This hotel is rubbish, there are millions of rules, you need to pay extra money even if you want to check in earlier or check out later, and there is no place for you to put your luggage!!! Also, I have a friend who cannot cross the border to Estonia due to visa problem, and the hotel refused to refund, which is absolutely inconsiderate and unfriendly!

I have been there before and recommend it to others.

The apartment is quite worn out, it’s time to update the renovation and furniture, but the bed is large and comfortable, that’s a plus. The refrigerator was cracking, especially audible at night. For cleaning, 17% of the cost was charged, in my case it came out to 33 €. For that money you could at least wipe off the dust. The floor was relatively clean, the washbasin and dishes too, the shower stall was dirty in the corners, there were balls of dust in the radiators, dust on the table, a dirty washing machine, that is, the cleaning was superficial. There is no shelf for bath accessories in the shower room, i.e. Everything must be placed on the floor, although there are holes for attaching shelves in the wall. I won’t choose this option a second time.

I could give 5 stars for the apartments and services you provided, but I left the apartment in the end of March and I still haven't received my deposit back (400 euros). This is totally disrespectful, I have been asking for it (in a polite way) several times, then the company asked me to wait for a couple of months since my check out, so I waited for this period, and now it's about to complete 5 months that I left the apartment and I still have no deposit. I need this absurd solved as soon as possible!

Clean apartment with good bad. Quite and not far from old city. Easy to communicate with owner, we like it!

Excellent. These apartments are very convenient for our purposes and also adjacent to a bus terminus and small supermarket; 2 minutes from a tram stop with direct services to and from the airport. Reception is convenient and accommodating. The apartment is warm and quiet, and comfortably equipped though some visitors might miss a microwave and toaster. But good value for the reasonable price.

Everything clean(except the toilet, it was a BIT dirty) , no problem with communication, good location, pretty well equipped. But we were really mad when we made a booking for 4 people(adults) , the bed was ready for 2 people. There was also 2x couch (this is still OK), but both they weren't set up for sleeping. No pillows, no blanket to cover ourselves and one couch was really small that normal person wouldn't fit, maybe for kid? On the other side for the money kinda allright
