORIS (who was also absolutely nice to us as well) since we knew it was not her fault that we were locked out our room. However, the manager was not even nice to us. He didn’t even look at us nor apologized. For half an hour, he looked for the master key to open our door because he just couldn’t find it anywhere. After that hour an a half patiently waiting for our room to be unlocked he again didn’t even apologize. When we asked for any compensation or at least an explanation his words were as follows: “how much did you pay for this room? Oh well what do you expect from a 2 stars hotel room? Pay for a better room the next time.” I don’t know about the rest but I always expect a hotel to have accesible doors regardless of what I have pay. Even if a problem like this happens, which is completely possible, I expect the manager to treat me correctly and not being rude and disrespectful to his clients. Fully grateful for the treatment by Doris but after seeing how the manager treats his clients, I can clearly point out he doesn’t care at all about his clients. Avoid coming here!!!!

I stayed for one night and enjoyed the hotel. It’s cheap but rooms are comfy, have everything you need, clean showers, etc. they even let me check in a little early, which was great. Highly recommend,

Very basic, budget hotel. You check in at a different hotel that has had a lot more invested in it.The bar staff in the check in hotel were lovely and helpful. Unfortunately there was an issue at reception on check in where we were told we didnt have a booking despite having an e-reciept and confirmation booking email and were being sent away. Eventually the booking was found on the system. The "garden view" room actually overlooks a car park. The linen was all clean but there was a lot of dust around the room. . The double bed is two singles pushed together but not secured so if you lie near the middle the beds move apart and you fall down the hole! 🤣

We stayed for 1 night to sleep between the flights. We arrived very late at night and had to carry our stuff to another building to do check in, which was surprising and quite a bit unpleasant. But the worst part was super active bus stop, with busses arriving every 15 minutes starting from 5 am, literally 1 meter from our window. Very poor (non existent) ventilation in the room forced us to at least keep the window open, but made these buses smells and sounds even more available then i ever imagined, so we couldn't sleep too much. Very old and dusty bathroom. So despite the hotel being central would recommend to stay away.

I got a rather cheap and clean room for around 50€/night. Nothing much to complain about. The room was even made readyfor me upon my early arrival. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. It's a bit of a shame still that breakfast was not included and that there were not even instant coffee or tea bags available in the room, as I have seen in other hotels.

Good location and good price. The reception is located in the next building about a minute walk away so to check in and check out you go there. They do not provide room service unless you ask for it (which you have to pay). Overall a good stay and if I’m back in Tallinn I would stay here again. About 10/15 mins walk to the main centre, you see a lot of touristy bits on the way!!!

Despite the low price, the room was excellent. Can't complain about anything.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. Its prime location within walking distance of Balti Jamm train station and near the airport made it a perfect choice. What set it apart was the incredibly simple check-in process – just use your phone's browser to unlock the doors, eliminating the need for additional apps. The rooms were spotlessly clean and provided a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. While some hotels lack a smart TV, this minor inconvenience didn't hinder my experience. For those seeking entertainment, I'd recommend bringing your HDMI cable along. Overall, my stay here exceeded expectations, making it a standout choice for convenience and comfort. Psst... Book from expedia for a discount 😉

Perfect place for my needs as a solo traveler and even the needs of a family traveling on a budget. Clean and quiet, mind you in a heavy sleeper. I remember grabbing the TV remote thinking, it would be great to watch a James Bond movie. Sure enough, Quantum of Solace was on! The hotel sits at the base of Old Town - great location!

4 stars for a super location! Really close to the old city town, everything is reached by walk! It’s a clean hotel but old, it just need a fresh up!

Location is okay. Our room was very small and old. Last year we had a much better room, this time it was disappointing so i can't recommend it

Price=quality Situated near the city centre. Room was clean. 4 stars for service ( inconvenient check-in)

Loved this place. The building is wonderful. Perfect location, just a few minutes walk to Tallin Old Town, even for a doddery old chap like me. There is a bus stop directly outside the building. Some people complain about the noise of traffic. I stayed twice in two different rooms, I could hear traffic noise in the room at the front, though it wasn't too bad, no noise at all in the room at the rear of the building. I was dubious about using a phone app to check in and out and for opening the front and room doors but the system worked perfectly. Good value, highly recommended.

We visited the hotel in winter and it was snowing Shoes were dirty and wet from the snow. The room hadn’t had space to let our shoes somewhere away from the bed and the bathroom as a result the floor gets quite dirty. The cleaning lady didn’t come in the next day to clean the floor so we took some of the towels from bathroom to clean the floor because we couldn’t walk around. The third day the lady came in and she just took the dirty towels and brought us new. She didn’t clean the floor and she didn’t make our beds. The day we checked out the receptionist told us to pay for a damage. We ask what damage exactly and told us about the dirty towels we had in our floor. They forced us to pay the damage and didn’t check out us. I mean it was just a dirty and wet towel. What do you mean damaged. We just cleaned our room because you didn’t. Anyway they are trying to find unimportant and irrelevant things to make you pay more and more. I don’t recommend it because of all that and for not being consistent.

Overall good, but thought it was more closer to old town as followed reviews from booking page. Didnt know the main reception was separate from my room. Is not a bad option though. Staff qas nice

Not too far from city centre, but if you have a road side room, the traffic is VERY loud. The room was absolutely sweltering at night. Bathroom has a heated floor, which is nice, but there's not really anywhere to put your things. Staff at the check-in hotel (different hotel) are super friendly and helpful.

Nice and cozy, reasonable price. Only minus is that the coffee machine only serves hot chocolate, no coffee whatsoever. And finding the reception desk when you aren't local is a struggle (i spent 15 minutes walking around). Also those who have problem sleeping i do not recommend window rooms as the bus stop is right by the windows (i luckily am heavy sleeper). They also advertise free breakfast, which is false advertisement - you pay 10€ for every breakfast.

Inexpensive and clean. Tiny rooms, table, chairs, nightstand, twin unattached beds in double rooms, TV. You get exactly what you pay for so it's hard to complain. A bit cold in rooms at winter. Noisy street so you do need earplugs at night. Breakfast paid separately in the main building 100 meters away. Good for a budget traveler just to spend night when you go out for a whole day.

A budget hotel but the room was quite large and relatively clean. A really good location for visiting various sites in Tallinn. Checking in at the hotel next door was very easy.

A very good value budget hotel. Friendly reception staff and kept clean / well maintained. Well located for the tourist sites and the city centre. The beds were comfortable though the room decor was a tad dated. The rooms were comfortable. I would stay there again if in the area.

Excellent place to stay. Was my choice everytime I went to Tallinn before renting an apartment. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is located near the train station and next to the old town.
