Asiakaspalvelua ei ollut lainkaan. Hotelliin mennessä meille ei kerrottu mitään hotellista, lyötiin vain avain kirjaimellisesti käteen. Oltiin 2 yötä hotellissa. Kukaan hotellin henkilökunnasta ei sanonut huomenta tms tervehdystä, vaikka heille sen ensin sanoi. Lähtiessä mies meni suorittamaan lähtöselvitystä. Antoi avaimen hiljaiselle vastaanotto henkilökunnan ihmiselle. Mies odotti että tulisi joku vastaus kuten yleensä.. Jonkun ajan kuluttua hiljaisuus rikkoontui ja nainen oli sanonut: MITÄ VIELÄ HALUAT? Yksi tähti on liikaa tälle hotellille. Tätä ei voi suositella kenellekään 😑 Täytyy sanoa että yksi tähtikin on liikaa☹️

Good hotel, you can use spa and pool while staying here. Food is normal but there could be more chooses. Everything looks old but because of the historical interior. Also there was a parrot :) it is interesting for kids. Internet is good WiFi works in rooms and the whole hotel. Pool is small and old but how ever it is a pool were you can swim. There is a sauna. But very very small just for 6 or 7 people. Rooms are old but clean. Needs renovation for all compleks. But generally everything is good.

Very nice Hotel. Excellent value for money! I stayed there for a week and I have enjoyed the indoor pool the sauna and the hamam. The staff is very helpful. Even when a problem with the bathroom occured they fixed it in a blink of an eye! The restaurant is good also. I have enjoyed my stay there. Recommend for relaxing.

Clean and awesome service. Frankie who was at reception was kind, h helpful and spoke English and Russian very well.

The bungalow we stayed in was outdated and a bit creepy. To get to the bungalow we had to walk quite far and then go down a couple precarious steps that seemed more like a fire exit. The pool is for laps so it’s not very fun for small children to just play in. There is a nice steam room in the pool area. The location is a bit out of Tallinn. Parking is limited. Breakfast was fine. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

My worst "hotel" if you can call it that, experience ever. I would recommend any hostel or guestouse in the world before booking a room here again. Terrible service, half decent breakfast, and a terrible hotel staff party. He he, I was forced to change room 3 times during the evening. Good luck to you, dear travelleres!

Nice place to stay for a night, there is a direct bus route to center (about 18 stops). Good breakfast, some choice for lunch and the same for dinner. Nothing to say about sauna and pool - it's included, I saw it, maybe next time...

The breakfast was very poor and consisted from cheese and simply not taste sausage .Zero vegetables only potatoes.No elevators.bizzard connection between the halls.

Worst hotel I've ever stay in my whole life.(but it has potential to improve, the hotel alone is pretty). First room was so smelly(smell if drainage in the toilet, headache immediately) So I asked the receptionist we need to change room, ok they gave us a better room but of course I need to move one bed for me and son to sleep, oh my god, the floor was full of thick dust. And when I am about to sit on a chair, the chair was totally broken and displayed in the room?common I have young kids and if I didn't noticed immediately we end up in the hospital.( i can prove all this, I took a picture of everything I said)Ok let talk about breakfast, how much it cost a tomato in Estonia? A cucumber, a bread?more selection of cheeses atleast 3 each(but it's only 1). The service. When I asked for a pillow (which is understandable we are 4 so 4 pillows needed) oh the receptionist was like ,ok? And yes there was a broken chair in our room, he replied?? I dont know? My goodness, be polite, say sorry and be apologetic, it's something important to make a good impression to guest. I cant recommend this hotel.all in all I will give 1 star. Whatever in the picture dont trust., but ok my son like pool.thats all so I give 1.

Unfriendly stuff, unhealthy breakfast, far from citycentre. This is not a spa so not be advertised as a spa. One cold pool doesn`t make it! Massage oils are gone bad along time ago... Mold in the bathroom (smell), really thin walls. Nice thing was that our room was beside the yard, we could open the window, get fresh air and listen the nesting birds. Would not come another time.
