The hotel is nice and fresh, but it doesn't help when you have staff at the reception who are so unbelievably rude. It felt like you had to excuse yourself because you wanted to check in. The staff at the reception are your trademark and the first impression of the hotel. The breakfast did not live up to what you expect from this type of hotel. It didn't feel fresh. So unfortunately, you have a nice hotel, but we will not recommend you to others or stay there again. A beautiful surface is not enough, you have to give your customers a pleasant experience too!

My experience with this hotel was great! New, cozy and lovely hotel with amazing rooms, spacious dining area, beatiful lobby and spa facilities. Food were excellent, staff are polite. The only complaint is the fitness room, which does not suit a hotel of such a reputation. City centar is near, and it's sure one of the best recommendations for hotel in Tallinn.

BEWARE STAYING HERE. NO CARE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Experienced the most demeaning and nasty check in service in my life here. Service aside, I have never been so disrespected by another person before. It started what was supposed to be an exciting trip to Tallinn on a terrible note and my wife crying due to how meanly we were treated. Front desk lady Andranova was so vicious and demeaning with us the moment we walked in. She refused to acknowledge us when we approached the desk and then proceeded to condecendingly berate us about why we were wearing masks (we just landed from the airport) . She then gave us paper slips to fill because apperantly she couldn't find our reservation but as we sat down to fill them at the front desk she rudely told us we couldn't and had to fill them on the couches. Given how indecent she was in dealing with us I requested a cancelation and refund of our reservation but she continued to berate us about why she couldn't and even threatened us with removal by G4S. Eventually I was able to get a hold of management (she refused to let us speak to them) in order to secure a guarantee of a full refund. For such an expensive hotel I would look elsewhere in Tallinn. Beware ruining your trip here.

Very pleasant, modern and elegant hotel. Functionally designed and very well equipped rooms. Refined details. You can see the attention to detail and above all cleanliness. Very small swimming pool. The only strange person I met among the staff was an extremely haughty and not very polite employee of the hotel lobby (last Thursday). The place is well located, highly recommended!

Pretty good spa. They would need to improve the door in the sauna as it does poor job keeping the temperature inside. The noise can get intense when there’re many kids

This hotel was a special find, only a 5 minute walk to the centre and less than 10 to the old area of the city. A modern, well priced, welcoming hotel with friendly staff and very tasteful well presented rooms. The decor is plush and very tasteful with all mod cons. The restaurant on the 6th floor is wonderful, with views over the park square you will find the menu reasonably priced. The quality of food is a big wow factor. TrueType faultless. You must try the Venison and Salmon soup. 5🌟 service.

I booked for me and my friend a room in L’embitu for two nights. We wanted something cofortable and quiet, so 18+ boutique spa was very appealing for us. When we arrived everything seemed to be very luxorius- great lobby, room was very clean and super good looking, though it was a bit cold when we first arrived. We were also offered different breakfast times when we were checking in and we chose the latest possible- 10 am cause we were planning to see few clubs and wanted to sleep in in the morning. I was asking if we start the breakfast later, if we would still have the same choises available as others and we were told that it wouldn't be a problem. Then everything started to go downhill. When leaving to enjoy the nightlife I asked the receptionist if it would be possible to call to our room 9.45am, because i was afraid if we would sleep through alarmclock. We were told sure! No problem at all! And we were leaving to city happily. In the morning, we accidentaly woke up 10.10. No one called us and we almost missed our breakfast. When arriving to breakfast half of the platters were empty. Fruits were canned or frozen (why not any fresh fruit?) There was a chance to have freshly cooked eggs, wich was very special add-on in my opionion. "Hi, could i get one omelette?" I turned to the lady. "What omlette? With what? Where should i know what to put in omelette, we have a paper you fill under your nose, fill that and give to me" Unessecarily inappropiate and snappy answer in my opinion when she could have said "Hi, yeah sure. Just please fill the form so i know what toppings to add in your omlette". Little dissapointed because of that we went to the reception. Since I personally work as customer service leader I always try to point things out bothering me so next time it could be done better. Young lady was super nice, she was sorry we were dissapointed, told us they just forgot to call and someone should call us and update about the situation later. Went for a walk in city and when we arrived back we wanted to go to the spa. We knew that spa would have been 18+ since 18.00 because at home page it was said excactly like that. Since we were going to spa in 18.20, we asked, how the system works if there are still any children in spa.. We just wanted to know that how it works, since we read that 18.00-23.00 the spa is 18+. A younger man in reception basically told us: "you know, we dont have bulky men draghing children out of the pool when clock reaches 18.00 and it is more optional choice" We were little dissapointed again, because one major factor was the 18+ spa. We were hoping that maybe there are no children but.. There were two about 10 year olds, who were jumping, spitting water and screaming, like normal children, but we were excpecting a quiet spa as promised on the website. Althrough bar lady was bringing cocktails all the time, she didnt say anything about the children and also in 1,5 hours didnt take any dirty glasses away. And to be honest- since we felt the receptionist was abit rude, we were afraid to tell the staff and we didnt want to get into argument with the parents ourself, because we felt our vacation was already bit ruined. But still, we decided to say, that we feel that information on the homepage is misleading. And after that, we had another rude convo how it is not possible to "throw out" kids from spa and how parents would react angry. This, that we didnt get to enjoy spa in peace didnt matter at all. Only snapping that this is our problem that we dont like children and deal with it. ❗️so if you are ecpecting quiet 18+ spa, please be noted that children are not actually forbitten at that time❗️ And to be noted, ofcourse we havent been contacted about the poor service. Great hotel with great potential, but i would choose bit uglier rooms when i would have a feeling I was actually welcome and taken care of, not annoying someone with my problems. Definelty not coming back.

Luxurious and well-equipped hotel room with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Check-in took way longer than expected. Breakfast was delicious and with great variety (salty and sweet, hot and cold, fresh items etc). Alltogether a great stay and would happily go back.

Great value for money. Hotel is nice, rooms are comfortable, spa area is basic but do the job. Everything is clean and maintained well. Friendly staff. Easy 10 minutes walk to the city center.

A smile from front desk staff would help for first and last impressions! Nice new and modern property. Spacious rooms (ours had a private sauna!) and great breakfast (with smiling and sweet staff!) Clean, tidy and quiet.

Had a great experience in this stylish hotel! The staff is friendly, polite and helpful. Bartender in the lobby was also very welcoming and cheerful. I enjoyed our conversation, while waiting. Room was very clean, nice, comfortable bed and great pillows - just what you need after a long journey. Tea and coffee were also a nice touch and good quality. Breakfast is impecable! So many choices - definitely worth it. Had dinner at their restaurant and I would give it a 4. Great choices, but not every every dish was great, and it’s pretty pricey. They packed me a delicious sandwich with some fruits and water, since my flight was leaving very early. I visited their spa as well - definitely recommend! The pool is very big, two different saunas to chose from. Not too crowded. The location as also perfect! Nice area and walking distance to all main attractions! Definitely will come back and stay here

We had a really good time staying here for 2 nights. Breakfast is good, and there are many different selections even though it is mostly quite the same. Bed is really comfortable and big. I love how cleanliness the hotel is. The only thing I felt minus was the plastic bag after spa for putting a swimsuit is too small. Actually, I have barely anything to complain about. We had a very good time there and will come back again. We fell in love with this hotel.

Absolutely lovely high quality hotel not too far away from everything. Service really good and helpful. Nice private parking. We had the Comfort room for 2 nights and Charm Suite for 1 night. The Comfort room was a lot modern and it had surprisingly big balcony. Even tho the Charm Suite had a lot more space the Comfort Room was cozier. Oh and breakfast was versatile and had everything you can dream of. Coffee was really good. Overall a really nice hotel with everything you can think of. Will go again when visiting Tallinn. Didn't have time to visit the spa, will (at least try) to do it next time.

Todella siisti ja modernit huoneet. Suosittelen. Pieni miinus etäisyydestä vanhaan kaupunkiin, mutta tervejalkaiselle se ei ole ongelma.

The hotel itself is excellent, the room was great, the spa was small but lovely, breakfast was very good. However, it was shocking to see that having put so much thought into the interior and facilities, there seems to be no attention paid to quality of service. The check in desk employees are stiff, seemingly uncomfortable with customers, the check-in process itself is one of the slowest I have experienced in any hotel ever. Futhermore, we wished to visit the wine & tapas bar. It was a little bit of a new system for us to use the plastic card for the wine dispensers. Both check in staff and the lady at the lobby bar were super annoyed and flustered that we needed explanation and attention. I guess the wine & tapas is only for experienced guests? In addition, the young lady working at the lobby bar spoke very poor Estonian, meaning she actually even couldn't properly explain the wine system, as it was tough for her to put a sentence together. Later, we saw that this same girl was responsible for serving drinks in the lobby, the spa and also dealing with the wine & tapas guests, meaning everyone had to wait and everyone had a less than great experience.

Awesome hotel. 3km from the airport, 1 km from the main old town market, 300 m from shopping mall. Clean rooms. Very polite staff. A clear recommendation for someone visiting Tallin for the first time

A very nice hotel with clean and beautifully furnished rooms. The spa area was cozy. I especially loved the bathroom, it was very clean. The lady at the reception was a bit rude I would say, which is unusual for 4star hotels. The breakfast selection was not really various, very few gluten free and lactose free options. Coffee is quite bad, honestly. To conclude, I would definitely stay there again, but just not have breakfast there.

Beautifully designed, pleasant staff, excellent breakfast room, lovely bar/lounge area, perfectly located, impeccably clean, bathrooms very well equipped. One regret: it was impossible to prevent the cleaning staff from replacing all towels every day - the usual eco-responsible gestures of hanging the used towels did not work. The addition of a coffee-capsule machine in the room was interesting, but it made a very loud and disturbing noise even when just heating water for tea: this was in contrast to the care and precision of all other elements.

Used to be a really nice place before mövenpick took over, now it's a big mess. Wifi code only available at reception, room phones don't have service numbers type of odd optimizations, bet they screwed up breakfast as well but will see

Helposti kävelymatkan päässä satamasta, rauhallinen, siitä alue! Roof ravintolasta hienot kattonäkymät ! Pieni Spa - osasto aikuiseen makuun ! Aikuisille, pariskunnille sopiva ! Respa olisi voinut paremmin informoida esim span käytöstä ja ravintolasta, joista ei mainittu lainkaan, eikä löytynyt huoneestakaan informaatiota ?

Love the place but put one star because they are obsessed with music. If you open the window, you will enjoy listening to it until 1am. The fun part is the receptionist: when i complained to him second night in a row - he said he could not do anything to switch it off. Will keep you posted

Customer service? Never heard. New hotel, clean room, that’s all positive. Arrival: morose reception guy after while asked someone from the back room, no Hello to us. Young female with the mask under her nose started to serve us, it was ok, but we don’ feel welcomed. Her interest was in the back room with some little child (?!). Promised garden view from the window? Nope. Booked 50€ card for wine package? Nope. System don’t work. Booked Tapas plate? Nope. Well, gay from the bar tried to help us and served nice whiskey and champagne to us. Tapas plate version was few olives, few cheese slice and few ham slice. Booked late check out at 14:00? Nope. We arrived to hotel 13:30 and couldn’t open our room’s door with our electronic card-key. Reception react: “You had to tell us about it.” Well, breakfast was good. Only thing could be recommended by us.

The room was clean and very modern, clean and spacious. Very good blinds and balcony. Breakfast was below standard. Made the impression of putting out a wide selection but lacking quality. Frozen berries during summer? Hmm... One thing to note is that you can make a reservation with american express yet you cannot pay for the stay with it? Strange. Solution to this was to run to the ATM. If L'Embitu is aiming for 4-5 stars there are still a bit of work to be done. Spa area was amazing. Great relaxation and zen feeling.

Had an amazing stay. Probably one of the best 4 star hotels in the Estonia. Rooms are super nice and clean. Standard rooms have a bath. The restaurant dinner was surprisingly exceeding all expectations. Rich breakfast buffet in the morning with an omelette station and attentive staff. Spa area is small, yet it has everything you need. From Japanese warm bath with minerals to Finnish sauna and cold bath next to it.

The best thing about this hotel is the bar and the bartender. He is amazing, he has put a lot of extra effort to make our stay pleasant. They serve also delicious breakfast, only they could serve more fresh fruits.

I have mixed feelings. On the one hand, the room was very comfortable and stylish, breakfast was delicious and the spa a welcome bit of luxury. On the other hand, after a whopping 40 minute wait in line to the reception for check-in, we were "greeted" by a receptionist who was by far the rudest hospitality staff member I have ever come across in all my travels. If I hadn't paid upfront, I probably would have walked out. Unfortunately for this reason, I won't be returning here.

Quite good stay. Room was clean and neat. It was our first stay in this hotel. We usually stay in Hilton Tallinn Park, so I will compare here some things to Hilton: -Airconditioning machine was not so effective than in Hilton. -Beds are equally good (or bad, if you prefer softer beds) -Bathroom has nice lights and bathtub was great -personell is friendly, like should -Breakfast was ok, but Hilton had better. Minus is that there were no fresh pressed orange juice for example. The outside terrace of the Roof restaurant was nice. -Dinner dishes (we tried Fish of the day and Duck) in the Roof restaurant were also ok, but not that particularily great. Could have been more tasty and juicy. Can not be compared to the quality of fine dining restaurants. -Parking was on an outside Europark field near to the hotel. Hilton has great parking facilities downstairs -Spa was nice. Pool was lng enough for little swimming. The interior design was warm and cozy with beige-brow-black theme and nice lights. 40C warm pool was very nice and 2 good saunas also. I would say that the Spa is even a bit better than in Hilton, but then again Hilton has a small deck for sun chairs outside in the sun also, which Lembitu is lacking
