Waited table 15min in empty restaurant and finally asked nicely from the waitress that could we get table; She answered no and walk away. So our group of 2 family (7people) changed restaurant. I do not have never ever seen so terrible service and rude staff than this restautant. It was under rating, not even one star. Owner of this place should be done some evaluation and corrective actions before there is no any customers left anymore.

Worst one, ready food is standing on the line for 15 minutes and waiters just do nothing and do not take it to the clients. Yeah, Menu reduced a lot, but it won't help stuff. 35 mins to wait for fast-food style burger

The food is delicious, but the service is in Estonian and they don’t give you bread or a roll with your dish. So when you go to this place, take a loaf of bread with you so that this restaurant is ashamed, or don’t go at all

We got to this establishment by chance and were very pleasantly surprised 🤗 The interior is cozy, as if you are entering restaurants in America that you have only seen on TV)) the children were given gifts - two spinners and soap bubbles. There is a children's area. We ordered a 30 cm carbonara pizza for €15, burgers, fries, juices, a cocktail - everything is very tasty! Thanks to the staff and manager!

We waited for more than 5 minutes to be shown to the table, when we called the waiter, we were told that you have not waited that long, I will come soon....

It's ok, but follows the same pattern of poor experience that I had recently with Babyback. Somehow our watress wasn't really interested in serving us, forgot about one item in the order and generally didn't care if we were there or not. I would probably get a better service from a robot. The number one reason to come to any restaurant is for food. Even if food is great everything can be ruined in an instance by a poor service experience. Now talking about food. I would give it 5 out of 5. Pizza was nice, big, tasty and cheaper than anything else you can find in this mall. Good deal. Place is clean, I wouldn't say it matches atmosphere of US diners perfectly, but it matches interiors very nicely.

Went here Friday after work, noticed that they have -50% full menu every weekday until 17:00 so had to try. Service was nice and fast, waitress told that she was new but did good job. Food was really good.

Local chain restaurant known for their "American-style" food and interior design. This location is on the 4th floor of a large shopping mall opened in 2018. Food okay/good, service currently not the greatest (loud unprofessional gossiping among the servers). Plus points for being open late, convenient to grab a snack before a late showing at the cinema next door.

Food was good but service... not so good. We ordered 2x starter and one kids menu. Later the waitress take our main course order ( 2 adults). All foods come the same time (starters AND main course)!!! Also kids menu (hamburger) took a time... We asked if it is possible to get kids food same time as our starters but still it came last (after adults food).

Terrible experience, we ordered fresh shrimp salads for €8.40 after waiting for 40 minutes, 2 wonderful small portions of salad-like things soaked in oil and sauce arrived at the table. The server refused to refund the money, saying that I had eaten 30% of the food, even though I had eaten 1 of the 5 shrimps in the salad. Abnormal service and attitude. Kind people don't like this place anymore.

If, in the current situation, catering establishments are all in trouble, then you should really keep your customers and serve them safely! Today's visit was horrifying and terrifying! I felt defenseless! The salad I ordered was part of the daily offer, but you could have said that the old lettuce leaves were soaked and the salmon was also dried out!
