hotel
it
claims
to
be.
I
am
deducting
3
stars
because
This
is
the
only
4
star
hotel
I
know
that
does
not
lend
out
umbrellas
to
guests
during
the
rainy
season.
Even
3
star
hotels
do
that.
I
asked
the
front
desk
and
they
provided
no
solutions.
So
I
had
to
be
creative.
I
ended
up
using
a
shower
cap
to
go
to
the
nearby
coffee
place
while
it
was
pouring
rain.
As
I
walked
out
of
the
hotel
looking
ridiculous
with
a
shower
cap
on,
under
pouring
rain,
instead
of
the
front
desk
personnel
offering
a
bigger
plastic
bag
to
cover
myself
or
even
offering
any
help
at
all...
they
just
decided
to
give
me
a
smirk/slight
laugh
as
if
it
was
funny
that
I'm
about
to
get
wet.
If
your
staff
can't
provide
solutions,
you
can
at
least
train
them
to
not
smirk/laugh/ridicule
guests
getting
wet
because
you
can't
provide
basic
rain
protection...
From
a
customer
service
perspective,
you
are
definitely
not
a
4
star
institution.
Please
stop
claiming
as
such.
I
didn't
mind
these
before
but
the
last
incident
has
pushed
me
to
write
it
down.
4
stars
without
any
robes,
hotel
slippers,
not
free
water,
no
provisioned
coffee
or
tea?!?
These
are
basic
4
star
amenities
that
do
not
exist
here.
From
a
room
amenities
perspective,
you
are
also
not
a
4
star
hotel.
