Well, while we were waiting for the order we could be serving ourselves about ten plates of salad buffet, whatever you want or repeat as many times as you want. I think a man came in to eat a menu and also served the salads. We had ordered a la carte, they served us a plate of fried plantain, fried sweet potato, fried yucca and a small plate of very crispy chifle. The poor steak was good, soft and juicy, the chaufa too and the Paiche a la patarashca, everything was good, recommended.
