Small but quality menu. I’ve been here many times, every dish I’ve tried has been very good. I particularly recommend the spinach ravioli and salmon ceviche. Cozy cafe with a chill vibe.

Really nice place near my home. Have walked by many times but now have etten multiple times. Lunch is really good and quite cheap. Food on the menu is also great. Service is great. Waitresses Smile bring sun back on rainy day.

After our arrival in Tallinn we enjoyed a pleasant break at Peps. Our light lunch consisted of a very delicate salmon ceviche and an excellent hamburger accompanied by very light fries. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the location has a beautiful design. Absolutely recommended!

Cozy, full of light, chill atmosphere, service is polite, friendly and fast. The prices are not on the low range but neither is the food offered. The menu, while not huge with option, has plenty of them to give you about dozen different approaches to your dining experience. The chefs are also up to their task of offering you tastes and aesthetics, not only calories. And definitely, pancakes on sunday. 10/10 will recommended.

Looks great, but that's it. If you expect to eat here and get somewhere else on time - forget it. The wait for waitresses is long, the food service is slow.

I haven't been convinced by this establishment. Food wasn't very flavourful, portions were small (at least for the 4 dishes I saw on our table) and prices were high. Service was fine.

I've only tried their lunches, which are totally average. Seems like something you would get in a canteen. The price for lunch is decent for city center. I've also never seen that little butter served with bread, it's almost better to just serve the bread without butter at that point. Trying to split the little chunk between three people is just silly. The bread itself is great though and comes for free, although sometimes you gotta ask for it. Also free tap water. The service is usually great, no problems there. Also dog friendly!

Very cozy place, very friendly service, the food was great. We had hummus with sweet potatoes, mozzarella tomato and pesto salad was something that have never tasted before, duck breast had a unique taste with honey and ginger and finally the salmon soup was really good. Definitely will visit again!

Service was excellent. Thank you for that! They serve table water and nice bread for free. It took a while with our main dishes during Sunday afternoon but it was worth to wait for them. Nice chiken salad with avocado and orange. Chiken main course comes with sweet vegetables. The atmosphere is pop and I have never seen it to be very crowded over there meaning you could almost always get a table. Great coffee and desserts. I would suggest for meeting up one-two friends or to have a Sunday lunch with 3-4 people there. For bigger groups can be a bit tight and kids don't have much to do there tho they have baby seats.

At first, I was going to rate this place 3 or 4 stars because not much on the menu interested me and the prices were high compared to similar places nearby BUT my dish was really, really good, the dessert menu was strong, and the waitress was very nice. I didn't like the chairs. I think the honey in my dessert would've been better warm.

This restaurant serves really delicious and good for the wallet food. We had 2 lamb brioche burgers and they were amazing. The big winner for me were the house fries!

A really cozy place with good background music. The service is excellent, food is really delicious and coffee is exquisite. I also really recommend to try the creamy salmon soup. I will definitely visit again.

Comfortable cafe/restaurant. At noon there are many people who enjoy lunch🙂 The lunch was tasty and I was full. The balance of ingredients was perfect for me. Chicken, rice and vegetables. There are necessary for me to keep my body healthy.

Small place hidden in the center of the city. Looks quite fancy, yet feels very comfy. Food looks and tastes good. Service is also very friendly. Don't have anything negative to say. It's a nice place to go and enjoy the evening/lunch/etc.
