Good attention and good breakfast. Didn't like the swimming pool because was to cold

Ok huone, ilmastointi ei toiminut ja läkähdyttävän kuuma. Huoneen ilma todella huono yön aikana. Huoneen ikkunassa ei minkäänlaista verhoa, joten myöhään yöllä kesällä valoisaa, sekä auringon noustessa yöllä huoneessa kuin päivä. Huone muuten siisti ja vaikutti puhtaalta. Hotellissa kukaan ei vaivaudu tervehtimään, edes aamupalalla kukaan ei viitsi tervehtiä. Aamupala hyvin suppea verrattuna moneen muuhun. Pysäköinti hyvä, jos tilaa löytyy. Sijaintina vaikutti rauhalliselta, mutta kävellen ei muualle mene kuin viereiseen kauppakeskukseen.

I am so disappointed at the services I got here. I made a request for a little surprise at my arrival which was confirmed when I booked my stay. I was surprised the receptionist was oblivious of the request even though I got a receipt of the confirmation after payment was made. The pool and the spa that was confirmed available and accessible till 11pm at the point of arrival by the receptionist, became a private one at past 8 when I went down with my family. You can imagine my disappointment and my evening ruined. A big gap between what I read you offer and what you really offer.

Due to inexperienced and incompetent workers, we were left without our hotel room. I can't give more than one star for this service.

Never got to the rooms...Never ever book or enter Rocca Al Mare Hotell! Person behind counter only speaks Russian, has no access to reservations online, does not care I have paid through booking.com, requires payment on site, refuses to call the administrator, legal name of company not available publicly on website, etc. I had to leave and find another place.

Very nice. Shopping centre nearby, public transport and also Free parking. The rooms are not that bad, big bed.

A little old fashion hotel (Russian style). Nice sercive, nice breakfast. We are usein that hotel several years, noce location for use. Good price value.

Aamupala hyvä, ilmastointi oli hyvä ja uima-altaassa oli virkistävä pulahtaa, kun oli kylmähköä vettä. Huone perus hotellihuone. Rauhallista oli. Lyhyt matka isoon ostoskeskukseen ja mäkkiin. Henkilökunnassakin oli yksi, jonka kanssa pystyi asioimaan sujuvasti englanniksi. Hieman nuivahkoa oli, mutta hyvin viihdyttiin. 😉

Huoneet olivat siistejä, hieman vanhanaikaisesti sisustettuja mutta sängyt olivat mukavat ja ilmastointi toimi valtavan hyvin. Aamupala oli suppea ja osa henkilökunnasta hieman ynseän oloista eikä osanneet englantia. Hotellin vieressä iso ostoskeskus mutta keskustaan matkaa noin 20 minuuttia autolla. Bussipysäkki kuitenkin aivan hotellin edessä ja Boltin kanssa edullista kuitenkin kulkea.

Yhden yön oleskeluun hyvä paikka. Sänky oli hyvä ja painotan sitä koska itselläni on huono selkä. Aamiainen oli itselleni juuri sopiva. Rauhallinen hotelli, vähän matkan päässä oli Rocca al maren ostoskeskus. Hyvä ulkoilla, sijainti oli meren rannassa. SPA osasto oli pieni mutta saunassa oli kiva käydä. Ilmainen pysäköinti autolle.

It's not a 3 star hotel, room are small and a little bit used, but the view is nice. Nice location. Breakfast are very nice

Room 201 wasn't cleaned. But staff could change a room immediately after my claims were approved. Amenities weren't enough what I expected. You hear the noise from the road in front of you choose ocean view room. Positive point was all staff was very kind though they don't speak English. Good connection to promenade along coast line and good access to shopping centre and main bus stop, zoo.

Great hotel. Excellent service and location, near sea. Big varity of food during breakfast. Only minus for us, that blankets were small and thin.

Very friendly and nice staff. Price matches expectations. Due to some emergency we could not stay entire visit. So hotel refunded us. Highly recommend if you are looking for economy place to stay. Breakfast was tasty. Free parking. Thanks for the help.

The free parking and quite good breakfast were good. Looks nice from the outside. Location is good geographically but not so nice to walk around the area. The receptionist was nice but a friend of him standing close looked like some guy from 90s. The hotel room has lots of outdated curtains and dirty stinky carpets. Jacuzzi was something we would never try to switch on in this hotel, it stinks, the water leaks under etc. Fine for a short stay but nothing more.

Do not have black out on the rooms.

Nice location, but a bit busy by traffic and noise. Excellent place to stay if you want to visit Estonia Open air museum which is truly worth visiting. We would give four stars if it wasn't for the noisiness both from traffic and inside from loud jazzmusic that disturbed both breakfast and dinners. Nice with opportunities to have spa with sauna swim and massage etc

Overall good hotel, not sure it's 4 star more like 3 :) good breakfast, was some issues like there broken things in numbers and showers in pool, lack of parking spaces. Most disappointing what's there is spa on web, in hotel at booklet you find out you need warn 48 h before, and on reception you find out there is like month long booking. Also restoran is almost not working. Small menu and even less aveible.

Absolutely loved my stay here. My Room was a sea view room so I had a great view of the sea. The First picture is taken from my room. They also have Finnish sauna and jacuzzi beside the swimming pool.

Hotel with good location near the zoo and shopping mall. We had a window view towards the water and it was great. There is also bike bath near the hotel and you can rent bikes straight from there. Parking is free of charge and safe.

Beautiful place, small and peaceful. Some foods were finished during breakfast although the hotel is small and there were two waitresses and the sauna was already closed at 10.45 (it should've been warm until 11). Everything else was perfect!

Very nice hotel to stay at, but not close to Tallinn city center. It's so close to the Rocca Al Mare shopping center, where you can also eat at different restaurants. But if you desire to see a Tallinn nightlife, then you must find different hotel.

Lovely place, it has a nice spa and rooms. The only complaint i have is that the breakfast is mediocre, it's cold and dry. Still edible though

The place is nice specially if you are up in the building. Near to the bus stops and big shopping centre.
